This was a dine in, and the place was not crowded. Not much of a buzz but the atmosphere was just okay. A table for two in the restaurant was just behind a pillar. A family 👪 of four not far away and another couple. The food was served with 20 minutes of ordering. Would have preferred having our drinks at least earlier as we waited. The salad was great. Nandos chicken is great but the sauce here was really a boon. Worth a visit.

Excellent customer service, the food was well prepared and the waitress was nice. However the whole place had only one glass so my mom and I had to share hence the four stars. Definitely recommend once they fix the water glass situation.

Great place to hang out and relax. Its my go to place when I don't want to stress about where to eat out. Plus , the staff there is friendly.

Kudos for the kids playground here. It's probably the best among all the branches in the country though it's a busy zone so I don't foresee parents being patient enough to let their kids play there for longer than their orders take. The branch is very busy, being located in the industrial area with Bakers, Chicken and Pizza inn options meaning that it's a popular joint for lunch, dinner and passers-by from the Harare/Mutare highway...

Pretty much what you’d expect from a Nandos. Which isn’t a bad thing actually. Decent parking and decent waiting times.

Great service and quality food

The atmosphere is not for those who aren't fans of noisy public places, i would prefer Nando's Avondale.

A little crowded and also they do not offer card services for international traveller's. There is a KFC just a couple hundred meters away that offers a better experience. Nandos is great foe kids as it has a nice kids play area jungle gym

The staff were very lackdesical, got our order wrong, and were not apologetic about it.

The food is excellent and sitting is plentiful. Parking is good except on weekends and towards evenings when the parking my be crowded, best visit in the morning to laye afternoon. There is entertainment for kids.

It's a good place to be with family and friends. The service is great and I loved the music that was playing at that time.

Poor service, very slow seems they prefer take away customers compared to sit in. I could feel the difference between the Sam levy and this one. If I wanna enjoy Nandos, I know where to go now.

Poor service they would rather force you to buy something worth 50c than to let you swipe the zwl equivalent. They should stop charging the .50 if they don't have change. Poor poor customer experience had to go to Nandos Avondale where I got better treatment

Simbisa Brands really went the extra mile with their Msasa food court in particular the kids play area. In terms of the Nandos outlet the food is good as usual, the team is friendly and the atmosphere is great, enhanced by the kids play area of course.

It's a your basic nandos restaurant but with slightly less space, the food is great, the service is OK but nothing special. It's adequate overall

Food , service all in all it was great. Now atmosphere is pleasant there's a kids play area next to the food court great place for the whole family to eat out whether you are sitting in or just there to brag and go

Ordered a wrap on Good Friday en route to Mutare. Terrible preparation on the first one, it had too much sauce and was dripping and the wrap was not toasted properly and was cold soggy and raw. I sent the first wrap back and asked for a toasted wrap and less sauce. The next wrap came toasted but with so much sauce it messed my clothes even though I specifically asked them to reduce the watery sauce. I threw it away at the Puma service station next to the food court. Bitterly disappointed ☹️

My all time favourite for a true Nandos experience. Friendly staff and plenty parking space, though it gets hectic on Friday n Saturday afternoon to evening.

It's a conveniently located food outlet, if you're on your way out of Harare, if you are heading toward Marondera / Mutare direction. Always busy though, especially lunchtime.

Great joint for foodies but if you want to spend a specific amount, best go there with you money already changed if paying in USD. Otherwise getting change becomes a hustle, particularly smaller amounts.

Politely Rude till person. Asked me for proof of my covid vaccine but the people before me were not asked any proof. We were almost denied to dine In because I didn't have a vaccination card. Also Food was basic. I ordered hot which tasted like lemon & herb. Overall a very disappointing nandos

Worst nando's experience. No food on site. Had to wait for 15 mins just to get a take away chips after abandoning all orders because staff said any other dishes were going to take long. Till operator kept going to consult menu prices and her explanation being that they were changing prices . Seriously? On the 7th of January?

This Food court is always packed but the Nandos area is usually better as compared to Pizza, chicken inn and creamy Inn. The Nandos food is a bit pricey but quite worth the $$ especially my to go meal >> their spicy rice, chicken strips with roasted veggies. Never let's me down! Their quarter chicken and chips on the other hand usually has complains.
