10 stars!! Pizza inn Pizza is the best pizza! What are you doing not having pizza inn pizza or the pizza pie. Even on terrific Tuesday the pizza standard is never compromised. Love it!

Ooo great pizza. They never disappoint.

The place is spacious, airy, and secure. They have the three combo of Pizza Inn, Creamy Inn and Chicken under one roof. Bon Marche supermarket is just next door. The car park is huge with many options to choose from. All modes of payment are available and the main road is just 70 meters away and you can easily get into town because its a direct route. You also have a filling station on the premises so its truly a great convenient place.

Their service is slow and their pizza is not well baked on Terrific Tuesdays.

Nice Setting. Excellent service. Had the opportunity to try their cheesecake, it was great. Worth a revisit. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice Cafe In the Chisipite Area.

Fully customised pizza, bbq sauce base, meat feast with pineapple 😁 was great, staff friendly and better than the same that I tried elsewhere.

Less traffic for a Thursday ☺️. Pizza arrived within 15 minutes. Hot 🔥 oven baked. Lovely staff. 🍕 Oh and they was already in the valentine mood 😍 pizza love is in the air 😅 Plenty of sitting space. Parking can get a little hectic as slots are limited.

Not that crowded at all when we got here. Great pizzas as usual. The only problem is that there is never a TV saying which order is ready and which is the being cooked. Also, the atmosphere of Pizza, Chicken, Creamy and Bakers inn is hot and stuffy as there are no fans or Air Con. Overall, really great place, recommend the Regina.

Great fresh food! Great Atmosphere! Poor service! They have only 2 service tills and the queues get really long especially around lunch time. I had to wait for over 20 minutes to get served..but it was worth it! The new deluxe triple decker pizza and Sweet Chilli Mayo are great editions to try there. WARNING: Be prepared for a parking nightmare if you go there during lunch time

Service was a bit slow, took more than the 20 mins they said the pizza wld be ready by and there werent mnycustomers ere. The pizza was onpoint though bbq Chicken 😋 ended up forgiving their slowness

It's an amazing place with good service and friendly staff. It gets pretty busy on Tuesdays and Thursdays especially in the evening but the staff are always clearly putting effort to deliver as quickly as possible. Good sitting spot for sit ins as well, and being at Belgravia, parking is available: safe and convenient. Five stars💯💯💯

The pizza is good however service can be improved. I was told my order would be ready in 10mins but ended up waiting over 25mins

Ok so yesterday at around 8pm i waited on the queue for about 15mins with no one to serve us ,the girls were busy on their phone and the other one we asked her why she wasnt assisting us and she literally ignored us and left.Then for the chefs preparing the pizzas the tall guy dropped one pizza on the floor and i lip read what he said "30sec rule it wont affect anybody" in front of customers he didnt even show any remorse but rather went ahead to cut the pizza and put it straight mubox it was a double tier type i think and i went on and took the risk of paying and collected the pizza that i had paid for and today everyone who had that pizza is sick we all have a running stomach and i believe that its one of the most filthiest pizza inn ever and i will never buy from them i dont recommend at all. Up until they improve on their smartness and also customer services .Not forgetting one short guy who was mixing or is it crushing the mozzarella cheese with his bare hands🤮Bro thats cheese man anyways we all know they do the most behind the scenes but tochengetwa nenyasha dzaMwari but hey Simbisa do something about that Branch please teach them so that they know that they are not feeding animals but people with feelings

Food and service is great but environment becomes a bit heavy with the bar lounge upstairs, alcohol and short skirts, not the time to take kids fr a late pizza, but definitely the place to go start your Friday night.....

Went in on a Thursday and expected it to take long because of the terrific Thursday but I was pleasantly surprised when my pizza came in 15 minutes. Friendly staff and clean toilets

We ordered coffee and croissants, we left a tip that was 10% in Zim dollars, the waiter picked it up, without a, thank u, when we asked, was it not good enough, he just put it down in front of us and walked off, he was not even a good waiter, we had to call him to order. Not impressive

Lovely ambience, good food, but the staff are NOT warm nor welcoming. They forgot 2 different condiments we requested, they took our order in haste and never smiled one time. When we asked questions about the meals, there was a reluctance and mild irritation in the responses we got from 2 different waiters. I doubt it was a case of one person having a bad day. Training on customer service is recommended. There are other restaurants we would return to mainly because of the friendliness and attention to detail exhibited by the staff.

My friend wanted to make a reservation for a wedding function,and the European manager was very descriminating towards her.I think if she were white the outcome would have been totally different
