Worst experience at a hotel ever. I’ve also previously worked at an internationally-recognized hotel chain and am currently in client-facing job so I understand the demands and expectations of client service. However, what happened at this hotel during our stay in April was unforgivable. We were on a family trip (group of 10) to Paris, and after landing in Paris we found out Vrbo canceled our reservation for the entire stay, we were able to book this hotel—and thought we were saved for our first night. The check in process was smooth, and the lady at the front desk (Cecil) was courteous and helpful. My husband and I were given a room on the first floor, and upon entering we noticed that it was an ADA room with no bathtub or separation between the shower area and the rest of the bathroom. Usually that’s not a problem since you would expect the drainage system to work properly or that there is some elevation in the floor to prevent bathroom flooding. Within only 5 min of showering, the floor started accumulating water that went beyond the tiled bath floor area, but I had I thought the water was at least draining. However the water had actually crept through the door and spilled onto the target of the room. We immediately contacted the front desk, and Cecil stormed into the room and started blaming ME for blocking and breaking her shower! I told her very calmly that the drain wasn’t draining fast enough and Cecil snapped at us and accused us of clogging up the drain somehow or that I must have stood on top of the drain while showering. Wow. Then she went on to say that we have caused her to not able to sell the room for a week due to the wet carpet. She refused to listen to us and also expected us to stay in that flooded room for the night! We then took a video of the shower and the video showed that within one minute, the drain started clogging up and the water started spilling out. At this point, Cecil wasn’t at the front desk anymore, but we showed the video to another man at the front desk and he was appalled and he quickly gave us a new room for the night—but he also told us that he was scared of being yelled at or get in trouble with Cecil, who apparently is the manager at this hotel. We didn’t have any issues checking out the next day, probably because we had video evidence of the drainage issue and how IT WAS THE HOTEL’S FAULT. However, the way Cecil treated us, blamed us, and SHOUTED at me was inexcusable—and we will advise everyone to stay far away from this hotel.

This place is great because of proximity to the Eiffel Tower (just a walking distance), the train station, shops & restaurants. The rooms we stayed in were spacious, clean & warm. The staff are also superb, especially Makky - a Senegalese who speaks both French & English fluently. I enjoyed my stay here!

Loved the location, easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. Big clean room with terrace. Need more hooks in Bathroom for towels, the TV was super small, only 2 English News channels. Otherwise we loved our stay.

Hotel is nice. Very clean. Great location. But I cannot say service is good, not at all. Do not book the cheap room of you stay longer, though, it is not for a longer stay and it is not sufficiently mentioned by the hotel. That is why I wanted the upgrade and was willing to pay a published price difference. The hotel desk was not friendly when I asked for the room update for the price I saw on the hotel website at all. They wanted to charge me different, 5x bigger price given the booking.com conditions where I purchased. That I consider as extremely non proffesional. Anyone who would come to the hotel and buy the price published now would get much better price than me, who already stays here. And they have available rooms….

This hotel was amazing!! We had a rooftop room with epic views … you can see the effiel tower from bedroom hallway and bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and we had it come to our room with no extra charge. Only thing I would recommend is bring your own iron. Would definitely come back to this hotel was so close to the effiel tower and other attractions.

Worst experience with any hotel so far and I have traveled a lot. I booked a room with a view over the rooftops, but instead they put me in a room on the first floor that was dark and noisy with dirty bedding. Unfortunately, once they receive your money, the hotel management does not accept any complaints and no longer cares about the guest experience.

Awful people that give the French a bad name. Made an honest mistake. Booked online for the wrong nights. When I figured this out, on the day of my arrival I asked if they had any rooms available anyway. They told me no, that I had books non refundable rooms and they had nothing available for the night. I went to another hotel and then looked online. They had rooms available they could have given me. Instead they opted to take my money from my August booking and lie to me about having rooms available this evening. They have refused any refund. Awful people. Stay away!!

Check-in was fast and professional. I truly loved the location and comfortable rooms. The hotel is close to the tower and there are restaurants, cafes, and other shops around. Only reason for the 4 stars: We had to request coffee for four people for the room every day, on one occasion we were given two, on another there were none. No hair conditioner.

