Generally I thought the hotel was fine for the location, facilities and price point. The one concern I did have was their point of sale terminal declined my UK issued credit card (for no obvious and valid reason). Fortunately I had a Wise card and a Thai bank card to make the payment but foreign visitors may not have these alternatives.

This was an okay hotel. Not sure if I would recommend it though. Pros: relatively conveniently located to Bluport Resort Mall and the bus station to Bangkok, and only 3 km from the beach (if you like running). Quite a few restaurants and markets (Cicada and Tamarind) within walking distance. The staff, overall, were quite friendly. Cons: small room and very small bathroom. We booked a room for 2 adults and one child...but then the staff tried to make us pay an extra 700 baht per night for a room upgrade (why did they accept the original reservation then???). We refused, and then they had to get managerial approval, which we found a bit strange. In the end, they let us stay in the original room. So the check-in was very uncomfortable. Also, although they have a small pool, they have no gym. If we go back to Hua Him again, we will choose a different hotel instead.

We spent only one night on our way back to the south and were happy to find a hotel that accepts dogs. They couldn't give us a favorable rate, therefore we had to book through an online brooker.. Room was small but clean with the furnishing a bit old. Receptionist was very friendly and helpful

Better book hotel in advance and get cheaper price. In the long holiday the booking is full and price is incredible hike up. Room space is very small. Bathroom is ridiculous tiny. Cleanliness is up to standard. Bed is big enough to roll around. Mattress and pillow are soft . Air-conditioning is cool. Swimming pool is too small and not lure into it. 2 Parking lots with shuttle bus. Location is away from huahin center. Haven't try breakfast yet. Walk about 5 minutes to the long lovely huahin beach

I don't recommend to stay this hotel during higher room rates for consecutive holidays. Even though this hotel should have comprehended that they had a lot of reservations, there were only a few receptionists, so all guests must awaited for the cue from receptionists to check in and every guests had awaited for it around 30mins each. If I think I've finally checked in, the room was tiny, old and Wi-Fi was very poor. The proper room rate for this hotel is lower than THB600 per night. If you pay more than it, you'll be regret so much.

Booked a room for three people. Hotel gave us one bed. When asked for another bed they charged 700 baht. We could have booked a family room for 300 bath more online, so the extra charge was clearly unacceptable.

Good location, friendly staff (almost all of them), pets friendly (and this is smart as the young generation doesn't want kids anymore, and prefer pets... :)) price is ok, rooms are ibis style so nothing to say (only problem is that sound isolation is not great) but...I was wondering why breakfast was so cheap and it's actually because they charge extra for...omelets ! I think this is the first time I've seen this...it's like 55 or 70 thb depending on what you ask for but that really looks bad. It's like the a low cost airline !

Nice hotel, easy to connect to transportation. If you wanna go to the beach just 5 minutes walk. And also not far from the night market called Cicada. Nice choice for a short trip.

PLATINUM status has upgraded 1 room to Family Room. The condition of the room is well-maintained, The breakfast buffet offers Thai choice steamed rice, noodle dishes, stir-fries, salads, bread, croissants, and noodles.

We arrived after 2:30 p.m. and the receptionist told us that the room would be ready one hour later. While we were waiting, I think as a goodwill, the staff should at least serve us water.

Room is cheap and cheerful. Could do with an upgrade in the toilets, seems a bit dated. But the prices are low so you get what you pay for. Location is good. Breakfast very average.

We paid an extra 700 baht to have an extra bed but no extra towel, no extra water bottle. Poor service IBIS if we have to ask for it. We arrived at 2pm, supposed to be able to check-in but rooms were not ready. We got them at 4pm. The room is nice and clean, good bed, good shower. A flatscreen tv from 10-12 years ago. Only charging point on 1 side of the beds.

Had a good break at Ibis Hua Hin this time. A family room for the young children at a very affordable price added with breakfast. Efficient checkin and checkout. Very near to Ciccada, Bluport and HH Market. Simply no complaints !

The Ibis is not a luxury hotel, but exceedingly great value for money. It has all of the basics in the room, the service was excellent as well, the staff was always available to assist guests.

Room: quite clean. However, air condition is not good. It quite warm at night even i reduce temperature to even under 20c. Restroom is quite small and water pressure is very low. Also, no table for working on computer. For bed, quite hard but still ok for used. Service: quite ok. Nothing special. However, security (old man) very very polite. Food: breakfast, didnt have much choice and taste were soso. Location: ok Price: ok

Good, organized hotel. Located on the main avenue, close to the beach and shops. Very small bathroom.

In a walking distance to Cicada market on weekends. 200 meters walk to the beach. Room is good enough as a standard for ibis hotel. The pool is quite chill.

It's rated as a 3-star place, but should be rated higher. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast is a bit tilted towards local audience, but has adequate variety for a westerner.

