If it was possible to give them a lower rating I would. From the moment we checked in it was a disaster, the stairs leading to the rooms are tiny, once we opened the room we realized it was super small and claustrophobic. The toilet seat was broken, the AC wont work, the view from the room was pathetic and you could see the hotel is mouldy and wearing down. To top things off, the room had cockroaches and flies and we asked to move to another room we had to maneuver our way in the hall over fallen mops, vaccum cleaner. Once we moved to the new room we realized the bedsheets were old, not clean and when we asked to change them we saw a giant spider come out of the bed. You may think I am making this up but it was a disaster from the first minute to the last. We asked to leave and were allowed to do so but sadly no refund. This hotel is a total scam and should be avoided. I honestly hope no one else falls in the trap that we did.

I recommend to AVOID this place! I am giving 2 stars because the hotel location is nice. However, it’s the very definition of false advertising. I booked a room via Booking.com for 4 nights and ended up leaving first thing in the morning after the first night only because we were too tired to leave when we checked in almost at midnight when we arrived. The rooms were absolutely inferior vs the pictures shown! The room they gave us was on the first floor, half smaller that what we booked, the toilet lid was broken, the air conditioning didn’t work, WiFi was terrible, bedsheets were stained and the floor was dirty. When we decided to leave, the manager charged us a penalty night and ignored all our concerns (we are processing a formal complaint with Booking now).

The photos and reviews at google, booking.com and TripAdvisor are mostly fake, seem to be made up by the hotel and replied by itself. Impossible to give a good review to this place. The hotel is a scam, a trap to tourists. After arrival, I noticed the room was not corresponding to websites' photos and asked the manager for clarification. His response was very rude demanding to leave and finally assaulting me after discussions. I called the police who came in and wrote a report. You can see there are other reviews reporting similar situation, also ending up with the police. As others, I also alerted booking.com but up to now the business keep running at websites. Sad for Istanbul tourists and city reputation. Finally I left the hotel and luckily did not have to spend the night there. Horrible experience.

The room was extremely noisy, the windows were not soundproof and I was able to rest. The hotel does not have a private parking lot, but you can park for a fee in the private parking lot if it is available. The pillows were very uncomfortable, the bedlinen had holes and the breakfast was extremely poor. We will definitely not come back!

Horrible experience with the manager/admin/receptionist named Abdulkadir. When I saw the room,I informed that it's not as per my expectation as described online. He told me that is what's available if I dont like the room, then I can leave. We had an exchange of words due to his rudeness and ended up with him shouting at me to leave the property without getting refund, even went to my room and said I have only 10minutes to leave while pointing his finger at my face and he removed my phone charger and throw. I left the hotel with my luggages as I am threatened by his gesture. It was traumatic 1st day in Istanbul because of this guy and I had to escalat to the tourism police whom are very helpful. This guy doesn't deserve to represent the hotel.

Most helpful was cab to airport. Everything else was fine, except rooms a bit small.

My family and I had the best holiday stay here at Harmony Hotel. The staff were brilliant and very helpful when needed, especially Yavruz, Timo and Fatima. Mr Kadir offered the best hospitality possible and always had an energetic personality, was very knowledgeable and was always free for a chat. Amazing time here, can’t ask for anymore. Customer service was excellent and will definitely come back again next time we are in Turkey. The other reviews seem false as I could not find any faults during my time here.

10 min walk from Hagia Sofia and other sights. 5 min walk the sea embankment. Rooms are tiny (14m3) but if you spent most of the time exploring the city - it's more than OK. Small terrace facing the sea (semi-open) that has 3 small tables for 2-3 people, and 1 big couch for 4-6 people. Terrace is open 24/7. Very helpful staff!

Great location, very close to city attractions and the beach, hotel lobby looks authentic and cozy. However the down side is there is no elevator at the hotel. I would say it is not recommended for senior people that have difficulty using the stairs. I didn't stay for this reason as there were senior family members with me. Yet I would try to stay someday there, as I liked the environment into the hotel then I may review my 3 stars selection. Also I had difficulty with finding proper place to park my vehicle around the hotel. Better to plan the parking with the hotel prior to arrival. Also there is so many other hotels just next to this hotel. Although location is too close to Eminönü, Sultan Ahmet Mosque, Hagia Sofia and Gülhane Park yet it is located away of the crowd into peaceful block.

This is the worse hotel, don't get fooled by the pictures displayed in Booking. The hotel is very dirty and the staff is disrespectful.

First of all, very nice and helpful staff! We asked them to call for a cab towards a bus station for airport shuttle and they told us that station was not reachable by taxi. They tried to find the best and closest station, researched on the internet for us. They let us leave luggage some hours after the check out. Very helpful and kind staff both in the day and night shift! The room we stayed in was a bit small and they would need a bit of reconditioning, but the beds are really comfy! If you spend most of the time visiting the city, it is a good and very clean place to stay! I recommend :)

Title: Disappointing Experience with a Spa Hotel in Istanbul Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I recently had a disappointing experience with a spa hotel in Istanbul, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. While I must clarify that I did not physically visit the hotel, my interaction over the phone left a lot to be desired. Upon consulting the map, it indicated that the hotel was open. Naturally, I decided to call for further information. However, to my surprise, the person on the other end of the line abruptly informed me that the hotel was closed and rudely hung up. The dismissive and unprofessional behavior exhibited during our conversation was uncalled for, especially considering that I was merely seeking information. It is disheartening to encounter such an unpleasant encounter with a hotel representative. It is essential for hospitality establishments to uphold a standard of professionalism and treat potential guests with respect, regardless of their roles within the establishment. Based on this encounter, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend this hotel to others. Trust is a crucial aspect of any guest's experience, and the treatment I received over the phone raises concerns about the hotel's commitment to customer satisfaction. I urge prospective visitors to exercise caution, as this hotel may not provide the experience one would expect from a reputable establishment in Istanbul. Remember to thoroughly research and consider other alternatives to ensure a positive and enjoyable stay in this beautiful city.

It was nice hotel with a very good location near to all tourist spots. Staff was courteous , friendly, and helpful. –Rooms are a bit small size but if you have to spend the time, out roaming around and spend less time at hotel then it's ok. Rooms are OK for couples but if you have kids then you may require big rooms

One of my worst experiences ever the service is bad and the staff was the worst and the room is so small also the balcony was a joke the door can’t be locked and anyone can break into the room from the smoking area and also there was a lizard in the room , you can hear everything going outside the room the noise is loud and the bed not comfortable at all , the hotel deserve 2 star at max and its a shame that is called harmony
