my

however
the
store
called
to
apologize
for
the
disconnect
in
attentiveness
and
forwarded
me
to
the
Albertson's
corporate
offices
where
I
was
assured
that
there
is
no
such
policy
about
not
helping
clients
who
are
desperately
seeking
assistance
finding
their
mobile
phones.
I
was
assured
that
the
person
who
misinformed
me
was
new,
and
this
may
have
been
a
policy
from
another
company.
I
was
also
assured
that
Daniel
would
be
noted
and
recognized
as
going
above
and
beyond
the
call
of
duty
in
assisting
me.

the
follow
up,
Safeway/Albertson's!
I
have
a
contradictory
review.
The
store
only
gets
a
1
as
I
was
informed
that
if
a
client
loses
their
mobile,
the
staff
are
not
permitted
to
call
it.
Fortunately,
as
it
was
well
after
midnight,
they
had
a
little
wiggle
room
to
be
human.

Also
calling
the
number
is
useless
if
you
would
like
to
speak
to
administration.
It
leaves
you
listenening
to
music,
then
rings
a
bit,
and
then
hangs
up.
This,
in
and
of
itsef,
is
unforgiveable.
I
wanted
to
praise
David
for
helping
me
find
my
phone
in
the
darkened
churchgrounds
where
I
had
dined,
but
I
was
afraid
he
would
be
reprimanded
instead.
If
no
one
had
helped
me,
i
would
be
out
a
thousand
dollar
phone
and
i
would
never
be
shopping
at
Safeway
again.

late
