For the price, there should be a free breakfast. The "restaurant" needs some serious work. Only one person working the bar/restaurant and it took way too long for him to place our order, receive our drinks, and even longer to get our food (30 minutes), which was nothing out of the ordinary. We (5 of us) ordered a couple burgers, nachos, and chicken strips. The room menu shows a full complement of meals however, that's not the case when you go there. It was pared down greatly. We didn't get the room we reserved due to "over booking". Room fridge is VERY small. Hallway carpets are stained. Be extremely careful if you park in the western garage. It is VERY narrow. I had to back up twice in order to make the turn on a couple up ramps.

The hotel was filthy. There was hair all over the bathroom floor. The carpet in the room clearly hadn't been vacuumed. The one-use shampoo had already been used. The hallways and elevator were also dirty. Multiple stains on the carpet and dirt that could have been vacuumed up. They moved me to another room, but it looked to me like the sheets hadn't been changed in the new room. Stain on the pillowcase and wrinkled sheets. I have stayed at this hotel many times for business, but not any more. They have a serious problem with cleanliness and I can't get it out of my mind. One other comment. The front desk staff has always been friendly and accommodating, so it's too bad that the housekeeping team isn't doing its job. This is ultimately a leadership/owner problem. Asked for the manager on duty, but they had left for the night. Filed a complain with Hilton, but haven't heard back.

Had a 3 night stay. Our catalytic converters were cut off our vehicle during the night on the main floor of the parking garage. Manager didn’t even bother to come out to speak with us despite asking to speak to someone. Obviously safety is not their top concern. $1,800 extra to be able to make the trip to get home not to mention the day we lost.

This hotel was adequate! The service was very good and the people were accommodating. My bed was made daily with fresh towels and washcloths. The rooms had a microwave and fridge, and the hotel is attached to the conference center which made for easier mornings getting to my week-long event. Overall a great experience. My only complaint would be no valet or room service, but parking in the deck with access to the floor was very convenient.

Could really use some signs to help direct guests around. Where to park, check in, locatedelevators, and restaurant are not as obvious as they think. Rooms were nice and staff was friendly and accommodating

I rarely give reviews, but this stay goes down in history. :( Arrived for a conference, immediately received a txt asking how my stay was, and if there was anything they could do. I let them know my shade was broken and had exposed wiring hanging down, and the remote was unable to lower the shade. I could see right into the apartment complex through the giant window, and anyone there would have easily been able to see into mine. I texted them could they please send someone up to my room to fix my shade so that I could have privacy and not have the lights shining in my face while I sleep? They txted back that, sorry, the maintenance guy wouldn’t be back until tomorrow. One of the guys at the front desk said that he would try and fix it, but he was unable to. They didn’t offer to give me a different room. A hotel with hundreds of people staying the night for a conference, and you don't have someone on-call to fix a shade? As one would guess, I did not sleep good that night, because I had lights shining in my eyes the whole night from the apartment complex and city lights and could only change in the bathroom. Then, I had to get up the next morning completely sleep deprived and attend a conference with back to back classes all day. Also, I accidentally left my phone charger in my room when I checked out, (probably because I wasn’t thinking clearly from having woken up every 30 mins for 7 hours) but drove back to the front desk that evening when I discovered it. They said there was no trace of it. Housekeeping was suppose to look thoroughly and call me, but never got back with me, and I seriously doubt anyone even looked for it. Also, upon leaving, they said that they would give me “Hilton Honors points" when I told them about the bad night’s sleep. I recently got online, and saw that they awarded me 3,000 points. It's usually around 32,000 in Hilton points to stay the night somewhere, so that told me that my lack of sleep meant about $10 to them when I paid $200 to stay the whole night. Also, for some reason the room smelled like feet upon arriving and that smell really lingered the whole time. Will not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Catalytic converters we’re stolen during the night. Response from hotel was we’re not liable! Yet this has happen before! On top of the $1500 in damage that was done to my vehicle the bed was so hard woke many times with my back hurting and the pillows were so flat that I had to fold the to make it comfortable enough to sleep on! The room was not cleaned during our stay of 3 nights! Again DO Not Stay Here! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend while visiting friends. Everyone greeted us with a smile! The room looked and smelled very clean. Beds were some of the most comfortable for any Hilton (even some of my stays at The Conrad). Interior of the hotel had fresh and new (looking)! We will stay here again when we return to the area.

