We really enjoyed our stay at White House Hotel Istanbul. Staff was really helpful, booking the shows and excursions we wanted to go. The room was clean with a really comfortable bed. We got an upgrade for free to a bigger room on the top floor. The terrace has a beautiful view of the blue mosque. Finally breakfast was also very good, they provide you with everything you need. Took a trip to Istanbul with friends and we stayed at the White House Hotel. Their accommodation was magnificent, their staff was very friendly, rooms very comfortable and their breakfast was great. The staff was very welcoming at our arrival to the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to other guests. We were within walking distance to the main Mosques and the Topkapi Palace.

There's no way to explain the excellence in service at this hotel, The owner Mr Harun incredible and his staff are all impeccable, total focus on the customer like we have never seen before! Good size for old city standards and well furnished rooms. Clean. I slept in those that overlooked the street. Many shops, restaurants and cafes nearby, but very quiet at night! The Breakfast is a separate chapter, we had hot and cold options every day and the pastries are a magnificent Turkish breakfast experience at the Top-Roof with an excellent view of beautiful Istanbul. From the moment you arrive until the moment you leave, you feel very special and taken care of! We were delighted with everything! Congratulations and we will definitely be back!!! Traveled with my son in February 2022. Starting from the settlement and meeting at the reception. İt was just super. If you want to get the most out of your stay in Istanbul, then this hotel is 100% suitable. Convenient location near the tram, from attractions, and in the evening you can walk along the nearby streets. Breakfast is served on the terrace with great scene, the food is amazing. I liked to go to breakfast at 7 o'clock and watch the city wake up over a cup of tea. The hotel did not forget to congratulate me on my birthday with a delicious cake at the breakfast, The isolation in the rooms is good, you can't hear your neighbors. Respect to the maids, always friendly and smiling. Thanks to the hotel staff for their hard work so that we could have a good rest. We were absolutely happy to stay at White House Hotel, and we are glad to recommend it to travellers who come to Istanbul for sightseeing and relaxation, as we did.

We were seduced by the services of this hotel worthy of a 5* hotel. 13 years old but kept like brand new. The soundproofing of the room is excellent with a chic and neat decoration. They provide bathrobes upon request and they are very soft in the immaculately clean bathroom. The refreshing shower were much appreciated after a good day of walking. A special mention for the guy at the reception desk who reserved a table for us in a restaurant that met our expectations and for the waiter who wished me a happy birthday in the morning at breakfast! We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Istanbul. Extraordinary service in the World!!!

Putting words on White House Hotel Istanbul is not easy, except that it is a real gem. From the welcome to the departure, everything was perfect. The staff is professional and always attentive to the smallest details, the rooms are very nice authentically decorated and absolutely nothing is missing. We appreciated that the Roof-Top restaurant offers local products, local dishes and the Wide choice at breakfast with fresh hot and cold dishes every morning. The staff was very helpful, present to serve us or to inform us. It was was excellent stay for us in White House Hotel Istanbul. Definitely recommend !

The hotel is well located. The room was perfect, very comfortable bedding and it was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I have ever stayed in. Totally spotless with very good quality products in bathroom. I was impressed by the silence in the room. Everything is wonderfully soundproofed. The staff has that Turkish hospitality - very professional and warm at the same time. Greetings by the manager Mr. Harun not just the first day but every day asking if there is anything they can do for a better stay. Not to mention the delicious breakfasts thanks to waiters - with them the day starts sunny! We loved the neighborhood surrounding the hotel. A lot of great food and drink options and the people were very friendly. We would stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. First of all, the interior is beautiful. The decoration is sober and elegant. It kept well and really clean. The location in the very center of Istanbul, a stone's throw from historic monuments, is ideal. The breakfast consists of quality food, all very well presented. Flawless! I obviously highly recommend this magnificent hotel and would not hesitate to return there on my next vacation.

We only stayed in this hotel for two nights (unfortunately) on a holiday. We took a standard double room on the front side of the hotel. It is with a direct view of the narrow street, it is really interesting and fun to see daily life of local people. Staff of the highest level, always very kind and professional. The spotlessly clean room, with rain shower and it has a really good water pressure, in a classic style but with all modern comforts. It also has equipped with very good quality products. We will return as soon as possible, difficult to find something better in Istanbul.

