Fui una tarde a compartir con mi familia unas cerbecitas con picadera en el patio del hotel. La atencion muy buena y lo que consumimos también. Lo que vi del hotel esta muy lindo y es un lugar agradable.

Nice location, nice hotel, wonderful staff. I've stayed here many times now since they opened. some items of concern but may be sides issues related to the situation in Cuba. The restaurant is quite nice and the chef often times comes out to see if we are satisfied. The rooms are gorgeous, specially the corner suite facing the park. The staff is all friendly and very accommodating. To my issues and concerns with the hotel is the $50usd early check in fee. As often times the flight into Holguin gets in quite early. Most other hotels in Holguin, specially beach hotels do not have this fee. Other issues have been with the power outages which have been resolved with the gas power plant. The pricing on bar drinks is inconsistent one day its 150 cuban pesos for a beer the next day its 300 pesos. Small items but overall a very nice hotel with wonderful staff.

This place is a true reflection of Cuba. Very traditional, with old decorations. I liked the fountain. The customer service is on a 9/10 for Cuba. The staff are great. But be warned, most of the things on the menu are not actually available in stock. But, this is a general Cuba problem, the menus offer more than is available.

Struttura molto bella, colazione servita bene e molto gustosa, posizione dell'Hotel nel centro della città che permette di poter visitare tutto con comodità. Camere grandi spaziose e pulite. Unico difetto l'insonorizzazione che lascia a desiderare, tra la fontana del patio accesa tutta la notte e una sirena non abbiamo dormito benissimo.

12.4.23 Übernachtung in diesem sehr schönen kolonialen Hotel. Die Zimmer waren beeindruckend, wie der ganze Bau. Service und Essen waren sehr gut.

Was there just for a coffee with a friend and the place was amazing the service super nice and the most cuban ambiance...definitely will stay there next time

Fully renovated, extremely clean, well located, very friendly service personnel. There is nothing to say bad about this hotel.

Toll renoviert und mitten im Zentrum. Hatten großes Zimmer mit 2 Balkonen . Personal freundlich und für Kuba sehr gutes Frühstück Kaffee aus der Siebträger Maschine Jederzeit wieder

Estoy hospedada en este momento , el Ruidoso es insoportable , una discoverable al lado , muero del dolor de cabeza y no hay agua entodo el hotel para tomarmw una pastilla , no se puede descanzar con esa musica horrorosa y un hotel donde retumban sus Paredes, he tenido q tirar una frazada en el piso del bano y encerrarme ahi , que horrorrrr

Sehr gutes Hotel Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bestes Essen bekommen in Kuba und sehr preiswert für Kuba.

Edited Review... was finally able to stay at the Saratoga but only by chance. I had booked another hotel in Holguin that apparently became overbooked. So, they moved guests to the Saratoga. Check in was easy. Fairly friendly. No assistance with luggage up the three flights of stairs. There is almost no parking here except for a couple small spots out front (usually occupied)..i parked at the nearby park. Had no issue. Room has very high ceilings. Decent wooden furniture. Bed was ok. AC was cold but slow to cool the room. TV surprisingly good. Bathroom basic. NO HOT WATER! Evening of checking in or the next morning. Disappointing. Would i go back? For the price and amenities. No.. Location..yes. location is central and convenient. Nice hotel. Appeared empty. That said, they are not accepting any guests. Tried to make a reservation, always says no availability. Went to check it out in person. Almost nobody there but no rooms available?! I guess they do not want any guests.
