The place and tables were tidy and clean, and the atmosphere relaxed. The food, as usual, was great, served fresh and hot. Chips crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, just how they ought to be. Keep that up. The service, however, was a bit slow for our sit in order.

These cups are too small please Nandos. The sit in glass is times 2 larger than this, I would have paid the same price😂

Clean, neat, lovely place. Spacious and varied seating. Staff are not perfect making many mistakes. However.... it's recently opened so... Nando's doesn't make value for money food. For the price you pay you get small potions, uninspiring salads and bland chicken. Too expensive for too little for a "fast" food takeaway. Bring back the old Nando's.

Generally good service, but delivery time could improve. They forgot to announce my order and inhalation to sit for 1 hour. The lemon and herb rice tasted like tonnes of chilli.

You recently started preparing those small baby chickens. They are not nice whatsoever , taste wise and size wise , please revert back to good standards of old. And of course , you can do better with your chips. They're not good!

I definitely enjoy Nandos whenever I have the opportunity to go there. The ambiance, the Bossa Nova music, good aesthetic environment overall, the food so good. However, I hope the menu keeps expanding and we get more items on offer.

I cnt sit in coz I dnt hv a vaccine card which is not mandatory to every1 very sad had to leave the shop without being serviced...*sad hw they treat their customers tht they must beg and negotiate for their service * I wouldn't suggest for any 1 who's a customer must be treated that way shame on on Nandos fife

The service could have been better, one of the waiters just didn't come back with the condiments we had requested and we ended up having to engage another one for assistance

It was good ,but when doing a seat in they should provide some water glasses and ice like Nandos Gweru they are very excellent when it comes to customer care.

Terrible service. The waitress kept mixing up our order. The quarter chicken was so small you would think they are selling pigeons. For that price it was a total rip off. Tried to compensate with more chips .. but really.. The green salad was served without dressing which only came minutes later and no effort was put on its appearance. One hour gone by and i still dont have my full order

It’s the usual ‘Nandos’ fare - but it’s a good vibe, spacious inside, busy and buzzing - during normal hours (which is most of the time) It’s a decent experience.

The restaurant was cool and inviting. All Covid protcols were exercised, social distancing, wearing masks, hand gel at the door and the best for me handwashing stations. In this regard Nandos has always led as they already had handwashing stations before Covid 19. The rest of the industry should certainly follow. Well done guys. The food was tasty and we did not have long to wait fo it. The staff was attentive and polite. It was a really good lunch.

Had to wait for 30mins no food served after placing my order. Had a sit in, i guess without table numbers they cant keep track of who has an order. Disappointed had to get a refund.the manager and anothed lady were in arguments it was so bad.

Food was hot and it's a very clean restaurant. Tatenda helped me with my order and she was very friendly and pleasing. But security inside was rude, he forced me to delete my photo of the menu, and l refused to hand him my phone. Because of Tatenda l would go agai.

Ordered dinner for dining in. Our order came late even though we didnt order wings that take time to get prepared. Take away orders were being prioritised. Management should fix this. Staff were slow as they did not serve our drinks on time.

Very poor management they didn't have the orders we wanted even milkshakes their service was poor and they said today we are doing stock take that's why. I was so disappointed on this day

Overall food is lovely and cooked well. But for some reason this Nandos branch usually runs our of rice or sweet potatoes and you end up choosing what you didn't come for🤦🏽‍♀️ In addition, you should fumigate the place often, I went there before Easter Holidays and cockroaches were racing against each other underneath the table.

They didn't have variety of fruit juices...just Minute maid only. Didn't even have their designer drinks.

I love the size of this place! I love the staff, they are so friendly and ever smiling. The food is affordable and you can buy in foreign currency, cash or even Visa.

It liked the environment, it's chilled. They just need to improve on: 1. their customer response time, especially when it comes to attending to customers who just entered and also 2. time taken to pay for your meal (get to stand in a long line with just one person serving you while the next till has no one manning it.). Otherwise I found everything else fine.
