We recently consulted Dr. Satya Narayana, a pediatrician at Rainbow Hospital, LB Nagar, for my six-week-old baby. While we had high hopes for the consultation, I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. During the consultation, we found Dr. Satya Narayana to be in a hurry and unwilling to spend even a few extra minutes to address our concerns. We requested a bit more of his time to clarify our doubts, but instead of cooperation, we encountered irritation. This lack of patience and empathy was unexpected and, quite frankly, disheartening. As a new parent seeking guidance and reassurance, I had hoped for a more supportive and understanding approach from the medical professional. Unfortunately, our experience left us with more confusion than clarity.

I didn't like his way of treatment,,he shouts at parents who asks doubt ...we are not happy with way of conveying... don't go to him

Zero stars.. We consulted this Dr for my kid suffering from Stomach pain. He couldn't diagnose my child properly and told it's due to viral fever and gave wrong medication. Later, issue became critical. When we went for second opinion, other Dr immediately recognised the issue and went for appendicitis operation.

Unnecessary tests are recommended by him and after seeing results nothing is suggested by him..Very irresponsible doctor ever

Unfit to Doctor Profession… he is spoiling Rainbow Hospital reputation. He is unfit to compounder also. Rainbow management should take action. He has shown Tagore Telugu movie to us.

I don’t recommend Dr Kavali Satyanarayana. He has no no behaviour and makes the patients panic. He has no clarity on treatment and interpretation of diagnosis results.

He is in hurry for some reason, he didn't spend a minute atleast with my child. Utterly disappointed

Please don't go to this doctor. He is fit for nothing. Though he would have got MBBS but he doesn't understand the problem. We wasted our money by joining our kid in Rainbow Hospitals.

Dr. Satyanarayana is an excellent pediatrician who prioritizes child's well-being. He avoids unnecessary tests and doesn't over prescribe medications. He ensures children receive the most appropriate and minimal interventions required for their health.

Worst doctor....!!! I went to vaccinate(with JE & TYPHOID conjugate vaccine) to my 9 months old kid. But his way of talking is very very rude. He claimed that he is having lot of experience but he is unable to tell correct information about vaccination for my kid. Being in a dignified position he doesn't know how to talk how to respect patients visiting him.... Giving all sarcastic answers and stating that there are no vaccines (such as typhoid) in our childhood, why you people are bothering now or taking over care of your kids.

I don't recommend this doctor at all, no professional or work ethics. Please don't take your child to this doctor, your mental situation becomes worse and feel very sad.
