My first time i was here around a year ago (before covid-19) we had some events from my coy and the service very great, clean hotel and nice for rest. But this year i tried to come back again from my business trip (bcs i had good experience with this place) and this hotel like different, my issues are this hotel like low maintenance (some spot on the room is dirty)and the problem when i stay here is hot water off and that's make me frustrated event i stay only one night. But the things is not chage is food quality or taste is good.

Mantap, confort, great for business or family activities with great price..

What I don't really fancy about this hotel is the parking area. They're too narrow. The food tho, they're tasty and delicious. Conference rooms are also OK. Thus, we need more praying rooms. The size is just too Small. And the restroom area is not very clean, IMO.

Nice and clean rooms. Kids and family friendly. The staffs are also friendly. The breakfast menus are awesome and good taste. Limited parking area only, the rest is good!

Location: The hotel's location is quite strategic, you can find many food and restaurants nearby, and there's a minimart across the hotel, and a good reflexology in the lower part of the hotel. Room: nice, clean and tidy room, though the wallpaper could use some works. Experience: i might had come at the less favorable time, the hotel was undergoing renovation, and the lobby was a mess actually. But that's not what annoyed me the most. The hotel provided karaoke music in their restaurant which i think should be waived, because some people are just so keen to abuse such service. When I arrived there some women on their 30-50s were wildly singing and dancing, making a fool if themselves, without regards to other patrons. They sang some ugly upbeat songs, offtune, and super loud, which became a great disturbances while I was waiting for the hotel to prepare my room. I even had to shout to the receptionist because nobody could hear anything. This for sure degrades the hotel. I think nobody should be allowed to do karaoke in the main dining room, that is not sound proof. Private event should only be allowed in a sound proof room. Not in a main dining room where everyone is having a meal. Too bad, but maybe things would be different after renovation.

I really love this hotel; the room size is just right, and it's always spotlessly clean. The staff here are super helpful and always have a smile on their faces. Now, let's talk about my absolute favorite part—the breakfast service. They've got such a fantastic variety of food, and let me tell you, each dish tastes absolutely amazing. What's even better is that they change up the menu every single day, so breakfast never gets boring, especially if you're staying here for more than a night. And the location is perfect. You've got a minimart and a hospital right at the hotel's doorstep, and if you venture a bit further, you'll find a whole bunch of food vendors. It's so convenient, especially if you're craving some delicious Jambi kuliner at night. I have to give a huge shoutout to the incredible kitchen team. They're the real MVPs here. I can't wait to come back and visit Jambi again—I'll definitely be staying at this hotel.

The size of the room is adequate, it's clean, good amenities. Breakfast is okay with good varieties. Overall a good experience for a business trip. Families with children who enjoy swimming should look elsewhere since this hotel has no swimming pool.

Far better than what I expect. Breakfast is exceptionally taste good, 8.5-9 out of 10. Room is clean. I got the same of what nearby Aston Hotel can offer for only 2/3 the price. The only minus is parking space.

Clean n staff is friendly too. Food quite delicious but bread not soft. Have smoking n non smoking too.

All are satisfying. A/C on Room 023 and 024 were not good (1-Sep).

I rented a twin deluxe room. The room and all those equipped inside were neat and soft. One thing I pity about: the wifi as slow as slug. However, the taste of the breakfast was unforgettable. I love the appetizer.

Adequate room capacity with small window & clean bathroom

Around this hotel there are ATM, restaurant, empek2 shop, hospital, shopping center. Room is not too clean, there were molds on the walls. Besides, low internet connection. Breakfast menu was good.

A middle class hotel but many facilities are available.

Of all the rooms that were occupied, there was nothing special, I stayed for 2 days with my family, I ordered an executive room request for a simple decoration, the bride's room after checking, there was no decor at all, even though previously I had requested the front desk to be set up the art towel, the mattress also had a spot, even though the executive room was very disappointing, plus the hot water didn't work, the air conditioner was also not too cold and what's worse, during the check-out process, my family left The thing in the lobby area to the security team but my items were not there, after checking the CCTV, it turned out that 1 suitcase was carried away by other guests, and we had to wait for about 1 hour, overall for everything was disappointing :(
