Pick N Pays ALWAYS offer a wonderful shopping experience. This is probably one of their best shops. Conveniently located at the heart of the CBD, it allows for easy access from any part of town. The shop is kept clean and fresh. The product range is so wide that you will probably get ANYTHING you need. Shelves are always fully stocked. Till points are many, ensuring that you are served at the shortest possible time. I especially liked the bakery section! Appetising and well decorated cakes! The only issue is parking space. If something can be done to ensure that customers have adequate parking facilities, it will greatly contribute to the wonderful shopping experience.

Well stocked (esp considering it's location) clean and not as prime to congestion. Parking it's usually buy easy to get, and there's no option for dubious illegal parking as you will pay with a hefty bundle of US$ should you try. A tip is to park in Jason Moyo Ave, before crossing Sam Nujoma (2nd Street) Good ambience, service, and stock.

Everything is perfect Except that some bakery products get baked lately, that you can't enjoy them on breakfast, especially crispy rolls and deli baguette rolls.

The worst site to buy groceries for your family in Zimbabwe from overseas, I bought groceries for my family worth $95 through their online platform, imagine my family was supposed to get 30 various grocery items but unfortunately they only got 10 items out of 30. I don't know if it's corruption within their operations or what but whatever it is don't ever buy groceries online for your loved ones using Pick and Pay. I used sites like Ok mart what you buy is what they get.

I got to the Information Desk just after 4 and told the lady manning the desk that I wanted to use City Hopper and she told me that they had closed. I asked her what time they close and she said 1, without confidence. As i was walking towards the entrance i noticed that there was someone manning the BancAbc desk. Went over got assistance, the guy was very helpful and I managed to do my transaction. Left wondering what's the use of the information desk if someone is giving wrong information

  • 5/5 Tafadzwa C. 2 years ago on Google
One of the best shops in the country! Their customer service is just amazing! They however need to create more space for the financial side, as its usually crowded, BancABC should also increase their staff. There was one person serving a line of about 15 people and the process is usually slow. But in general the shop is just amazing.

  • 4/5 Archie M. 2 years ago on Google
While the experience is great and the store has amazing ambiance I have trouble with parking as well as how packed it gets sometimes. I feel they should engage Eastgate for parking arrangements for customers as the paid parking downstairs offers risk for clamping if you overrun the time. One of the best Pick n Pay stores in the country.

  • 3/5 Nigel K. 2 years ago on Google
