The worst desk staff ever. The Indian lady was rude and inpatient. We literally reserved rooms several times and mysteriously the reservation didn't show up in their computer. Then my girlfriend showed the reservation to the lady, and she snatched the phone from her and actually canceled the reservation before handing the phone back to my girlfriend. I travel for work all the time and have never been treated so poorly. Definitely call the hotel prior to showing up because if there's any problems with the reservation, these people will not be of assistance. Also the hotel has policies that will not allow cancelation or changes or refunds. Make sure you insure your reservation.

Have stayed here many times in the past few months. Rooms are always clean no smell of smoke in or odors from previous visitors. Breakfast in the morning is Good ! The lady that makes it everyday is nice and really makes the morning experience better with a great selection of food. Rooms are always tidy and I haven’t had any problems at all. Love staying here and enjoying the pool with the family ! Great prices and good service ! Would recommend this hotel over any other hotel on airport road ! No bed bugs in any of the rooms I have booked and no issues what so ever !

We ended up checking out an hour after arrival. When we arrived at the hotel there was a screaming match in the lobby between a disgruntled patron and the desk person. Police were called and we were unable to check in for 2 hours because of the s**t show in the lobby. Once we checked in, we realized the first floor is a basement. Once we entered the room we immediately noticed blood stains on the floor and pubic hair all over the bathroom. Only 1 of the 3 lights worked and the windows didnt lock. After examining more stains and hair on the sheets, we checked out. We later learned other guests had issues w bed bugs. Quite literally the worst hotel I have ever been in. Oh and the staff is racist!

Use to using the apps for check in but the app didn’t work. As for checking in it was the regular ID and credit card… Last time I stood at this hotel must say renovation is there but cleanliness isn’t. Saw room still dirty. On top of that be ready to have your next door neighbors feel like they are sleeping in your room. Sleepless night for us. Now breakfast, there is minimal selection and be ready to feel like you are back in school waiting in line for your meal. Unbelievable, eggs, toast, hash brown, and sausage. It was great to see the progress but my business will go elsewhere where I feel at home.

This place is absolutely filthy. I checked in, dropped my bags in the room and then left immediately for dinner. When I returned I realized how nasty the room really was. There was mildew growing on the the air conditioner and walls. There was mold in the shower. The whole bathroom was sticky. There was an unknown white crusty substance on the bed. I checked out immediately. The hotel refused to refund me even though they had placed me and my 1 year old in a completely uninhabitable room. Absolutely disgusting.

This place is sketchy. If you’re on business or have a family, I would definitely not recommend this place. Way too many sketchy people there. If the place needs a security guard at night then that’s a red flag. Just remember, the lower the price, the greater the risk. If you just want a place to lay your head to get some sleep, pass this place up. What happens is that somebody will come by to knock on your window at around 11 PM at night. I noticed that the person would skip over certain rooms which tells me that management/front desk is in on whatever sketchiness is going on there. They have an on-site restaurant, but no one goes there. Supposedly great place for truckers, as they have a lot of parking in the back for semi trucks and expediters. Breakfast was not bad though for a place like this. They actually had someone cooking eggs, real eggs, and potatoes. They would give you two slices of bread wrapped in saran wrap so you can go and toast it. My room was clean, just wish I was able to get some sleep. The last thing is check out, took forever as check-in did. There’s a lot of paperwork when you’re checking in. Front desk will also tell you that they will take $50 and hold it and refund it in the morning. That is a lie they hold onto it for about a week! I called two days later asking where my refund was and the lady got mad and hung up on me. So again, go at your own risk. You’ve been warned.

Remember to use Hoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any room. They compare thousands of booking websites and usually will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the best in the area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you will love it I'm sure! Nicest Days Inn I’ve ever stayed at. I know that bar is pretty low, but this place is genuinely well cared for and honestly the only thing holding it down is the class of people who stay here, not that they are bad, just not exactly Hilton/ Marriott people. Thanks for the stay and memory.

It's an old Motel, it's a budget Motel. They have remodeled a lot of rooms from what I've seen. My room was clean, comfortable and had thick walls. You are going to have to leave a security deposit because of being a budget Motel it brings in people that like to trash the place. It had an indoor pool but the room and pool were a bit of chilly. Crew was cool, breakfast was decent. The Bar and Restaurant are back open though I didn't get to try them. They have a shuttle, the Airport is less than a mile away. Place is good if you have an early morning flight or you are coming in late. For a BUDGET Motel I'll be back.

It’s a pretty clean place. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues. The room I was staying, the entry light wasn’t working, but luckily the lamp lights inside do. I also agree with other people’s reviews about the breakfast. The scramble eggs were very watery and the potatoes were alright. Interesting they have attached bar which the food was very good and the bar tender was very friendly!

