My
daughter
was
stranded
in
Houston,
TX.
and
I
am
a
Choice
Rewards
Member,
I
booked
her
a
room
so
she
could
have
a
place
to
lay
her
head
down
and
rest.
When
she
got
there
the
manager
would
not
let
her
get
the
room
because
I
wasn't
there.
I've
never
heard
this
before,
people
reserve
rooms
for
family
coming
from
out
of
state
all
the
time,
because
we
do.
I've
reserved
rooms
for
me
and
my
husband
and
he
pays
for
them
and
we
never
got
turned
around.
Then
he
made
some
excuse
about
a
lady
using
her
sister's
name
or
something
like
that,
but
I
even
told
him
she
could
FaceTime
me
and
I'll
show
him
my
driver's
license.
He
still
wouldn't,
my
child
had
to
stay
in
her
car
in
the
Texas
heat
until,
I
could
send
her
some
money
the
next
day.
This
was
not
right
and
I
feel
him
and
whoever
the
manager
is
need
to
be
reintroduced
to
policies
and
procedures.
I
called
the
C.H.
customer
service
and
they
said
he
shouldn't
have
done
that
and
there
were
no
red
flags
on
their
website.
It
was
just
wrong.
