I was there tonight, I order a bottle but the issue was I was in a private area by the bowling alley and no one told me that I was not suppose to be there after I order my bottle security told me I had to move as James harden was coming in, no problem as I understand he owns the place, but no manager came to move me to a new section and I payed for a bottle that I could not drink. I asked for a refund but no manager came after an hour of waiting for some to help. Talk to 3 members of security that told me they would help resolve the issue and no one showed up. I don’t close with any club so I left at 1:30. Very poor customer service to resolve the problem I have to dispute the charge of 400.00 on my credit card took a picture of the un open bottle that I didn’t have a chance to enjoy. Some can call me from management to resolve this issue I will remove my review once I hear from management!

This was my first time going to the basement. It was the worst experience ever. We paid about or over 1200 dollars for a section and only got to enjoy it for maybe an hour. Online it shows they open at 10, but we were told once we got there they were still setting up. So we didn’t actually go in until after 11:15 pm. Once there we were suppose to get a complementary bottle of champagne. That never happened. They told us that’s only if we would have booked on a Friday ( but they knew it was a Saturday night that we were booking). After about an hour, buying 3 bottles and a hookah, they tell us we have to move. They put us out of our section and sat us in the back of the club on a bench near the bowling lanes where the bottle girls setup to bring out bottles. They never brought out a manager when we asked and we were never reimbursed. It was my homegirls birthday and we even had people here from out of state. This is such a disappointment and a very underwhelming experience. Please don’t waste your time going here. Parking is extremely overpriced, and the crowd is very young and it’s definitely not the experience advertised online.

The bartenders are criminals. They are pocketing cash and adding 52% gratuity illegally into customers credit cards. I reached out and advised management 3 times and never received a call back to resolve. So I will be moving forward with a fraud dispute against the establishment.

Does James Harding know that his security is taking money and sliding it in their pocket? The lady with the cash box left at almost 2 am. When we came back at 2:05am because apparently they close at 2:30, the lady was gone and the security was sliding our $20 in their pocket, literally. Welp… better watch em Mr. James, they can’t be trusted!!! Give us our $60 back so we can go to Whataburger!

Well for starters they tried to put me at the end of a bench which they classified as a "section" which had a big black container in the middle of the "section" on the floor to catch the water dripping from the AC and not to mention the puddle of water on the floor from the container being moved to the side from ppl walking through...it wasn't enough room for 3ppl to sit comfortably 🤦🏾I was directed to some woman who had a horrible attitude from the jump she proceeded to tell me that they moved sections around and if I had more money to offer that they could move my section...I showed her the texts and the section I reserved she says well they paid 3,000 for that section so if u have more money I could move u to another section...I simply said or u can run me my money back and I can leave cuz it's not what I reserved and we can't even enjoy ourselves due to the water on the floor and the container in the middle of the "section" and I'm not leaving until I get my money back TONIGHT 🤷🏾 then I was told we had to step outside the gates and they will cashapp my money back to my card. I will never go back to this place again...it was my first and last time going.

This was the worst experience going out that I've ever had. Parking is high so I parked 2 blocks away to pay $20. Then at the door the man told me $20 to get in. I pay with my card and see he charged me $60. I ask him what happened and he said it was a $40 convenience fee since I didn't have a section. I asked for a refund to which more security came over asking if there was a problem. Needless to say I didn't get a refund. So I walk in and the place is empty. Total rip-off. They are scamming people out of their money to cover for a dead atmosphere. Never coming here again.

Trying to catch the end of a friends birthday party, We rolled up 30 minutes before closing and they are still charging $20 for vallet which you are parking yourself and $20 to get in… call me cheap but it’s not worth it and it’s 2 cars - nope- We left to come back and I finally gave $20 to get in at 205 am but my party did not want to pay because her friend had a section on the inside and she has not met the amount of people that was able to be in her section.. We decided to just leave and the 5 men at the door found it hilarious that I asked for my money back. I can see if it went in the cash box I would have considered it a lost but no it was in your pocket.. run me back my $20 wack add hustle man

This establishment clearly hires unprofessional people that want them to lose money. My friends and I came here to get a few drinks at the bar. While we were finishing our drinks a security guard rudely asked only us to move from the bar so others could buy drinks. Even though if others wanted drinks at the bar they could easily get them and there were other people standing at the bar too. There’s also basically nowhere to stand other than the bar because literally everywhere else is a section so where were we supposed to go??? We also fully intended to keep buying drinks but after he harassed us about that more than once we just left. This was after paying $80 just to get in and be disrespected.