0 Stars. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Location is good and from the outside it looked promising. Had to travel for a family emergency and when we got here we did the usual check in. Got to our room and it was disgusting. Nothing was clean, there was a layer of dust on everything, bedsheets were stained, bathroom had hairs everywhere and toilet was gross. Asked to have the top sheet changed at least since it was night time. The next day we left a note for housekeeping to please do a full service and change everything. Thought that would fix things. We went about our day and came back to the hotel thinking at least now everything will be clean. WRONG. Literally all they did was take out the trash. This is not an exaggeration. Sheets were not changed, did not vacuum the room, bathroom looked the same as when we first arrived. It was horrible. Microwave in the room didn't work well but that's not as bad as the rest. They have breakfast included in your stay and being a family, we always stay in hotels where they have free breakfast. We've never been disappointed by this, however this place made me laugh. Some flavorless eggs and a few potatoes was all they had. What a satisfying breakfast *sarcasm*. Weren't the only ones who thought breakfast was awful. If I sound entitled I shouldn't. This is basic hygiene and cleanliness which should be implemented in any place where people come and go every day, regardless of the price. This isn't the only affordable place we've stayed at, I've seen sketchy motels with much nicer rooms. Never going back here again. Worst experience.

I booked a room very last minute. Within 30 minutes I arrived at the hotel with myself and my children. As soon as I got there I could see the floors hadn't been vacuumed in quiet some time. There were slices of Domino's Pizza on the side of the pool. Objects floating all over the pool water. My kids were looking at me like I was crazy. We checked out the room which smelled like mildew and also had dirty floors. Went to check another room and the mirror was covered in filth. We asked for a refund. I was told I had to call the manager the following morning. However, the employee with me was going to insist on a refund since he clearly saw the issues. Needless to say the next day I was told by the manager that their hotel is not dirty and I would NOT be receiving my refund. Look up the reviews MANAGER! Run from this place! Since then I called customer service and explained in full detail. I was told they would forward my complaint and look into it. The next day I received an email from the same manager saying he would not be refunding me. Curious as to what the customer service number is for. I will DEFINITELY not stop here. No way they charged me over $100 within 30 minutes of a reservation. They should be ashamed!

My family recently needed to use this hotel for a brief time. And found that the rooms were dirty. The wall leaked rainwater in and soaked the carpet. People in other rooms were smoking marijuana, which permeated through all of the rooms. Breakfast that was served and included included powdered eggs and sausage. That were both completely cold and inedible. The blankets had dirt on them, so were discarded and laid on the floor. And there were very. undesirable looking people. Wandering the parking lots and even in the hallways. We told front desk about these issues. When checking out a day early and when asking for a refund for the unused day. They seem to not care at all. And when discussing you to their co. Workers or management refused to speak in English, but in their native tongue of Indian. I don't feel that this would be a safe hotel for any women or children based on the kind of people that I saw there so I would absolutely rate this as a hotel that should not be used safely. That is my opinion because we have seen it first-hand.

Almost 2 days after I checked out they charged my credit card $250 when I came back to the hotel to find out what the charge was for and they stated for smoking in the room. I immediately informed them I do not smoke nor have I ever even tried smoking and never will. The manager went on to say that they had video proof that I smoked in the room. He then pulled out his cell phone and showed me a video supposedly from the staff of what looked to me like some dust on the floor but the video was zoomed in and out of focus and only a few seconds long. I said that is ridiculous that could have been from any room in the hotel. There was no footage of the room number or where the video was actually recorded from. I was extremely insulted and felt scammed. The manager said the only thing he can do was ask the staff again where and when the video was recorded. I own a construction company and therefore rent a lot of hotel rooms when I am working too far from home and have NEVER been treated like this from a hotel. I would have gave them 0 stars if possible.

The place was disgusting! Elevator was dirty with food stains on the walls. The hallways were old, dark, and dingy. The room had no dresser nor closet. It did have a rack with hangers, however. The carpet seemed old and it was stained. The bathroom was GROSS. First of all, it only had 2 sets of towels despite the number of guests the room is reserved for. Additional towels must be retrieved from the front desk for which YOU, the GUEST, must go and get them. There was mold on the baseboards behind the toilet. The sink drained extremely slowly causing water to fill the sink quickly. The shelf below the sing was covered with stained and chipped paint. To the rooms credit, there was a decently sized refrigerator as well as a microwave in the room. The beds were also comfortable with clean white sheets. However, the socks that were discovered near the bed apparently left by the previous guest revealed how thorough the housekeeping was. Disgusting!

