The owner here is incredibly racist. I am of Asian descent, but born and raised in the states. The owner tried to make small talk with me, insisting on asking where I’m “really” from, and then pushing for where my parents were from, even though I made it clear to him I was very uncomfortable with this topic. He then proceeded to throw at me the stereotypical “nee how’s” and “shee shee’s”. Needless to say, I am never setting foot here again.

They have wonderful designs, and beautiful stuff. So much nice owners who treats customers very nicely. I love the last two necklaces which I bought from there, and many of my friends asked me from where I bought them. In fact, they grouped styles from the middle eastern to the modern Italian and American styles. Absolutely, you will find what you are looking for with the the best price comparing to other stores.

My wedding set was bought here on April 7, 2021. It was beautiful. They sized it for me because I have huge fingers..No problem. On May 23, 2021 a diamond fell out. Returned it to the store along with the rest of the set. They fixed it but only returned the engagement ring and kept the rest of the set saying I only brought in the engagement ring. This is false. All the rings were in the box. They will NEVER get any of my business again.

So I went to this spot because I was told they were good. I go buy a necklace with a small charm. Quick 270 OK.. Same night the necklace breaks. I go the next day so they can fix it. Get charged 10 bucks to fix. OK cool. A week later. Breaks again same spot. I go back so they can fix it, I get charged 40 for it this time. And 9$ tax. Cause I don't carry cash. Needless to say I get home and the necklace broke again. At this point, screw it. 329$ down the drain. Won't get no more of my money.

Terrible customer service. When i asked the store clerk to give me a ring measurement size he was terribly upset because he wanted to sell me cheap jewelry so he intentionally gave me the wrong size ring measurement out of spite. Not good people.
