Excellent service! Very friendly, welcoming and energetic staff! The food was delicious. Definitely a family favorite. Our nachos were done to perfection. My son devoured his fish and chips. My wife also enjoyed everything she had. Great atmosphere. There are many reasons why my family chooses Jack Astor's when we want something delicious, consistently. Thank you.

Great lunch with the work crew. Friendly and very efficient service! Food was delicious with very generous servings. Fish & sweet potatoe fries was amazing! Two huge pieces of fish, meant one was coming home, my wife polished it off without a send glance or invitation!

Sammy was awesome! Friendly, read back our order to ensure accuracy, the atmosphere was great! The staff was also very helpful with my mom who needs a walker.

Amazing food and service. I ordered the buffalo chicken burger. Comes on a potato bun and blue cheese. Was super delicious and cooked perfectly. My wife ordered the chicken club house and it was just as amazing in its own unique way. Everything on the menu looks really good and we will definitely be back to try it all. The servers always seem happy and very helpful. The place is great for kids too! Recommend this place for everyone

Food and service were exceptional! Atmosphere only got four stars as the building itself was cold, my friend had to keep her jacket on while eating as it was just cold inside but everything else was great. Neat decor and delicious food! We had the Classic Handheld Burger, (love that this comes without cheese and bacon as I always get my burgers without, but the option to add is always appreciated) and the Chicken fingers (tried one of my friends and wow these are so filling definitely near the top of my list for best chicken fingers and I've had a lot. Will be my next order when I go back)!

Nice place to be with friends. 20.00 of wings didn't feel worth it; the bones of the drumsticks cracked as I was eating the meat. Flavour was lovely. The pasta dishes seemed to be where the value for quality of food was. White wine sangria was delicious and the staff were so so nice 😁

Tried a 'fish bowl' drink...it was a little sweet (mine was the blue one) and I think the drink may possibly fit it a regular glass (perhaps the 18oz beer glass) if you eliminated all the ice!

Was my first time here and we really enjoyed it! I got The Memphis steak, and everything tasted good. I love their mushroom gravy with their steak so much! The crunchy onions and mushrooms were cooked perfectly, just the steak was a little bit too hard and dry. My bf got the bbq burger, and it was tasty. The big plus for him was the beer, cuz they have Propeller Galaxy on tap. He really enjoyed his food and beer. We also got the chicken fingers to share, omg I’m gonna say that their chicken finger prob is my top 1 in town... it was so juicy, tinder, and delicious!!!! They also have so many flavors for their chicken fingers, def big recommend!!! We definitely had a good time there, love the decor and the atmosphere! We love watching sports, so 100% will go back to get some chicken fingers and beer. The server was very nice as well. Big recommend to everyone! (-1 ⭐️ just cuz the steak was not perfect, but everything was good)

We had a pretty great night here. The atmosphere keeps our toddler entertained to sit through a dinner out, the new nacho dish was really great and the staff was friendly. The steak quality was pretty meh for the price, but there are lots of other tasty dishes.

Decent place to eat with the menu labeled with gluten free options. It's a nice atmosphere and a typical sports bar style. Food was good but nothing spectacular. Had a burger with nacho. Sweet potatoes fries were great.

We were disappointed. I know the Laval, QC jack Astor and I was expecting the same taste and the same food than Quebec...but no. It tasted like fast food, for example Wendy's. For 100$ bill, it's not worth it. Very disappointed.

Had a reservation, sat on the patio table and chairs were dirty, waitress acted like we were imposing upon her time. She never returned to check on how our food was, just showed up 30 minutes later asked if we were done. We order desert and she acted like that was asking to much. For 138.00 bill I expect better service and a waitress who is a little more personable.

I don't think I've ever tipped less than 15% in my life, but I felt inspired to do so today. The server served 2/3 meals and forgot to bring the last meal. We had to ask for it after an uncomfortable amount of time. We could not hear the server at all. They spoke way too quietly. Server also took way too long for everything. Restaurant was not busy. Not a good experience.

A family of five 2 adults 2 teenagers and 1 youth. Letting my younger son order his own meal (9yr old). Strips and fries. Once the meal was completed he was begging for his dessert that comes with every kids meal. Well the waiter kindly reminds him that he can get a dessert menu as he ordered from the adult menu. My bad for not specifically instructing my son to order from the proper menu. I'll make sure to improve his menu ordering skills. It was not the value but more principal. The Waiter was very clear on what the 9yr old ordered. Not only this but the shift manager was criticising the greeter harshly in the presence of everyone.
