Norbert's Good Food & Selwood Green Farm - fantastic. This German guy and his servers are great. Good and fresh foods, good breakfast to start in the day. The menu is fantastic. They know how to bake potatoes. See you very soon+++++

So good! After a rainy walk from the ferry and being disappointed by the market this was just the thing to save the day! The food was so fresh and delicious, the latte was good and the orange carrot juice super fresh! The staff was friendly and gave us some good advice about when to visit the market to get peak vendors. The restaurant was clean, and there was a cute little area for my son to play. I would definitely come back the next time we are at the market.

Best breakfast in Halifax! Bonus: it's farm to table, farmer owned and operated! I was happy to support local food but the quality of bacon, eggs and produce was the real winner. Will visit again!

We loved our lunch at Norbert’s today. The environmentally friendly concept is great. Local sourcing makes it wonderful. We had the haddock chowder and the fish and chips and both were wonderful. Some of the best fish and chips I have ever had. The fries were homegrown and rustic. It was just wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

I got the chicken club sandwich, fries & a glass of their lemonade. The sandwich and lemonade were pretty good but what really stood out to me were the fries, they had a great seasoning on them! Friendly staff as well :)

This place has the best grilled cheese in the City! The rest of the menu is amazing as well. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for delicious and healthy organic food. The location is great, with a beautiful view of the Halifax harbour, and the customer service is always wonderful.

This is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch, brunch, on-the-go snacks, refreshments, and amazing quality organic produce. Every time I order their croissant omelette panini, I cannot wait to dig in! Their prices are fair and they have exceptional staff members. I miss having breakfast here every time I travel abroad!

Very good food (I got the German breakfast), fantastic coffee and the service was friendly. The prices however are on the steeper side but since everything is supposed to be fresh and it’s on the waterfront I guess that it was is expected, but for me that is enough to not visit again. If someone else was paying however, I would certainly return.

Staying nearby and discovered this healthy, delecious eatery. Gluten free fresh breads all you have to do is ask.
