if you want to live nice, bit not to expensive in Hua Hin, this is the place. 15000thb for 30 days, and the rooms are really good. Living room and bedroom in the same room, small kitchen and bathroom, with everything you will need. Family Mart and 7/11 just outside the doors. many good restaurants near by, and just 8 minute walk to the green vans that will bring you I to the city center for 10thb, with shopping malls, fresh morning markets if you want to buy fresh food for home cooking, and many great night markets if you like to walk around and try different street foods. 8 minute walk to the sea, with a nice quiet beach. I will definitely come back to this place again, and I will recommend it to everyone who ask where to stay!

We lived in a condo for two weeks, the studio is good, for two people, there are enough dishes, it is very convenient that there is a pool. The pool is very good. The sea is nearby, literally five minutes walk. There are two grocery stores next to the condo. The location is very good. The staff responded quickly to all our requests, thank you very much!

Place was fine. The check-in process was a little bit confusing as there is no actual check-in desk (the security guard had to call the check-in "agent") Our room was starting to show some age, but we liked the idea of having a two bedroom suite so that our daughter could have her own bed. It was nicely stocked with some water, pots and pans, utensils and plates. The patio door did not lock properly as I think it was broken. There is also construction going on behind the building so there was constant noise early in the morning and somewhat late into night. The location is somewhat off the beaten path, which made it a little bit difficult to get a reasonably priced taxi. However, there were two minimarts right across the street, so that was nice. There was a gym as well that was decent enough. The worst part was that a card was left in our room that we thought was the address of our place (written in Thai) and had been using that to tell Taxi drivers how to get to our place. After taxi drivers had driven by our place several times, we later discovered the card was for their other property down the road. What the heck was it doing in our room?! Quite annoying. Therefore, room was fine, but if you want to stay in a traditional hotel with the usual services included, stay somewhere else. I would say this is most like a no service timeshare.

The place nice and near the beach. Do cleaning only once a week. Although near to the beach not realy near to town. If you like more quiet neighbourhood its ideal. Can rent appartement for 15k thbath a month. Busses near but better rent a motorcycle.

Really nice condos very close to the beach front... About a 2min walk. The rooms are very well played out. Located in Khao Takiab, a very quiet part of lower Hua Hin and very near to Wat Khao Takiab. Some nice spots to eat nearby, I'd recommend Oasis Cafe for breakie, and Three Chefs and/or Steak On Stone for dinner. Family Mart and 7-11 right across the road.
