Reserving a room through a third party site caused some big problems. The beach cannot really be seen because of the construction behind the hotel. The beach is not maintained, either. You step off the road to the beach onto whatever washed up with the high tide. The breakfast was good.

Please don’t trust any of these reviews or agoda reviews or photos. I know it looks so good and high class and that is also the reason why I chose this in the first place. I stayed here personally in November 2020 and the quality really dissapoints me. The moment I step in, it feels like an old hotel with the old wooden smell and the cracked walls cracked floors old styled wood furnitures surrounding me. The worst is the bed, it does not has any softener on the mattress and so you feel like you’re sleeping on a wooden plank. Trust me on this the blanket is so so thin unlike any other hotels and I can assure you that the quality of sleep is so bad because of the bed, blanket, bedsheet. I truly have a sleepless night and for those who are familiar, even Hop Inn gives me a better sleeping experience. I’m really disappointed with my experience and I truly hope these can be improve. Bathtub is huge, location is good and these are the pros of this hotel.

5 rooms boutique hotel, privacy and confort in large rooms. Very friendly staff, yummy breakfast choices by the pool at the 4th floor. A place to discover when you are in Hua Hin.

This boutique “hotel” has only 5 guest rooms so it is the perfect place for tranquility! So close to the beach there is a nice breeze. Comfortable full length outdoor lounge/sofa on large shaded balcony overlooking the beach and Gulf of Thailand. The staff are attentive and kind. The room is contemporary style, large with spacious bath. The top floor pictured here has a small infinity pool, comfy lounges and plenty of shade in the afternoon if desired. It is also where breakfast is served, so you wake up to a great view. Nice place to begin & end the day. I lived my 3 day stay and can’t wait to go back! NOTE: Many of the photos posted by other people are of the property next door and not The Dune.

Excellent hotel, everything was perfect

Overall a great experience in Hua Hin. It’s more like a well furnished B&B, not a high class hotel, but definitely worth the price! The hotel host is very kind and warm. A bit far from the center of Hua Hin night market, but you can rent a motorbikes to deal with the distance.

Never visit again , I thought it was a hotel, it turned its more like a hostel

Nice spacious room, friendly staff, good breakfast and quiet area

I visited the hotel for the second time last week. Everything had gone down hill. Room was dirty and it is not being maintained. There is construction right in front of the hotel which is blocking the view to the ocean. The charm of this place gone.

I called this hotel and told them we were celebrating 4 years of marriage. When We arrived we had a good commemoration surprise in the room. The view is fantastic, and just 59 meters from the beach. The staff is very helpful and the breakfast one of the best we had. The internet in the breakfast area didn't work, but the rest was perfect. Very nice Hotel with good breakfast and friendly stuff.

Great little hotel; Very private, spacious and intimate. Good solid breakfast. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a little walk to the main city, but nothing that can't be walked or reached cheap by using Grab.

The best hotel in Huahin, big and clean room, so peace and quiet. A fews walk you will gets into the sea. Nice rooftop with the pool.

We had a big nice room and nice shower, the breakfast buffet was amazing, staffs are very friendly and they treat us like a family.
