Had a coffee and 2 kougelhopfs as dry as can be- the waiter was not in a good mood at first but did offer to get us croissants if we wished - he ended up giving us some butter and a little jam - the café is located in a beautiful square Benjamin Zix

Very friendly attentive staff. English & German spoken - what a relief in France! Try the Quiche Lorraine.

Les avis étants plutôt mitigés, je tiens à faire part de mon expérience personnelle. Le lieu est chouette et l’ambiance y est agréable, la carte est complète et pas trop cher. Le serveur est sympathique... contrairement à ce que je lis beaucoup! Peut être y’en a-t-il plusieurs? Bref, je recommande parce que c’est en pleine petite france.

This restaurant is now called the 'Oktoberfest' and is well 'in business' and open. We enjoyed our light lunch and the service was really friendly and enthusiastic. We came back in the evening as (being june 21st) there was a live band outside which was really good, lots of rock and pop covers, GREAT.

Rude servic e, mediocre desserts, waiter stopped to smoke next to us. There is a homeless guy asking for money right next to it playing music. AVOID!

Plus aucun kougelhopf n'était en vente, ce qui est embêtant pour un restaurant éponyme. L'accueil était assez froid mais j'espère que ce n'était qu'une mauvaise expérience. Le cadre est cependant très agréable en pleine Petite France, en plein coeur de Strasbourg.

Very disappointed. Pizza was looking okey but the taste was like burned as it was carbonated. The table near me confirmed the fact. However, the unfriendly and rude staff took the pizza back and just at the end when the payment come told me that i shall pay the pizza cause they tasted it and it was ok for them. I think they didn’t eat normal Pizza elsewhere. Anyway, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Another thing, the guy made me pay 17€ and he wrote it on the check, you can see in photo, but officially it was 12€. The 5€ diference is for the Pizza said he. Unnormal.
