Worst service l have ever received my entire life. From the manager to the cashier they have zero knowledge of PR. After being at fault who tells someone to go help themselves. Having a disability doesn’t mean one is not human. Worst worst worst service ever😡😡😡

Massive training should be done on how to handle customers.I had a bad experience today at this place.

Too much flies they don't clean tables nice and in time I waited for some minutes for the cleaner to come there is only one cleaner why?

The area is quite busy so there's usually many people in the evenings ,especially to those who love peace and quiet.

The food is not worth it, expensive for nothing, the atmosphere is just damp, however the service is just normal...nothing exciting to say the least.

Rubbish service. Funny enough the HQ is in the same building I thought that charity begun at home 😑

The service is okay. I just wish they put more seats in there because finding a seat in this location is always a nightmare. The place is so big and spacious that I find it hard to fathom the fact that seating is not a priority issue here. Otherwise, the staff are cheerful and always happy to serve. The Innbucks service is also available here, but most times the network is slow and backs up the line on occasion. Food is good, though, and I would recommend it to anyone who just wants to pick up a quick meal and eat it on the move.

Poor service from the staff. They should at least adivise that the order boards are not working rather than making us wait and not calling out orders when they're ready

The ladies serving looked tired and bored by seeing my face i will give them a 2/10 i was tired too but a little smile wouldnt harm at Chicken inn....

Good sit in area, but the queues can be rather large... I suggest adding more till personnel.

Its overcrowded especially on Tuesdays and the wait time for a meal it gets a little longer its frustrating at times

There was no electricity in the morning. The shop was closed and it was difficult to get services. No backup plan was done and we had to wait until managed to get the service with poor lighting and in the darkness. The Mukuru shop workers were using cell phone to provide light for them to offer services. Was not pleased with the big facility without a power supply backup plan.

This particular branch by Park and Kwame woow it is amazing always buy food there almost 3 to 4 times a week but their food is always fresh and up to standard i was also amazed by some of the service staff i still remember Thelma you know its always good when someone gets to recognize you 💌thumbs up