This hotel is perfectly located. right next to Haghia Sophia, but still without the noise. The rooms are terrific and spacious. Delicious bath. The staff are incredibly nice, one is welcomed as good friends. The roof terrace is stunning with a wonderful view of the city. We had their delicious breakfast with plenty of options.There are many great coffee shops in the streets next door. The hotel had very good service.We had to store some luggage for a few days until we returned from our trip to Istanbul. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Best of the best hotel in Istanbul! So the location is perfect, we can walk everywhere! The staff was really helpful and kind. We had substantial breakfast every morning. Unfortunately there are huge traffic jams, so it takes 1,5 hour to get here from the airport by taxi, but it’s okay! The pancake was delicious, and we had a beautiful view from the terrace. Beautiful boutique hotel located in the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Walking distance from a lot of the major attractions. Great service from the staff and the owner. Always checking in on us and making sure we have a good time. Ready to help us with anything whether it's a booking for a restaurant or finding a particular activity. We even had an issue with the size of the initial room and they upgraded us for free. No extra charge. Definitely our first recommendation to stay in Istanbul.

We recently had a three-night stay at the White House Hotel, and it turned out to be an exceptionally delightful experience. The hotel's location is just perfect, nestled in a spot where cultural landmarks and the train station are just a short walk away. What really stood out for us was the staff's incredible hospitality. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. The hotel's rooftop is a gem – it has a quaint charm and offers an unobstructed view of the majestic Hagia Sophia. Starting our day with a fresh, sumptuous breakfast on the rooftop felt like pure indulgence. Our room was tastefully decorated in a traditional style, striking a perfect balance without being overwhelming. And the bathroom's hot rain shower was a luxurious touch that we absolutely loved. A particularly touching moment for our family came when our child had a minor accident and needed stitches. The hotel owner personally drove us to the hospital, assisted us through the medical process, and even acted as our interpreter. From the very first second we stepped foot into the hotel, we received the most exceptional welcome and service. This continued our entire 4 days. The hotel is kept spotless and the breakfast buffet was great, and we were treated so well by the breakfast staff. We loved everything about this hotel, but I would have to say that the service from the staff went above and beyond most places. Location was great too. Rooms are small, however they are typical size if you are comparing it to most European hotels. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We loved the White House Hotel so much last year we came back again this year. The welcome on arrival is very special. The room was wonderfully oriental: very comfortable bed and a shower you just wish you had at home. Breakfast - with a huge variety of Western and Turkish dishes - on the roof with a view of the Hagia Sophia is a lovely start to the day. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. Best hotel I have ever experience during all my trips! Staying there you have the opportunity of meeting an entire staff - owner included- who personally take care of everything you need - and also above and beyond. Excellent level of cleanliness of the room , lobby and terrace and excellent as well the location, which is a few minutes walking from the main attractions of the city - Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern , Topkapi Palace, Gulhane Park and Hagia Sofia. The kindness and friendliness of the staff and the caring to the guests is above and beyond any expectations, which I really didn’t find anywhere else, not even in five-star hotel. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 to the service I would definitely do it. The rooftop is also one of the strengths of this beautiful building, and it’s where the exceptional breakfast is served. I loved the amazing variety of food in the buffet and moreover staff is open to meet any other requests for breakfast. Being a guest here you feel like home but pampered like a really special guest! I loved that the rooftop terrace is always open 24/7 to enjoy the amazing view and to have coffee or tea breaks either outdoor or indoor. A special mention to the exceptional waitress Bahar who created an awesome environment with her warm welcoming every morning and her professionality in meeting all our requests. The owner takes also a very good care of guests, along with his collaborators. Since the first moment you enter you can enjoy such a warm welcoming with drinks and Turkish delight , but you will be given a very nice gift upon your check-out. Cleanliness in all the room anc bathroom was flawless and really appreciated the amazing shower with massaging options. All the information are given to the guests about the places to visit and also they perform reservations for the guests to participate in different activities. Free water bottles are available at all times , all rooms have a fridge with minibar and heating/cooling system. Overall best hotel ever tried in my experience.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel and by far it’s been the best experience we’ve ever had. Location is perfect for walking to a lot of historical places like Hagia Sofia , blue musk, grand bazaar and many more. The owner of the hotel met us personally and always offered his help with arrangements and everything we needed. The room was beautiful and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included with a lot of variety of food for any taste.