We visited 14 countries in 2023 and this hotel was very likely the best of overall. Great rooms with panoramic windows, very polite staff, excellent bath, superb location. Very quiet. Clean and cozy

Very nice, quiet neighbourhood! Good size of the room (we opted for the room with balcony ) We did not have breakfast included in our stay; 24 Euros is expensive. There is a very nice bistro across the street, a few great bakeries up the street - gor an dmeet the locals! The guy in reception was friendly! Good size of the room (we opted for the room with balcony). As usual in Paris, it is an overpriced place , charging almost 300 Euros per night.

Stayed here twice, in October 2018 and in November 2023. It's absolutely phenomenal both times! The rooms are clean, the service is perfect, the staff are friendly and the rooms are a decent size!

Good location, smart and comfortable, lovely bathroom design (although the shower head would not fit the wall mounting), clean and quiet (even second floor room onto street), good tea and coffee provision. Only downside with room was the tiny wardrobe space for a room that could sleep four people, it was just enough for one person. Friendly and helpful staff to round it off.

Wonderful location. Great breakfast/cocktail room with big windows. Nice room with small terrace and great lighting. Nothing better.

This is a great hotel if you want to stay in the Trocodero area. Rooms were very nice. Bathrobes and slippers were provided for all guests. Champagne and macarons were waiting in our room. It was a 5 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was super delicious each morning too.

My family of five recently stayed in a hotel in Paris where we were pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service and beautiful, clean rooms. We opted for two adjoining rooms with a connecting door, which worked perfectly for us. The location was also a plus, with its close proximity to the metro and charming street atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Not well located for Paris but good if you want to be close to Eiffel tower. No restaurant in place, only after 4:00 pm and expensive. Breakfast is around 24 euros, too expensive

We had a great stay June 2023. It was quite warm in Paris and the hotel air conditioning was wonderful! The in room coffee was great and the hotel desk staff very nice. We had a family suite with two adjoining rooms. It was great for a family of six. Five minute walk to Passy metro and 14 minute walk to Eiffel tower.

Unfortunately a bad experience. First room was full of bugs, maybe the window was open. Second room the shower piece was broken but they fixed. Even that the rest of the stay was really good, specially because the location, a 4 stars hotel should be focused in the details. Never had an experience like that before.

Stayed for two nights with breakfast. Loved the place and it's location. The rooms were perfect. The housekeeping was great. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were good. All in all a great hotel.

Nice room and great location! It is convenient to have breakfast with them, the nearby restaurants are more expensive than the hotel, it is a good buffet, it does not have much variety but they are quality products.

The hotel is definitely not a 4 star like Google said it was. It came up as a recommendation after I filtered 4 & 5 star hotels in Paris. Anyway, the staff was friendly and the lobby is very cute and clean. The disappointing part was as soon as we got off the elevator. The hall looked like a hall in a hostel, dirty with leaks. The room door was so heavy two of us had to push it open. The small closet door appeared to be broken or off its hinges and was not operable. Maintenance had to be called and although he had to open the door using force he acted as if nothing was wrong. Same issue with the mini fridge, cabinet door appeared to be kicked in and could not be opened. Toilet paper roller kept calling off the roller part because it was too small. A bunch of small issues that really put us off. I don't know if I would recommend.

It’s a nice hotel, located not very far away from the most famous Eiffel Tower. It’s just about 6-8 mins walk to the tower. It’s also close to two metro stations, either Trocadéro or Passy.

It was the worst experience. 1. It's been two weeks since I checked out, but I still haven't received my 50 Euro deposit back. I inquired about it three times during check-in, check-out, and when retrieving my luggage, and they assured me it would be refunded automatically that day. However, when it didn't happen, I asked why, and they claimed it was because I had breakfast. I didn't even eat breakfast, yet I'm being held back from getting my deposit. Not a single word of apology was offered. 2. The room condition was terrible. The sink was clogged and wouldn't drain, and the heating wasn't working well either. Should anyone who isn't crazy about the Eiffel Tower view go through such a terrible experience? There might be only a few rooms with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower, so the chances of getting one are low.

👍👍 If you are visiting Paris, a cruise ride on the River Seine is not to be missed. We chose Bateaux Parisiens as it was included in the Paris Pass. 😐 Granted, setting and mood are nice. Staff is, for the most part, friendly’ish. Food was average, in other words, rather disappointing. I tried all dishes but I had the pizza, it was lukewarm, chewy and could barely hold together towards the center as it was so moist. I wouldn’t go again but that’s...