Location was IT - close to so much shopping and restaurants. My favorite part about this hotel is the restaurant/bar area, service was amazing! Rooms were clean and spacious. Front desk was fast, efficient and very helpful. Wish breakfast was free BUT overall we enjoyed our stay!

Carpet is so dirty. Dark Stains all, did not want to go barefoot. Bottom Sheet had a big rip and the bed is hard like sleeping on the floor. My husband is a Hilton diamond status and he booked with points. So disappointing, we have stayed all over with Hilton and this is the first bad review I've written.

Though the rooms were nice looking…The beds were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept in, and at $190 a night. I’ve had more comfortable beds and pillows in a motel 6. The mattress was hard and the pillows were flat. I would not stay there again! Also, the parking garage is far. The elevators are scary. This hotel needs some work to be Hilton quality most are used to!

Even though I had the electronic key, I had to check in at the counter when I arrived. I paid for made to order breakfast, and they only had buffet like food on the weekend, which was never advised when paying for room that was 10.99 per person (3) for a subpar bfast buffet that didn't even have pancakes. There was no bottled water in the room to make coffee. I stayed at the Baytown Hilton garden and hands down a better facility.

Like I wrote earlier. Hilton USA management killed the Hilton brand with severe cuts in cleaning and their ruined their Elite Diamond member program in the USA. I have a weak for this hotel. They are doing their best in the forced cuts from Hilton Management idiots. Their own customer service is good and our room was clean. The breakfast with eggs is about 9 dollar. We used the hotel for the great location between Dallas and Fort Worth. In the evening the have a nice patio. What I dont like that smoking allowed. Like I said Hilton Garden Inn was a Yes for business and families with a great service. This is one of the last one standing in the USA. (The have a nice inside pool)

The housekeeping staff was amazing! They were always happy to see us & are always around on the 4th floor the rooms were so clean & smelled clean! Front desk staff was ok….. Saw the previous reviews about their cars getting things stolen from & i was a but on edge about that but luckily we had good luck we stayed there June 4th to the 10th on the 4th floor. I think they should put more lighting at night it was scary lol

Nice staff, odd place for a hotel and no parking but everything turned out good after a few laps and the price was affordable.

This specific Hilton turned me into a Hilton regular. I've been using this hotel for a little over 4 years now. It is the only hotel in DFW I will stay at. I stayed at the Fairmont downtown Dallas, and it could not compare to the service I received at this Hilton Garden Inn! This is also the only hotel in all of DFW with a 24/7 pool and hot tub. I tried to find others and it doesn't exist. Cleanliness and service was out of this world. Housekeeping does an amazing job sanitizing and tidying up the rooms. The front desk made extending my stay and checking in / out smooth and easy. They also do it with a smile while making sure you're enjoying your stay! The pool was exceptionally clean, towels always stocked. They clean the pool regularly aswell which is nice! The outdoor patios are perfect to relax on. Parking is a breeze with their attached parking garage, which is also free to use! Tons of food / shopping options located near the hotel. I promise choosing this Hilton location will make your stay a breeze. Hurst is a nice place to stay! Thank you for making my trip great!

We were looking for a last minute place for the night because we a bad experience from a previous Hotel we reserved that day. We are moving so we had to unload large totes. It was a lot of work only to realize we had to leave because very smelly, dirty and old. We are diamond members, so I figured it would be nice. We didn't want to stay there, and found this Hilton Garden Inn location at the last minute. When we checked into reception area we were warmy greeted by a very nice employee named Che Adams. She understood our concern from our last hotel and how we just moved and having to bring all of our stuff inside. She understood our concern to not repeat this at your hotel and she reassured us this was going to be a better experience. From checking in to our room, and getting setteled into our clean room Che was there making sure we had everything we needed. Shay went out of her way to better our stay with Hilton Garden Inn. As a diamond member this was nice to see. She is a wonderful employee. Che went out of her way in customer service. The rooms were very clean. Parking indoor garage was excellent. Lacking diamond member parking in the entrance though, as our truck with rack couldn't fit into garage. Had to park on the street. The location provided many eateries around the hotel. I would certainly come back and refer friends to this location.