We spent over $1000 for the section we reserved and they booted us out for someone who I guess would spend more than $1000. DO NOT give these people your money. Plus they opened 1.5 hrs after they were supposed to. TERRIBLE service

Had a girl's night this Saturday. We all agreed it was 'alright', but wouldn't be returning. Just came to see what the hype was about. No dress code per say, but be prepared to pay extra if you're casual. Paid for a section and still had to pay to get in. Them dudes at the door are cheating the guest. We know yall cherry pick who to charge and pocket the money. The crowd was cool. The DJ was underwhelming. The hype man was cool. Our bottle girl was real cool too, if wasn't for them I'll give one star.. *sigh* ....

I only gave it 2 stars because the bouncer let us use our rsvp tickets a few minutes after 11 so that we didn't have to pay 20 dollars to get in, other that it would be 1 star, I will not be returning there is absolutely no where to sit and there's hardly anywhere to stand without being in the walkway. When will establishments realize if women r in heels we would love to sit down somewhere and if we are comfortable we will buy alot of drinks but if I'm expected to pay 20 after 11 and it's 40 for guys to just stand in a walkway I'm just gonna leave early. We seriously went in bought a couple drinks and left.

If u dont have section there the servers will disrespect you. I was at the bar buying drinks for me and my friends and they told me i cant stand at the bar knowing fully well theres no other place to stand. And they were very rude about it. Wont be coming back there anytime soon!

I came on a Friday night for the $5 bar shot specials. The bartender Sydney was very nice and helpful with answering any questions i had. I would definitely recommend this club for anyone who wants to have a fun night out with their friends

I had an amazing time at The Basement for my birthday. We had Diamond as our waitress and she was great! She communicated with me on the days leading up to my birthday celebration had my signs ready and let us know about a promotion that they were having that evening. She was always around making sure we were drinking and hydrated. I’ll definitely be returning and requesting Diamond when I do.

I had a great experience at the basement and I owe it all to my waitress, Amanda. Not only did she have all the positive energy but she provided fast and great service. Definitely coming back, looking forward to book with Amanda again!

they charge extra for everything, there are no seats without a section, then all the door people are very disrespectful.

Decided to go with a new bottle girl for my birthday celebration, let’s just say Morgan made it extra special! Prettiest girl on the floor! Will definitely continue to book Morgan’s sections every time!

I really enjoyed my experience. Peyton really took care of everybody and made the sure the bottles came in a timely manner. Would definitely book with her every time!!!

My overall experience at the basement was a 10/10 ! I had the best night here! I highly recommend. S/O to our bartender, Jalen. She was amazing! Very sweet & friendly girl.

SCAMMERRSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! Paid a $200 deposit for a booth that they claimed someone was trying to “buyout” literally when we was already at the place walking into the booth!!!! They told us the only way to keep our RIGHTFULLY owned booth is if we buy 8, then 10, then 12 bottles !!!!!! They are SICK. And said we couldn’t get the 200 back?!! SCAMMERSSSSSS

Enjoyed my weekend in Houston so much I moved out here! Great food & hookah! I had Amanda Hill as my waitress, amazing service definitely made sure we enjoyed our time wonderful young lady, coming back everytime she is working! ❤️

The past reviews were a little scary, however I booked a section for my best friends birthday this past Friday with Dy one of the new managers and we all had a blast. All the way from the door girls, to the visuals/vibes in the club, to the spectacular customer service from my waitress; it was overall a great experience for our group. We will back to check out their Saturday which they also recommended. Thank you Dy and The Basement Badd13s.

Our group had a great time at The Basement thanks to our bottle girl, Peyton! She took great care of us all night and made sure we never went without. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Houston to see her!

I went to basement for a friend’s birthday and had the best experience. Peyton was our waitress and she made sure we had an amazing experience.