The accommodations were minimal. Very few amenities. I fell coming into their back door when my foot caught their step. Still have a few bruises on my shin. Reported the incident and did receive an apology? Additionally, the bathroom was also very tacky. Sad, because I thought Days Inn was much better than that. However the bathtub is EXTREMELY UNSAFE! There are no "grips" in the tub to insure you don't slip. It was quite scary just taking a shower. I needed to put a towel down just to feel "somewhat" safe. Not good Days Inn. Sadly, not coming back and will not recommend your facility in the future.

Absolutely terrible experience while checking in and trying to extend my stay. Zero disclosure of additional fees and a fiasco with trying to use my fiances card to pay the extra. Then needed to repay the fee on our extension because the card was in a different name. Ive stayed at many hotels and have never run jnto this before. Shame because the room was nice and the bed comfortable.

Worst hotel and staff ever. They don’t care about the customer. EXTREMELY RUDE Front desk staff. My family was supposed to spend a weekend here but they tested positive for COVID-19 and couldn’t come for obvious reasons. They didn’t care and on top of that, even though they tried cancel 3 days before, The “manager” would not refund the money neither change the dates. They kept $380 dollars and my family didn’t even step a toe on there. I won’t recommend this “hotel” to anybody. Worst customer service ever.

Billed as a three star hotel, I think that is accurate. There was kind of a strange smell throughout the building, mostly in the hallways. And our door didn't shut on it's own, we had to be sure to push or pull it for it to latch. They have a breakfast area, I don't know if it was related to COVID, or just minimizing the amount of food people can take, but all of the hot food and bread/bagels had to be served by a hotel worker. You could get your own cereal and juice. Also, the directions from Google Maps tried to take me into the neighborhood so it was a little tricky to find.

Decent (ish) for the price. But… disappointed by the bad customer service at the front desk. Also there were plenty of rooms available and they gave me a room down in the bottom level of the hotel, across from the housekeeping laundry room and next to the maintenance room.. Was constantly loud outside my door. Room wasn’t that clean. Pillows were old and uncomfortable. Also found a dead roach on the bathroom wall and a live one crawling on the room curtain.

    • the hotel was a nice stay in the first few days. about a quarter of the staff is friendly & very engaged in their work. however, the photos are very outdated. the rooms are very dingy & the beds are uncomfortable & also come equipped with bed bugs. when i wasn’t itching from the bites, i was sore from the mattress discomfort. some of the staff are very disrespectful & talk very poorly of guest whilst they’re cleaning rooms. the breakfast is often cold & the eggs especially are a monstrosity, almost as bad as the orange juice. one of the only good things going about this place is the pool, which isn’t heated & is also never cleaned.

One towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth for a five day stay. No cleaning service at all unless requested and then to request you need to call during the day while you're busy. No internet or wifi at all. Still waiting after ten business days for my security deposit to be returned also

Had a great time at my family reunion and am grateful for the wonderful staff who were all patient, professional and polite throughout my stay. The facility is lovely, rooms are nice and the breakfast were very good.

I suggest anyone to not stay in this hotel. Indian people are in charge of this hotel. They charge the residents for cleaning. Their free buffet is garbage and not healthy. It actually does not worth paying for breakfast. The washing machine is higher than the normal range. Remember my points.

Stayed there with husband and kids and all the staff was so nice and very helpful. Their breakfast was to die for the rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and game area they even took advantage of the little fitness center they have. Called back and ask them to check because my son had left his Nintendo DS and didn't realize till we checked out and the staff went checked and found it for us. They definitely take their cleaniness seriously and love that! Definitely would stay again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

Customer service is key and you can tell the workers at the desk do not like what they do i guess coming from working at a hotel the front desk is the face I called to see what time I could check in I was greeted with hello not with (hello thank you for calling so-and-so) upon arriving there was a gentleman and a young lady working no smiling faces very serious no small talk no telling me about the dinner area or about what time breakfast is or anything my key card was not handed to me in my hand but just thrown on the counter when I asked for them the young lady point to the counter . BREAKFAST AREA the lady who works it is great but omg was it so HOT IN THERE NO A/C for the guest ? Or worker POOL area was okay it would be nice if other guest used proper swimming gear for children such as water Diapers, maybe the hotel could have that supplied in the front and sell it.. Room was great thought it was a quite stay I enjoyed it

So far since we got here it’s been horrible. First thing as soon as we walked in the room we noticed there were roaches. In the room and the bathroom, also there was hair still in the shower. It’s like they didn’t even clean the room. Now we’re at “breakfast” and the only way I can describe this is with a picture. It was the nastiest smelling eggs, they were mushy and dripped through the plate. I was so disgusted. It felt like I was at school because we had to line up and a lunch lady decided what we were getting on our plate. She chose our portion without even asking. Overall this place is horrible and I would never come back.