This place look nice. I had a little high hope for this place cos Its Ibis. How ever the room clean. Thin wall can hear other room open the door or people talking in hall way. This place is pet friendly my cat have good time here.

There's nothing great about this hotel. Matter of fact, we checked right out after we checked in (wasted over $300). The hotel is old, dingy, and smelly. Honestly, this hotel looks fine in the lobby, but once you take the elevator up to the rooms, it gives you a creepy vibes. The hall was dark and the smell of old moldy carpets is enough to not stay here. The restaurant and cafe were closed as well as the restaurant across the street. There is hole in the wall restaurant across the street as well that looks like you'll end up in the hospital if you dine there. Plus, there's nothing in the area that are within walking distance. You have to take tuktuk to get food and basic essentials. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    - Unstable & dead slow wifi - strong moldy odor in the room & AC duct - many TV channels are no signal (suspect cost saving) & no bilingual setting for each nationality channel such as French, Korean, Japanese etc… at CATV MDF. - BRF is low quality but adequate for the price

Ibis huahin is a decent 3 star hotel located ideally in huahin, cicada market is walkable from hotel and the beach is 100m next road to hotel. Breakfast options are ok and no room service or bell boy options available. It's all self service. Since it was rush we had to book slots for breakfast. Rooms are ok as we took pool side one with bunk bed.

We have stayed at the Ibis Hua Hin plenty of times with our 2 small dogs, and this hotel has never disappointed us. Budget-friendly rooms with a nice and happy security guard outside it's everything that we wanted to see and feel, coming in to relax. Great location - within walking distance to just about anywhere in Khao Takiab.

Standard Ibis hotel, so ok, but nothing special. Rooms have balconies. Pool OK, service OK, but not done with heart. Eg if u asked for more coffee mate u had to say how many u needed. Handy for a budget stay in Hua Hin when u are out all day. Least favourite hotel so far in Thailand and not the cheapest! πŸ˜ƒ

Recommended for budget traveller and stay for short holiday. Standard room as ibis's style. If you are difficult sleep by noise, it would be cons side as you can hear people walk and talk in the hall way. Good breakfast with reasonable costs. There is also swimming pool in the center. It has no beach front but walking distance is about 300 meters to the beach via the alley next to the hotel. Parking space is limited at hotel but they have 2nd parking space about 400 meters away. Hotel's staffs are helpful, friendly and polite. Especially day shift security guy which he always enthusiasm to service and welcome all the guests even he stay under the very hot sun but always smile and say hello.

Fantastic value for money and worth 5 stars on Google. 300m walk to a beautiful quite beach plus the pool is great. Easy parking and dog friendly. Hotel staff provide great service. The rooms are very clean and modern and the bed was super comfortable. Ideally best to have a car or hire a motorbike as you're a few kms away from Hua Hin Central.

Decent, no nonsense hotel at affordable price. Clean and the air conditioning works. Close to the sea and has balcony. Staffs are willing to help you with any reasonable needs.

Nice place for a budget hotel. However, you can't have lunch or dinner here. Or at least we couldn't when we were there last week. Breakfast is by order the previous day system. The swimming pool is OK. Maybe small for some, maybe it'll do for others. We found the first room damp and had to move to another room. The extractor fan for the shower doesn't seem to do anything, and there's no window opening in the bathroom which is probably the reason why the room has a damp feel to it. We found the beds comfortable. They're soft and not hard feel.

Stayed for one night not impressed with the quality of the room there is no maintenance kept such as pressure of the taps in the bathroom are weak also aircon is very loud. The tv quality is very poor with bad sound for the cost of the room there are much better options in the area for the same price. Also the balcony's are joined together with the next room only a little wall between but not fully covering all of it so no privacy basically! And finally they don’t mention if you don’t check out at 1pm sharp they will fine you 500 baht so be careful of the unhelpful useless employees who work there.

Stay for a quick weekend getaways. The check-in was super fast and team is friendly. Overall design is similar to any Ibis, so nothing to rave about. The room is comfortable and spacious without complicated furniture etc. The room does smell a bit moldy when I enter, and the wall are paper thin, so you can definitely hear everyone. The shower is ok, small and standard of Ibis. No amenities except shower gel, so don't forget to bring your own.

30.12.2021: bye, bye IBIS. There is nothing to recommend there, it is just a cheap hotel with unfriendly staff and horrible breakfast… This was actually my last IBIS experience, I had a booking with breakfast (what raised the price around 150 Euro) but after one try we skipped it. Horrible coffee and rest was below average 😑😑 Rooms too small for our 3 people booking, room service poor, rest of service too (most used word: no). We shorten our stay from 11 to 8 days, but they want money for 11 days plus breakfast. Really horrible there, avoid this hotel … By the way, the location is not good, neither! 😩😩😩😩😩
