My daughter was stranded in Houston, TX. and I am a Choice Rewards Member, I booked her a room so she could have a place to lay her head down and rest. When she got there the manager would not let her get the room because I wasn't there. I've never heard this before, people reserve rooms for family coming from out of state all the time, because we do. I've reserved rooms for me and my husband and he pays for them and we never got turned around. Then he made some excuse about a lady using her sister's name or something like that, but I even told him she could FaceTime me and I'll show him my driver's license. He still wouldn't, my child had to stay in her car in the Texas heat until, I could send her some money the next day. This was not right and I feel him and whoever the manager is need to be reintroduced to policies and procedures. I called the C.H. customer service and they said he shouldn't have done that and there were no red flags on their website. It was just wrong.

DO NOT STAY HERE I like to start off first if you have a family do not stay here this hotel is right next to a strip club and lots of activity outside with police presence. When I checked in I had 2 different reservations and they said i couldn't pay with 2 different cards. Also the elevator situation they only worked in the day and all of sudden they were out of order in the evening/night what really upset me was an elderly lady had to walk up the stairs to her room because oh the "elevator was out of order " Now they definitely have false advertisements on there breakfast they say and show hot breakfast but when you go to breakfast it's a brown bag with a biscuit sandwich, pop tart, a yogurt that's a joke THIS BY FAR IS THE WORST HOTEL I'VE EVER STAYED AT

DO NOT GET A ROOM HERE!!! If you have a family, don't stay here. It is right next to a strip club. We get here. We have 2 rooms reserved. They said we could not pay with different cards. They advertise free breakfast. They have a sign out, waffles, eggs and fresh coffee. False advertising. You get a brown bag with a pop tart, a sausage biscuit you would get from the corner store, a apple and a kids yogurt. No coffee. The kicker they said the elevator doesn't work. Funny that it works during the day. But when you get back in the evening there's a sign that says out of order. So you have to take the stairs. Poor 80 year old lady having to go up and down stairs. This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. If put a negative star, I would. We are checking out. Now we have to carry all our luggage down the stairs. This place is joke!!! TRUST ME DON'T DO IT!!!

Also I didn't see any kind of bugs in rooms. So happy 😊. And Ramon the front desk receptionist was very helpful and nice. He does a very good job. Thank u. Staff is good. And breakfast is good.

Room was disgusting, had my newborn with me and my husband. Was there just to get ready for a concert, didn’t even stay there. But just for the couple of hours we were there their was so many roaches on the bed and TV stand, down the hallway it smelled like marihuana and cigarettes. Couch was full of cigarette burns. It was rare when their was someone in the front. You had to make some type of noise in order for them to come out from the back to the front to attend you

If I I could leave 0 stars I would... the place at first look didn't look as bad as you could imagine however the problems don't arise until night time this hotel has BED BUGS. Upon arriving we were looking just for a place to stay for the night due to our house being worked on, throughout night I was very restless due to the people next door being very loud bumping against the wall and the constant itching at night. If you still decide to stay here after reading the reviews make sure do a thorough check before leaving out to make sure you don't bring anything with you.

The hotel was nasty. We found roaches all over the room. The elevators were all messed up and the whole place just stunk. I do not recommend. Go pay a little more somewhere else and save you the trouble.

ABSOLUTELY NEVER AGAIN. Horrible area. Don’t stay here with your family. There is like an unnamed strip club with lost of activity. I could not sleep. Was scared my car would be stolen. I paid for two nights didn’t even care left the next morning. Oh ya didn’t even shower there. There was HAIR in the bathtub. Do yourself a favor don’t even bother.

The motel would be a very nice place to stay if they do little more maintenance. Their are six floors in the motel with two elevators on the property and neither one is working.

Had a very nice stay, bed was comfortable, pillows were comfy. Plenty of room and most importantly the bathroom was super clean.

I would never ever go to this establishment again we me and my companion received numerous bed bug bites both in the head and face area after reading on the insect it states that they are not visible on the surface area but when a person is asleep it preys on the breathing of that person and movements a very clever insect will hide in mattress, bedding crevices etc. when told about the incident to the front desk they wanted no conversation or photos was offered another room at that point we left our belongings and slept in our vehicle came back the following morning to talk with the morning manager as requested she showed no interest in seeing the injuries or accepting a complaint we have photos and came to the ER to be treated

I can say I was surprised!!!! Due to the area and the hotels next to them I did not think this would be a good stay! It was a GREAT stay! I only booked for one night because I was skeptical, but I will add on another day! I stripped the bed, searching, nothing! What a relief from the other inns/motels. I don’t care for what goes on outside because you can’t help that. But my room was clean, no bed bugs (what a relief) and the breakfast was amazing!!! Thank you Rosa / Rosario for such an amazing breakfast. Had a great start to my day. I’m booking again tonight!!!

