Generally, it’s nice. A complete room with everything you need except no cooking, just a kitchen with a microwave. The environment is nice with good parking space. A decent gym at the entrance. The dining area is right in front of the reception which is a bit uncomfortable having everyone passing through food area(a demarcation would suffice). Air conditioning in the room is good and heating too. But the doors need a bit of attention. Maybe be it was just my room, but the entrance door had a lot of gap between the floor and door. You could hear almost everything going on in the corridor and someone could hear you from outside as well. The bathroom sliding door doesn’t close so it remains open all the time. The bed is wide and comfortable. Nice sitting area too with working table for pc etc. The large window helps to have a good view as well. And breakfast is buffet. Great place for couples/ family/groups.

Hotel has no security. Multiple vehicles broken into on my first night. Looks like a good area but it isn't. Had no valuables in the truck but still was broken into. Damage was around 2,500 dollars because they damaged the door to get the glass to break without setting the alarm off. Police are well aware of the break ins at the property and surrounding area. Multiple vehicles were broken into on the same night at the hotel. They really need security to help prevent this. Also was not even 20 feet from the front door...

I loved this Home 2 Suites. I have had some horrible experiences with the Hilton Suite hotels and this one by far was on the top of my list. The staff is awesome, friendly, helpful and was sure to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The pool could use a little cleaning, but other than that I enjoyed this hotel very much. They keep the grounds as well as the hotel very clean and smelling fresh on a daily basis. When visiting the area I will be sure to stay here again.

I am surprised seeing so many positive reviews. In my opinion, this hotel is not worth considering for a long stay. We spent the most unpleasant 10 nights here, in a room with malfunctioning AC. The garbage disposal under a sink did not work and the food craps were rotting there, it was remplaces on the 9th day of the stay (!) after several complaints. I would run away long time before, but silly me, I opted to book non-refundable option, never again… The personnel is very nice though, I think it’s a hotel management issue and lack of investment.

Rooms are arranged well for business use. Unfortunately there are kids running the hallway and sounds from other rooms are easily heard. Don’t stay here with the expectation of privacy as every conversation and noise within a room is heard in the hallway. The front desk staff is kind and helpful. The breakfast is just OK, not much of a selection. And what is offered is in small quantities.

Never been treated as bad as I did tonight by the front desk worker working the night shift. Had to ask him to get out of his chair to check us in and when I asked him to do that he got annoyed and said he couldn’t check us in and lied about being full when I made a reservation online

Absolutely worst front desk worker I’ve ever dealt with. Should be fired. Had a reservation but didn’t want to check us in late at night so turned us away. Will never book again

Do not believe the high reviews for this hotel. They get them by giving away $5 Starbucks gift cards in exchange for showing your 5-star review on Google. Reality is this is a 2 to 3-star hotel at best.

Did not meet expectations and it was kind of a bummer! I was looking forward to staying here because of the great reviews stating how clean the rooms were, but when I walked in, I found a piece of floss, a tablet of Advil, and popcorn on the floor. :( It made me doubt how well my hotel room was actually cleaned, so I messaged the hotel via app and they said they would discuss this with management. The bathroom door didn’t lock and the shower glass doors wouldn’t close. The shampoo and body wash covers fall so easily, you have to be careful when pushing the cover to get shampoo or body wash or else you might have a plastic cover landing on your foot while showering. I also couldn’t control the ac. Other than that, the breakfast was ok (hot breakfast! :)) and the area seemed pretty safe. I only stayed one night and didn’t check out any amenities. I just wish my room had been cleaned better and had doors that worked better! Haha

This is a lovely hotel for business travelers! Not really a family hotel. My stay probably would have been perfect had it not been for people tearing stuff up, and being loud. Front desk staff was very kind.... The breakfast was lovely, and the amenities like the business center the pool and such was nice. But again be wary of loud obnoxious people. 🙄🙄🙄

Location is great. General facilities are satisfactory. But the attitude of staff specially front desk is very careless and below average. I stayed for one night and forgot some important documents in my room. Later I called hotel and visited them, but they plainly told me that no documents were found in the room. Still i kept on calling and sent email to Executive Housekeeper. Next day, after about 24 hours, on my call, I was told that my documents have been found. Infact the documents were found a day before by housekeeping but for some unknown reasons, hotel staff didn't inform me. This was despite I was constantly inquiring from Front Desk. I am wondering why hotel staff delayed so much to inform me knowing well my desperation and importance of my documents. Was it carelessness?

Awesome hotel! Great location literally minutes from all of your main attractions! They had a delicious fresh squeezed, welcoming water at sign in and a delicious hot free breakfast in the morning as well as some pretty tasty coffee and very friendly customer service and clean rooms!

Had a nice stay at this place. Clean , neat and modern rooms . There are some black marks in the bathroom and the breakfast could have been better hence taking a star off for those .

The management and staff are always welcoming and kind! They are always there to help! The bedding and rooms are always clean and fresh! Definitely a perfect stay for business and for family. The pool area has two grills and massive space for everyone, especially after a long day at work! Would recommend 10/10!

My fav h2s in the area due to location. My bathroom shower has a large crack on the wall. Room was specious and well appointed. Breakfast was a mess. Many angry guests. They ran out of o.j. and coffee but there was no one to request refill. The best breakfast service is at the Shreveport H2S. Love y'all!