This place was truly luxurious, the staff were charming and helpful. They are always there to help you with anything. Beds and bathroom were extremely comfortable and cleverly designed. Our sheets and towels were changed every day. Everything was super clean. If you have any considiration about dust or dirt, this hotel is for your. Everywhere was spotless. It’s probably the nicest place we’ve stayed ever stayed! I’m fussy and always find something wrong but this place was 10/10. The attention to detail in everything was clear. The bed, the bed sheets everything was super luxurious. We loved it!

This hotel is unbelievable in every aspect. The staff and the service is beyond amazing. They do more than they can to make your stay comfortable. The location is so good that we could walk anywhere within minutes. We have just returned from a 2 night stay at the White House Hotel Istanbul. We enjoyed our stay there very much in every aspect. All the staff are very professional and extremely kind. Our spotlessly clean room was compact, comfortable and the bedding excellent. The breakfast, plentiful, varied and of good quality, was served to us by Harry Potter, whom we particularly thank for his efficiency, his kindness and sympathy. The hotel is close to all sites, many restaurants, and the tramway which can walk all over Istanbul even in rainy weather! Our general impression is that both management and staff are genuinely attentive to the well-being of guests. It is therefore in this hotel that we will stay during our future Istanbul stays.

My wife and I really enjoyed cooking the White House Hotel Istanbul as part of our honeymoon trip to Istanbul. We arrived a little exhausted from the flight and drive over but as soon as we got to the hotel, before we got out the taxi the hotel staff were already at work helping us carry out our luggage checking us in and even surprised us with refreshments. I’ll never forget the feeling cause it was really above and beyond! Our stay was great and their service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Rooms were clean. Rooftop terrace has a beautiful view. Hotel is centrally located, which makes it very easy to explore the many historic sites. Would love to come back and stay again!

The owner welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and sent a nice refreshment while the documents were settled. Then he introduced us to the hotel, neighborhood, and city, along with the brochures of things that might interest us. We received a small welcome gift, one famous symbol for Istanbul. After that we entered the amazing room prepared for us, making us feel like we are here for our honeymoon, and not the business, which was our real reason for visiting Istanbul. Did I mention a handwritten welcome letter? Oh, yes, there it was, waiting for us! Important to say: you can see the "touch" in everything: staff, furniture, amenities... The breakfast was rich and tasteful, rooms are clean and not just cozy, but really amazing, the terrace is cozy, especially nice in the evening. But, above everything, I appreciate the people who really make you feel that you belong here, not as a family member, but as the royal family. Very important: the location is perfect: near all the major monuments you have to see, just a few minutes away. You can stay here without any need for public transportation if you moving around. Bottom line: we will come back, but we'll take more time next time, as two nights are simply way too short!

Great location, amazing view on the terrace, cozy and spacious room. This hotel has everything you can expect about service. The staff is always around with a smiling face to help you. I’ve never seen anything like this.They treat you as one of their family. From the start until the end, the staff was there for us. We were served orange juice and Turkish delight on arrival and they kept serving all kind of drinks during our stay. We were given a box of Turkish delight and a box of apple tea while departing as a good-bye gift. The hotel owner and the manager Mr. Harun was there every day and he took care of us personally as obviously he does this to everybody in his hotel. It is impossible not to come back and feel this royal class service.

Friendly, courteous and very professional staff. From the check-in to check-out, they were very caring. They do their best to fullfill any request of the guests. Perfectly sanitized breakfast room on roof deck. At the moment the breakfast is complete with both sweet and savory of very good quality. Decent sized room (it was a family room), extremely comfortable and spotless. Very comfortable bed and various and complete bathroom accessories. As soon as this pandemic is over, Istanbul will be our first destination and White House Hotel will be our one and only place to stay.

