I spent a lot of time calling different jewelers to have a custom wedding band made. I specifically wanted a groove made to fit an electric bass string, the first bass instrument I bought my now wife (she bought me a guitar!) The idea was unique enough that not a single jeweler wanted to take this on, but Diamond Hut did without hesitation. It seemed almost too good to be true ... I cannot emphasize enough how much I love this ring. It is BY FAR the most AMAZING ring I have personally seen. Everyone I have shown it too is stunned, they can't believe something like this was possible. The people at Diamond Hut took the care to plate the bass string to prevent rust and the fitting is PERFECT! I would 100% trust them again with any custom jewelry needs. I went here to buy an engagement ring on the advice of my younger brother. I was looking to buy a diamond ring for my wife for a while now, and I'm the kind of guy who does a ton of R&D before buying anything, anything at all. I had zero information about diamonds, and all Google searches would point me to the Diamond district and big names like James Allen, Blue Nile, and all. Read a bunch of reviews for JA; had a lot of issues with post purchase services. Long story short, I went in one day, just to get a feel of diamond sizes and options available at Diamond Hut. Mr. Shaun was very accommodating, gave me a patient ear, and answered many of my questions, although some might have been full of naivety. Ultimately, I ended up placing an order for a 1ct diamond in platinum setting, and Mr. Shaun even price matched with rarecarat. In less than a week, the ring was ready. Tomorrow's the day I'm going to surprise my wife on her 33rd birthday, and I'm hoping she's as much in awe as I was when I saw how the ring came out. Mr. Shaun also assured me of post sales care, and given what I read from other reviews, and from what my brother told me, I'm sure that this place honors its words. Will update once we go in for any service, till then, absolutely 5 star service!

What can I say, this place is amazing! I’ve been working with Shaun, Sheena and Sam for years. They can make amazing custom products and honestly their prices are the best! Trust me if you want a perfect jewelry item for yourself or others go there, mention my name and thank yourself after!

I purchased thousands of dollars in jewelry from this place and the quality has been suspect. I have had to get numerous repairs on their jewelry and it's repairs were in my opinion done poorly. I would recommend going some where reputable if you are going to spend a lot of money on jewelry. Especially engagement rings and diamond watches. The truth is they give you small diamonds not worth anything that shine very brightly in their store. I went to owner to give him the opportunity to rectify my issue but he failed to do so. Ill take my business and jewelry elsewhere buddy....

I would just like to say how wonderful the people at Diamond Hut are. My husband got our rings from here years ago and we wanted to make some more purchases but we don’t live in New Jersey anymore. They were so responsive and helpful over the phone and returning emails. Trying to help us find what we were looking for. Eventually we did make it back to NJ and Shaun and Samantha literally dropped what they were doing to help me out. Not only do they treat you like family but you can trust in the quality of their jewelry as well.

First time buying a ring there - my son was excited as he earned enough "points" to get a sterling silver and was fascinated by the store. Susan was exceptional - she was professional, informative, and sweet to my son, helping him pick out a ring with his points. Genuinely one of the most helpful experiences and places. I ordered a chain from them about two weeks and I went to pick it up today. Once I had it in my possession I realized it was far too bright and sparkly for my taste (16 year old boy). Without any issues once soever they quickly found me a new chain that they had in-store that matched everything I wanted perfectly. Both of the salesmen that I worked with were incredibly nice and helpful. 10/10 fantastic experience!

This place is excellent, huge selection of watches and jewelry, the employees and owner are helpful and knowledgeable.
