had
the
pleasure
of
staying
at

it

refrain

leaving
negative
reviews,
I

issue
we
encountered
during
our
stay.

I

son
unexpectedly
decided
to
spend
the
night
in
our

Since
his
apartment
was
quite
far
away,
we
inquired
at
the
front
desk
about
the
possibility
of
obtaining
a
cot.
Initially,
the
staff
seemed
accommodating
and
assured
us
that
it
wouldn't
be
a
problem.
Regrettably,
the
situation
took
a
bit
longer
to
resolve
than
we
anticipated.
Despite
making
a
couple
of
follow-up
calls
to
the
front
desk,
it
became
apparent
that
obtaining
a
cot
was
not
possible.
Although
it
would
have
been
preferable
if
the
hotel
staff
had
been
knowledgeable
and
upfront
from
the
beginning,
politely
informing
us
that
it
was
not
possible,
we
encountered
a
bit
of
a
miscommunication
and
delay
in
the
process.
Nonetheless,
it's
important
to
emphasize
that
this
issue
was
relatively
minor
in
the
grand
scheme
of
things
and
did
not
significantly
impact
our
overall
enjoyment
of
our
stay.
The
staff
was
friendly
and
attentive
throughout
the
rest
of
our
time
at
the
hotel,
ensuring
that
our
needs
were
met
in
other
aspects.
In
conclusion,
despite
the
brief
miscommunication
regarding
the
cot,
I
would
still
highly
recommend

for
its
comfortable
rooms
and
pleasant
atmosphere.
I
believe
that
this
incident
was
an
isolated
