Hubby bought my ring 6 years ago. Loved it then. Today I'm not happy. Took my rings in almost 3 weeks ago. My finger was very swollen. So asked for all 3 to be sized up and saughtered together. This is the outcome. Looks like my wedding band is warped. Should have been an easy fix since they had to be heated to be resized. Not only that. The additional band I purchased elsewhere I had asked to be saughtered to my original set. The row of diamonds is shorter but they could have atleast made it symmetrical on both sides. 328 dollars and I'm extremely dissapointed. When I showed the sales person all my issues all I got back was "if you don't like it leave it". Bravo for a+ customer service. Not only have we been spending 1000's on jewelry there I feel I'm stuck with this shotty job. I called and spoke to the manager and don't feel like I got anywhere. You should have caught these mistakes when you "polished" my ring. We will be going elsewhere from now on. *dissapointed on valentine's day*

Good prices but the owner, he is has an attitude at the Upper James location. The owner at the downtown location is very nice. Prefer going there

My mom and visited 1.6.23 to have some jewelry appraised. The service was excellent and prompt! We had 2 ladies help, unfortunately did not get their names, they were awesome and honest!

My fiancé and I recently got engaged and picked out the ring together at H. Williams. I had something specific in mind that I wanted but was unable to find a setting that I liked at other jewellery stores. Special shout out to Stephanie - she was so patient in answering all of our questions and helped us find a setting that met all of my requests. We ended up choosing a setting from a catalogue that we made some minor adjustments to. The final product was perfect - the engagement ring of my dreams! The team at H. Williams was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware!!! …on their pawn shop items, currently in possession of a stolen guitar that they sold with a receipt! Not sure how that happened… guessing someone chooses to look the other way, or they didn’t do the appropriate checks on goods they purchased, no recourse offered. Only good thing is the owner gets their goods back, but l have to eat it on the money spent. 🤬😕 ( if l could rate a 0 l would)

Dropped into the store, my girl and her father bought a ring for her mother back in the 70's we thought let's go in,look around. Right away felt a good vibe in the store, the staff were friendly and professional, my girl fell in love with a ring, seemed out of budget we left. I came back on my own, the girls were great, helped me with the price, made the purchase possible. Can't thank the staff enough helping me make my girl so happy and an overall fun experience. I was working with Jessica regarding an engagement ring. I didn't end up going with HWJ because we found a diamond more in line with our preferences elsewhere; however, she was totally professional and very efficient at her job. I would highly recommend working with her.

Went to pawn an engagement ring half karat in diamonds 10k white gold and the guy literally says he wants nothing to do with it and it would be a nightmare to sell because it's composit diamonds (not one solid diamond) wouldn't even make an offer because the style is from 5 years ago. Guy is a joke

We just recently had my mother's two sets of rings repaired at the Upper James location. They did an amazing job on both rings. They have the best customer service.
