I booked for one night via Agoda for 801 Baht. This is a very clean place; you have to take off your shoes and leave them in the lobby. Check-in was quick and efficient. The owner is friendly and can speak English. The room is a bit small, but comfortable. Everything worked well - air con, hot water heater for shower - TV has a couple of foreign news and sports channels, but no movie channel. All in all, this guest house location is good, but I feel that this room should be about 600 Baht per night rather than 800 Baht. That being said, my overall experience was positive.

Room is clean, with a fridge, TV and balcony. Bed is very comfortable 😌 and daily housekeeping. Staff is excellent, understanding and speaking english. Location is great 👍 just a 2 minut walk if you want anything.

What a lovely lil hotel in the middle.of everything. Clean, cozy and cute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Very good price/quality ratio. Highly recommended.

Very clean. Well maintained -shower quickly repaired. However, bed like rock - couldn't sleep. Far too expensive for a small room with a couple of weird bits of second hand furniture.