From start to finish our stay at White House Hotel was exceptional. This was a last minute booking, we were greeted warmly with complimentary fresh orange juice and delicious Turkish delights. The hotel is off the main road so was really quiet for a great night sleep. It was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff could not have done any more. Breakfast was very good each morning with fresh variety of dishes. The hotel is perfectly located with just a 2-3 minutes walk to the main public transportations. The most famous touristic attraction Grand Bazaar, which I liked the historical atmosphere inside, is a must visit place. It is 5 minutes away from the hotel. It was an unforgettable stay for all of our group of friends. From the moments we check in everybody was incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. We had a very warm welcome with refreshing drinks, they explained us the city and hotel. It didn't take long to get in our rooms with super fancy decoration with spotless cleanliness. It is equipped with good products. The breakfast on the terrace was just yummy. There was a breathtaking view. Thanks to all staff and Kemal for his hospitality during our stay. Clean bright rooms (were cleaned every day), delicious breakfast, perfect location (all the must-visit places are within walking distance, tramway  is 1 min.awayl).The staff is exceptional here. They are doing their best to help you.The owner himself is always around and they are all so polite and kind. We liked view at the top roof drinking cup of coffee after the breakfast is so relaxing. The staff are the best and sweetest people. From the beginning they were so helpful, welcomed us with a big smile, juice, Turkish delights, and a beautifully decorated room. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had options. Harry Potter was always making sure we had coffee or tea. Emre from the front desk helped us booked different activities around Turkey, and was always available for questions or requests. One of the best hotel we have stayed in and hope to be back soon.

I came across this hotel in an emergency last minute at 10pm. Luckily this place had a room and I was pleasantly surprised. I felt bad for checking in at midnight, but they still gave me the royal treatment. They verbally tell you exactly everything you need to know about your room, stay, and what they offer- all while serving you some tea and snacks. I stayed in the deluxe king room. It was beautifully decorated, doesn’t feel old, and roomy. The bathroom is small, but doable for one person at a time. For reference, I am 5’4” and 130 lbs so I imagine anyone much bigger might have a difficult time in the shower. The service is by far the best part about this place. The owner of the hotel works during the night and he is absolutely wonderful. Him and all of the staff are extremely accommodating. Everyone makes you feel comfortable whenever you walk in or out. It’s also nice that they remember everyone staying in the hotel and converse with you about your day.

This is the best hotel I could recommend anyone with family or even if you coming for a solo trip. Be it the service, the location, the accessibility to the attraction everything was commendable. As the hotel is located in the historical centre of the city, we had an opportunity to pop to our room during the day to have a short rest and to continue sightseeing being rested. The hotel has a terrace on the roof floor, where tea and coffee was available 24/7, and it was awesome to have a cup of tea, looking at old Istanbul roofs before going to bed. This was our first time in Istanbul and Turkey so we were a little nervous about that. But the staff of the hotel welcomed us very warmly and professionally, all our concerns was gone. The servers offered us Turkish coffee after every time we finished our breakfast. We didn’t need any taxi during our sightseeing, because the hotel is so close to main historical sites. The immediate surrounding areas are very safe, with several nice places to eat, and interesting places to browse and visit. A lovely family and lovely hotel. 10/10 would highly recommend. I am sure that this is THE place to stay, at. 5 star hotels cannot compare to the hospitality !!!

Unique and very quiet hotel with a character in the middle of city, with lovely terrace, where you can have breakfast and have some drinks. Location is the best as the all monuments and transports are just around the corner. The rooms are immaculate. The staff is particularly friendly and professional. The care and attention to travelers is remarkable. Finally, the icing on the cake, the birthday dates are noted and special attention is offered on this occasion. I would say a perfect oasis among the beauties of Istanbul. I hope to come back soon.

We chose the White House Hotel after reading the exceptional reviews, and it exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, with everything we wanted to see within walking distance, eliminating the need for the tram. The hospitality of the owner and staff exceeded our expectations, providing a warm welcome, complimentary teas, and assistance with various needs, from finding chargers to ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooftop offered stunning views, and the breakfast provided a pleasing variety of options. Despite the traditional decor in the family room, which wasn't my personal favorite, the comfortable bedding and ample space for two adults and a 4-year-old made our stay enjoyable. During the stay my son had a medical emergency, requiring a trip to the hospital in a taxi. Owner Harun went above and beyond to assist with transportation and navigate the foreign health system. We are forever grateful for his exceptional care and support during a challenging time.

Excellent stay at the White House Hotel. Staff were amazing, always full of smiles and welcoming. Very helpful and hospitable. Breakfast was a treat with panoramic views on the terrace. The hotel room was really comfortable, with a bar fridge, TV and safe. The deco and finishes were rich with a modern feel, absolutely stunning. The locality is so central, so very little waking to main attractions. The tram line is just a minute walk from the hotel. This hotel definitely gets my 10/10