I had to travel to Dallas from west Texas for a Dr appointment. Was gonna be in town overnight on 4/7-4/8. I get in at 9:45 and was told couldn't get in till like 1. But the two women working the check in desk saw I was on oxygen n looked sick. They told me if I could wait till after breakfast they could get me in. So I went n ate breakfast to kill the time n at 11 they helped me tremendously. They are two beautiful helpful black females that worked both mornings. I wish I could remember their names to properly thank them. This place was great and best of all was 4 minute drive from my kid's house. Thank u Hilton.

I’m the groom’s father and this hotel was reserved for many guests under the wedding block. When we arrived, they had no rooms for several of our guest and the reason was we didn’t check-in on the app. The front staff was extremely unapologetic and when asked to speak with the manager I was told they were busy and would be right here never came. I was offered a free water for the inconvenience LOL The room was great but the stress they gave to the reception and the lack of caring was astonishing for a Hilton. Plus I was never recognized as a reward member.

My first stay was amazing. The room was beautiful, clean, and the environment/location was perfect. However my recently stay was just not it. Checked in and my room was not clean. Had to wipe it down with wet wipes upon arrival. Was charged $275 after I had already paid for my reservation. Once I notified the person at the front desk he apologized sincerely and told me he’d refund me immediately. A few minutes later I saw that instead of me receiving my refund, I was double charged $50. Called the front desk again and spoke to the same person who once again apologized and told me I was only meant to be charged $50 once for a hold that would be returned once I checked out and that his mistake would be fixed in the next 20 minutes. It’s now 4 days later and I’ve yet to receive my return. Spoke with the manger and she kept telling me to check with the 3rd party bank as though all of this wasn't their fault to begin with. I get it, mistakes happen. But a lot of this could’ve been avoided…

My favorite hotel in this area. Easy to get to and lots of parking. I'm usually here during a holiday period so low occupancy compared to when there is a large event in the Hurst Conference Center next door. The person at the front desk quickly got us checked in and on our way to our room. The room became comfortable soon after I switched the thermostat from cooling to heating. Bed was comfortable. TV had on on-screen guide. The place seems to have pretty good security. The elevators require you to scan your room card before you can select a floor with guest rooms.

Was quiet, clean, pool inside. Some heavier weights in gym but cable machine inoperative, so couldn't really work out there. Breakfast no good. Ok for business but definitely not for get away for me anyway. Crew friendly.

The front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. It is nice that the hotel is connected to the convention center. The reason for 4 stars is that the second day I was there the elevator weren't working properly. Another hotel guest had the same issue. I couldn't get to my floor.

This is a great hotel. Clean, safe, and has everything you need. Indoor pool and gym open 24hrs. On site restaurant and bar. Snacks and drinks available for purchase in the lobby. The staff was helpful and friendly. We've stayed here twice now and will definetly stay again. The location is great. It's close to everything we wanted to do on our stay.

This is our second time back. With that being said our interactions with staff are always a pleasure. We had problems with the air conditioner in our room, and Linda I believe her name was took great care of us to make sure we were comfortable during our stay. Beds are comfy and the area is quiet. My reason for 4 stars is due to the lack of detail within housekeeping. There was some hair left behind within both units we stayed in and some stains within the showers and floor grout. Breakfast wasn’t as well put together as our last stay. Seems as if everything wasn’t out yet (went within the first hour).

We live in the area but go to this hotel once a month or so just for a quick get away and change if scenary. Kids loved the indoor pool. It was so fun! I love that you have to scan you room key to even get the elevator to move. Everything is so secure. My daughter had a blast sleeping on a big couch! Will be back hopefully soon!
