I don't think this Hotel deserves a 4 star rate! We booked a family room and stayed for 5 days in dark room with 2 windows with a view to a brick wall! A very lousy tasteless breakfast (no variation at all). No toilet paper ( we had to ask for it several times). But what really screwed my vacation was that there was no first aid kit!!!!! I tripped over the sidewalk at the enterance of this hotel and was really badly injured (torn ankle ligaments)..I knew I had to put an icepack on it but the receptionist said "we have no ice pack!! My daughters asked for some band aid, he openend an empty first aid kit? Really where are these 4 stars based on? Shame on you!

My experience was generally good. I liked the location of the hotel (close to many facilities and places) and it was not in a shady area. The breakfast was not bad. The room we booked was small but luxurious. However. There was a bell boy who was repeatedly arrogant and rude. Of course we filed a complaint about him. Furthermore, the entrance of the hotel is not baby-friendly at all.

Great experience! Staff's genuine warmth, politeness and professionalism, very clean room and a delightful breakfast made my stay thoroughly enjoyable. Very close to ATM, metro, taxi and bus stations. And a special thanks to Mr. Aliriza for his professionalism and kindness. 🥰 Highly recommended! 👌🏽 Eli Fatemeh Zafarani

Hardly a 4 star hotel... Dust on the shelves, intense smell of smoke in the room, mold in the bathroom (in general, it felt as if the <bathroom hasn't been cleaned for ages), the personnel doesn't speak Enlish

Decent hotel. Nothing to write home about. Staff unfriendly and pushy.

Firstly, it’s not a four stars hotel at all, and then they’re really not welcoming queer people. So queer people remember to avoid it. The only good thing is the location.

We planned to stay in this hotel for more than 2 weeks, not the best experience we have had! As you know Turkey is very hot, so an air conditioner is a MUST, when we first arrived the air conditioner didn’t work, so they moved us to another room and it’s smaller than the one we booked(we are two adults and two children), then they promised us that the very next morning to move us to a bigger room with a working air conditioner, the next morning came and nothing of that happened. So they moved us AGAIN to 2 small separated rooms, WE NEVER AGREED ON THAT WHILE BOOKING THE ROOM. We asked for a refund, they refused, I mean we would understand if the cancellation was due to no reason, but we didn’t get what we agreed on so it’s our right to get the money back, right? Plus nobody normally speaks english or french and if they do it would be a struggle… The breakfast was good, the cleaning was ok, on the surface its great but if you look under the beds? It hasn’t been cleaned in months The location is ok, but never order a taxi from the hotel, it’s a scam, I learned the hard way! The staff are sometimes nice and helpful.

Good location, average prices. The breakfast is satisfying. Jakuzzi and Turkish Bath does not work…

we came with the Limeet.fr team for the job. All reservations had been confirmed beforehand, but we lost time on the last night (suspicion of scam). No way to get upstairs in a wheelchair, or even to pass the front door of the hotel

The hotel is not worth it, messy, unorganized, I reserved a room but when my plane got cancelled they gave it to someone else. And during my stay they were pushing me to change my room as well.

Rooms are horrible. They give you a couch bed. The shower does not work properly and there are holes in the walls. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear everything your neighbors I doing and saying. Customer service are horrible. When I requested another room, they completely annoyed me.
