This is a really wonderful hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable as well as charming! The location can't be beat, we could walk to everything. The hotel staff was exceptionally kind and helpful and so accommodating, we had to leave early the last day and they even packed us food to take with us. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul and hope we get back!

The most charming hotel I’ve stayed at! Top notch hospitality from the front desk staff to the kitchen staff and the hotel cat as well! Erhan and Arif were so kind to go out of their way to give us tips and make our experience in Istanbul extremely smooth. They also arranged a wonderful old city tour as well as airport transfers. The penthouse suite is excellent with a great balcony with sea views and a jacuzzi in the room. The breakfast was extremely tasty, an huge spread and especially the staff that served the breakfast were amazing! The location is only a five minute walk from all major old city attractions. Special thanks to Erhan for making our trip one without any hassles!

Absolutely great location and super wonderful staff. We were very well looked after in every way. Turkish breakfast was amazing every morning. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. Really recommend this hotel. Would go back any time.

The room was clean. Especially the breakfast was very delicious. Walking distance to famous mosques and metro. The roads are cobblestone, making it difficult to drag heavy suitcases.

Just celebrated joint birthdays for myself and a dear friend from USA at Hotel Poem. It was four nights of peaceful, clean and hospitable accommodations with great proximity to historical sites, dining and shopping at Arasta Bazaar. We loved it and their Turkish breakfast. Can't wait to come again.
