Refreshment point in the standard of the chain, food a little below the international standard of the chain but in the standard of Zimbabwe, courteous staff, to the point of improving the cleanliness and order of the place

I come here after church on Sundays and it is still my favourite kfc. It has very fast and impressive service and is very chill if you come early like 12 noon.

Ordered a delivery from Westgate no krushers and the phone service was useless they called me 3 times and I had to call them back so much noise in the background then I call and the lady has a very long conversation with another worker about if he knows my address what a waste!!! I'll update if the portions are decent....update the portions and the food were decent. The chips portion was rather small for a large though.....

The stuff was great, fast service delivery and just a cook atmosphere. I have no complaints.

Service was quick, staff was friendly. We had a big order so the cashier asked us to park by the side and she would send someone with our order to the car. After 6 minutes our order came. I was impressed with this as it was very cold and didn't have to leave my car to go and pick up my order.

Drive through available. So for those wanting take aways, it's easy to access. Don't order their mashed potato, you will hate it for life. Food is good but for those that don't want spiced food, I don't recommend KFC. Its quiet and secluded from all the noises in the area and traffic too. There is plenty of parking, and free parking as much as you want. Come with 20 cars and you still get more parking!! Awesome isn't it?

Basing on my last experience i absolutely hated and regret going to KFC. Ended up leaving before i could order my meal. The drive through traffic was not moving at all. Spent a very long time in the queue by yhe time we decided to go inside it was equally packed and staff was taking long to serve customers. The whole experience tested my patience. Unfortunately, impatience and ANNOYANCE won 😠😩 Hope they will do better when whatever situations that was causing the delay occurs again! Not yet sure if i will be going back there again anytime soon.

They provide efficient service. There is a drive through as well as walk in facilities, very convenient. It is located at a shopping complex with two huge supermarkets and on the Harare -Chinhoyi highway making it strategically located.

The drive through service is good so is the inside of the restaurant. The area is well maintained in terms of cleanliness. In my experience with the drive through; in reference to the spot where you place your order, the speaker is not audible enough, for those who may have hearing problems you may want to consider that. Another issue is, based on my findings, they struggle in having change so it's a wiser decision to carry loose money. For example, if you want to buy something for $3, then make sure you have $3 otherwise in most cases, if you have $10, they will offer you something on top (which is not a bad thing) However, if you intend to use that money for something else, you may be disappointed in that case.

Oh I love it became the first place I had dunked wings sho, now that's good food no lie. Though their portion of chips is the smallest in all of Zimbabwe's fast food franchises.

There isn't that much sitting area but the one there is cosy enough. I like the inside red couch setup. Unfortunately, it accommodates 2 pairs of people. Over-all it's a great place.