Horrible!!!! pictures are very deceiving old out dated and dirty. Rude Staff that never once greeted us or spoke to us our entire 3 day stay. Intoxicated crowd outside our window one night. What suppose to be the first floor is the basement we were across from the laundry room with loud equipment and employees. Sink drained slow filled with water as you brush your teeth, bathtub drained slow in standing water as you shower toilet filled all the way when you flushed it. Swimming pool was dirty. I went to use the hair dryer and there was dried up disgusting crud all over it. I was there because my husband was reunited with his family after 67 yrs and I did not want this horrible hotel experience to take away from why we were there. I just decided to wait until we got home to put in a complaint. Their customer care really doesn't care. I hope no one have to have the type of experience we had. Never again.

Very disappointed. Room 313 with a view of the indoor swimming pool, it was very beautiful but there was an improvised party with very loud music. We had to sleep but it was impossible. The staff went to warn the illegal party animals three times to ask them to respect other users but it was not respected. We at least got a refund for the afternoon reservation fees but unfortunately we had to sleep through the night instead of until midnight as planned in our itinerary. I leave a single star because the lady in the lobby hung up on me when I called the third time (around 9PM) to complain. I do not recommend this place.

There was nothing spectacular about our state however I gave it for Starz because of the pool area. It was very up kept and the kids enjoyed it I did not like the fact that the little store at the desk was cash only especially when we were going to an amusement park that was cashless! Prices on the food and snacks at the desk was outrageous$8 for a bag of$4 for a candy bar

  • 5/5 Kathy P. 10 months ago on Google
For one night it was great for the price. The shower had really good pressure and the bathroom was nice and clean, the bed was very comfy and the sheets on the bed felt nice and crisp clean. A little coffee machine in the room but we didn't end up using it because there is a lovely hot breakfast included that was nicer than we expected. We would definitely stay again if we were driving this way again.

  • 1/5 Tami A. 1 year ago on Google
The room was very dirty. I found crackers on the floor from previous guest and the room has laminate floor! The AC was very old and hard to adjust. The light fixture next to the bed was rusted out on one side and hanging loose. The electrical plug next to the bed was just a silver socket box that had been mounted to the wall with conduit running asking the floor board into the wall. The beds are small double beds that were old and lumpy. The bathroom was clean but only had 2 sets of towels for a 4 person room. The fire alarms went off several times the night of our stay, on which we had to evacuate on the first one. After being told there were no issues the alarms continued to go off several more time during the night. We tried to find other accomodations but everything else close by was booked up. By morning we grabbed our stuff and left as fast as we could. Do not stay here. Sleeping in your car would be cleaner and more comfortable.

I’d give it zero stars if possible. This is one of the grimiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff clearly doesn’t care about cleanliness or noise. The indoor pool is ridiculously cold. Don’t waste your money. Spend whatever extra money to stay in a nicer place Edited since the business decided to respond: We called the front desk 4 times before we gave up about the noise. 4 times. One of the times the front desk girl hung up while we were still talking because she didn’t want to actually address the issue. Now noise is subjective and people can be unreasonable about it sometimes but what I mean by noise is a booming bass so loud that even with the tv on volume 40 in my room, in front of me, I could not hear the tv. And the responsible guests were in the room under mine. Not next door. They started playing music around 6pm and it went on until around 4am. And I am confident I wasn’t the only one affected and complaining about it. So that is what I mean about this hotel not caring. And I seriously doubt there will be staff meetings to address it since the front desk staff also claimed they were handling the noisy people and claimed they had security escorting those guests out. Just saying whatever it takes to get people off the phone.

  • 1/5 Linda S. 1 year ago on Google
Was informed over the phone we were getting to queen size beds ended up only getting two double for a family of four. Then when we got in the room, there was silly string from the guest prior all over the room, and the doorhandle to the bathroom was broken. Also, one of the beds was obviously broken. When concerns were brought to the front desk they just shook their head and said well you should’ve told us sooner we checked in on a Friday night at 11:30 PM. We were at the far end of the hotel, and we’re exhausted as this was an emergency stay for medical reasons. If you want to smell weed and have an extremely horrible service this hotel is for you. This hotel gives Windham an extremely bad name.

We stayed for a few nights, people were nice but overall caused a problem with my support animal. She didn’t ruin the room and she was clean. We cleaned up after ourselves and didn’t cause any problems. If you have an emotional support animal I don’t recommend bringing it here

We had a great stay. I accidentally booked for wrong day on Priceline but the manager was so friendly and helped us to get a full refund. Gave me same price for our stay. Everyone was very nice. Rooms are clean. All employees were working keeping this place great. Definitely will go back again.
