Neat and nice place. There is lots of parking. Inside the supermarket the environment is very refreshing and wide even for those on wheelchairs can move freely. There are insurance guys and wells as bank agents like of BancABC. Their management is quick to attend if there are any issues.

The kind of lackadaisical approach to customer service is just terrible. For starters, a whole Pick N' Pay did not have French fries/fresh chips. The manager was standing by the doorway just staring while I queried the absence of such a basic food. I was really pissed off. I told him I was gonna write a review

I visited Pick n Pay Chiremba Road recently and I was impressed by their service and products. The store is spacious and well-stocked, with a variety of items to choose from. They have a lot of promotions and discounts, and they also have a shop and win competition where you can win prizes. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the checkout process is fast and efficient. The store is open daily from 8am to 5pm, which is convenient for me. I would recommend Pick n Pay Chiremba Road to anyone who wants to enjoy a real value shopping experience.

Relatively new.. located on a complex with plenty restaurant facilities as well in case one wants a quick bite, service stations nearby and a various businesses around. .. Pick n Pay is a one stop shop in terms of all groceries , meat and veggies included + some small electrical appliances .. would recommend it to anyone

It's really a convenient place for those who want to do their grocery shopping out of town. There is parking space and less human traffic. So you can do your shopping without any hustle

I love the place. It's clean it's quiet it has security. The customer service I like it very much. And the supermarket is always stocked everyday when I get in. Good place to visit and do your shopping quick and easy. Worthy visiting and shopping. I highly recommend it.

Strategically located, very convenient (since it's along Chiremba Rd), quick service, Great staff and a variety of food items. If you don't wish to use the main Pick n Pay you can use the express Pick n Pay for a quicker purchase, for your 1-5 grocery items/snacks or so. Available parking, security always on patrol. Construction of the Mall is still under way within the Pick n Pay area but not a deterrent at all for your shopping experience. If you are close by or happen to find yourself along the Breaside/Chiremba Road area be sure to make a stop at your new local Pick n Pay.

Still new, promising to be a great mall in a few months time. This would have been a solid 4 stars if not for the food poisoning my family suffered from the Kefalos products. I was promised an investigation which never happened. Please treat customers better. There was no compensation for the inconveniences we suffered.

Still relatively new as of now, with the accompanying mall complex still pretty empty of shops other than the gas station and the Innscor Food Court; but all in all, a nice, spacious, well stocked and well served supermarket, with accompanying ample parking.

The place is clean and top class. Shopping experience seamless, Covid screening done and no hassles at the door for receipt. It’s never crowded and checkout is quick no change delays either.

To date its my favourite grocery shop! Their service is just amazing and also considering they have a banking facility in the shop

I always find goodies I cnt find in other pnp's..great secure parking. Never congested. Staff is quick and friendly.