Ghetto area, strip club in front.. So I reserved a room for 4 nights, went in & checked in.. a few hours later I tell front desk I am going to need an early check. Meaning I’m not staying the last 3 days. Day 1 is fine.. lady at front desk says, No refund!😮 Well, Why didn’t you tell me this before I checked in, that y’all had no refund policy? Therefore I wouldn’t asked.. Front desk lady start mumbling her words, Once I said well I going to speak with X,Y,Z she changed her tune… the point is she lied saying I have to ask my manger, Well this is what manager said, Well let me speak with manger! Manager can’t speak right now, just lying..

This place should be your very last resort. If you have kids they will look for reasons to kick you out. The family owns the other 2 hotels behind it. Breakfast is a false advertisement. It’s supposed to be a non-smoking establishment but they allow certain rooms to smoke cigarettes and marijuana. The staff especially the female manager is rude daily. The rooms aren’t up to par. We ended up with mold on our bags from the lack of ventilation in the room. We dealt with a leak from the floor above us and maintenance never came to fix it. I had to clean up the mess myself then got in trouble for the towels being me messy. Housekeeping doesn’t do well at all. Every sheet set has stains or burn holes in it. I was attacked by 3 people in front of the establishment and the manager stood at the door and watched with her arms folded as if she was apart of it. If I could add the videos for more proof I would but Don’t stay here. I have a police report and photos so saying I’m lying with proof is crazy. We can go to court behind it if you really want to take it there.

Right off the interstate!! Lobby was recently updated but the glass protecting the front desk tells you what kind of arra you are in. The walls need a fresh coat of paint and floors need a good vacuum and mopping. Stains on the furniture and walls. It served its purpose for the night to sleep but comfort it lacked.

My family and I had a great stay as usual,the staff was very attentive.They made our stay a great experience after the day we had,had. There is also plenty of parking,handicap friendly as well as great security. That was defenatly a treat. And can't forget the the complimentary breakfast that it never disappoints. Defenatly recommend it.

Hotel was ok, kind of expensive for a two queen room. Breakfast was decent. We were running late and the staff quickly made some extra waffles for us. They were so kind it earned them an extra star.

Was there a week ago! Very nice place. Trying to book a room fort two days right.

It was a decent stay. The rooms were renovated you can tell however, two of the five rooms my party had did have missing smoke detectors which is a huge violation. There was mold on the corner wall which was kind of hidden. Missing tiles in the ceiling and also stains that showed water damage. The elevator needs some servicing. The public areas, halls, etc smelled of mold. Sanitizing the room it was kind of dirty especially the remote. The check in guy Ramon was nice. However, I did have to ask his name at check in due to no name tag and wearing a Adidas hoodie, no Choice uniform. Breakfast is open. Located in not the best area. I would stay again if I needed to.

Outside temperature was past mid ninety's.Having road problems. The owner was more than helpful renting room and solving other issues. His staff was also helpful with information on local merchants in area. Rooms were clean and cool.

Management Needs To Step Their Game Up. Elevators Are Horrible, Rooms Smells Like Smoke, Ceiling Tiles or Coverings Need To Be Replaced. Toilet Seats Need Tighten, Security Should Be On Hand To Keep The Homeless From Looking In Your Cars... I was only there because a friend chose this place to stay while visiting from out of town (due to price) and not where I recommended. -not my choice of a staying place.

The main reason I chose this hotel was because of the breakfast in the morning but thanks to 'Delta V', they canceled it completely. The ppl there were nice & kind to guests but not all that professional. The service is still okay.

Everything was good other than CH that laid down on the grown looking for a cat under the cars but calling it like a dog. Ramon was an excellent attendant and the hotel was very nice and clean. Quiet with a comfortable bed. Would have loved breakfast but hey, it was better than a 3star H.I. that I stayed in downtown. This is my go to hotel from now on.
