We are doing a organized tour around Turkey. This is the nicest hotel we stayed in by far. Service is super helpful everything is very nice and modern. Breakfast food was delicious.

The pillows were good and the room was good too, but the food was not good, I went with a guide group and for dinner we had buffet. I didn’t like anything and most of the food was cold (when it was not supposed to).

Very clean hotel and the room was spacious. The view from the room was very rewarding and the breakfast and dinner had many choices to choose from. If i ever go to Izmir again i will surely book this hotel again.

Good hotel, nice place, my room had noice from the highway, the noise bothered my for a while but I was able to go to sleep.

Based on price, I am satisfied in every aspect. Comfy bed, clean room and hotel, nice service, great breakfast and good location. Room was ok for a single person but it might be small for couples. In the morning, I sniffed bad smell coming from bathroom ventilation. But in general 5/5 for this price.

Great stay and abundant breakfast. The personnel is very polite and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in Izmir. From the terrace the view is fantastic. 5 stars for the excellent service. Well done.

Very small rooms even for 1 person, poor breakfast, stolen my wilkinson shaving kit and toothbrush, asked for hotel shaving kit and was answered that they dont have it, english is not spoken by all staff. Not recommended for 145 euro/night. Fair price not more than 60 euro

5 STAR HOTEL! We stayed here for our vacation and it could not have been better! The front office staff were super friendly and responsive to our needs. Uzge helped us while visiting Izmir and made our stay much much easier!

They sad the smell is temporary and the painting caused it. Mr. Sinan and all staff were very kind and helpful. İ recommend this place.

I stayed with my wife for 2 nights. The hotel is more than expected for the price. Reasonable breakfast selection. Great helpful staff who speak adequate English. I would give this hotel 4/5, it would be 5 stars but it’s lacking a pool. (not all the hotels have pools in the area) this is replaced by a large terrace with views. Thanks for the stay guys!

There are many hotels in Izmır... this one isnt worth 100$ a night in winter.

The aircondition is not working. Complained to reception twice....nothing has been done so far. Lousy hotel! The temp in the room is 25.5 degrees!

Very nice hotel. One thing i didn't like here is the open shower. I hate when water floods the floor.

Breakfast was very diverse. The receptionists were polite and attentive. The rooms were luxurious and deserved the price.

The hotel is nice and clean, rooms are very clean and new, staff is helpful. But the location is in a very bad area, the izban train station is a 6 minute walk but those 6 minutes feel like 6 hours because of the bad area, specially at night its scary!

Very nice personal. Very comfortable and clean rooms. Dinner is excelent and breakfast not bad. The neigborhood is joyfull and fully spirited.

Absolutely terrible. Terrible service, terrible food and some of the staff was very disrespectful. Asked a member of our table to shut up. From the minute we arrived , we were ready to leave. Thank God it was just one night stay November 5th 2021. But the plums were tasty

I came for a tour lunch at this hotel. The food was wonderful especially their creme brûlée dessert. Met this young vibrant hotel staff called Merve. She was very welcoming and I learnt little Turkish words from her. And now are friends ! teşekkür ederim Merve