Best place in Houston for my stays. Employees are extremely nice. They always have a smile on their face and more than happy to help you anyway they can. Including jumping your car when it wouldn't start when I was trying to leave. Will keep staying here unless something major happens.

    1. We used Home2Suites by Hilton for our extended stay in Texas. It’s not a common name in the parts of Canada we’re from and we didn’t know what to expect. We requested for early check in as we flew in the middle of the night with two little kids and were really tired when we finally got to the hotel. Having called twice before from Canada asking for early check in, and once from the airport when we were actually told to come early, we still had to wait 1hr in the lobby as our rooms weren’t ready. But after that first hiccup, things were better. Room was clean and spacious although a bit tired and dated. There was daily, thorough housekeeping, and not just replacing the towels. They loaded the dishwasher, made the beds, vacuumed when needed. Beds were super comfy! We used the pool only in the later part of the day when it was quieter and usually we had the pool to ourselves. Extra towels at the pool was nice to have. There was a small laundry in the gym (washer+dryer), detergent, dryer sheets could be purchased from the lobby at $2-5. There’s other knick knacks, drinks, microwave meals, emergency meds (Tylenol, Aleve, allergy meds) available for purchase at the front. Hot breakfast was a nice touch, although there wasn’t a lot of variety. Waffles and eggs were nice. No muffins or sweet treats. Depending on the time of the day, breakfast area was busy but we usually brought it back to our room. There was a happy hour + snacks a few times a week I can’t be sure as we didn’t participate (we’re not drinkers) but often saw a crowd in the breakfast area coming back from dinner. There was also socializing space out doors with seating to hang out or have breakfast. There were often cookies or green apples at the front and refreshing mint and Lemon water at all hours. There was plenty of parking and we didn’t feel like it was unsafe. Walking distance to Moon Nurseries and a short driving distance to many amenities and restaurants, malls etc. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful especially Hieu Tran. Overall, good value for money and we would gladly stay there again.

Great place to stay. A lot of value for price. Super, helpful friendly staff. Many afternoons there was free hot snacks and wine in the lobby. Free breakfast. Clean.

I couldn't check in using the digital key like I have at other Hilton Hotels. I called and was told I would have to show my ID. When I arrived I had to stand at the front desk and call the hotel phone to get someone to come out and check me in. The next day I went down and requested the bed be made and fresh towels be put in the bathroom....got back that evening and the room was still the same as I left it, with the front desk staff saying they didn't receive a request 🥴. Then asked if I still needed towels 🤦🏾‍♀. The Hotel is beautiful, the location is perfect. I think there should be some improvement on requests being made when guests asked for their rooms to be freshen up.

We stayed here for the Taylor swift concert but this will be my hotel of choice if we ever come back to Houston. The hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, and it was quiet. We also had a great experience with Jillian when we checked in. She was so friendly and seemed to really enjoy her job. I only took away one star because the breakfast was lacking variety.

We really enjoyed the fire pit, pool, and many people were using the exercise room. We had great breakfast when we got up in time, enjoyed the afternoon double chocolate chip cookies, watched people enjoy the happy hour and cocktails, and we had a great large pizza that the hotel baked for us on the night of our late arrival. Staff were very helpful and friendly! Suite had a curtain to separate the bedroom area from the living room/work area, and the kitchen dishes, microwave oven, and refrigerator allowed us to eat leftovers from area restaurants, so we didn't waste the Texas size portions. We would definitely stay again if we vacationed in Texas!

Lucas was so amazing at the front desk. He was kind, very professional and made me feel very welcomed upon my arrival. He was committed to making sure my stay was pleasant and comfortable. My shower experience great; however, the water pressure at the bathroom sink was very, very low.

Wasn't sure what to expect. This place is less than 10 minutes from Memorial Hermann and less than 5 minutes from Starbucks which made it quite convenient. Not a fan of their breakfast ( choice of yogurt, milk, concentrated juice, waffles, eggs, oatmeal, coffee, tea, cocoa, and cold cereal) but love the managers reception. There's a gym and a pool as well as an outdoor space with cute lighting, tables and chairs. It's not walkable but many things are a quick drive away. I'd stay here again.

stayed here for 4 nights for my birthday. i had 2 rooms with 5 girls. we had such a great time! the hotel itself is convenient. it’s about 20 mins from everything which is nice because everything in houston is so far away lol the staff at the hotel was friendly and accommodating. we spent a lot of time at the outdoor fire pit smoking/drinking/talking and no one ever complained or was rude. even the other guests would stop and chat with us. the only thing they could improve on is the breakfast but other than that i would definitely stay again!

I’ve stayed at a few Hilton home 2 Suites and usually I stay at the Shenandoah location which I would recommend 1000x over. Staying at this one I cannot believe it’s the same hotel. The sheets were not at all soft, the bed was very uncomfortable overall & the bathroom door does not close. I haven’t finished my stay & wish we would’ve gotten another room. Maybe I’m picky, who knows, but I personally wouldn’t come back. The other locations are so just much nicer. Also the kitchen area didn’t have any of the dishes and it’s always been stocked at other locations.
