This is my second piece from White Diamonds and definitely not my last. Ashley helped me with a custom pendant and making sure it was perfect and everything I wanted. She was patient, and accommodating. I recommend them to anyone looking for high quality jewelry and amazing customer service. We’ll be back soon!

I care very much for a delicate necklace passed down by family. Considering its age and the amount of years I've worn it, I've had to get it repaired before, never costing more than $25. We went to White Diamond upstairs in Newport and were met by Ashley. She was incredibly friendly and within 1 minute said it would cost $15 and 45 mins to fix. We were shocked at the difference from the previous store ($65 and a few days) and pleased to get a more than reasonable estimate. Due to age and delicacy the necklace put up a bit of a fight during repair, including needing a new clasp. Within the 45 mins AND $15 the team fixed the broken piece, secured other pieces and gave it a new clasp. The staff at White Diamond were incredible caring, honest and personable. This is more than what you can ask for when you need to trust someone with personal items. We were impressed all around and plan to come back for ANY and all other jewelry needs. Thank you White Diamond for taking such care!

Valentine's Day a special order was placed for (sizing) of my ring. Eight weeks later TODAY, I have been following up about it. TODAY, I called and was told the person who handles this had stepped out. My contact info had been taken and again NO call back. The day of the sale was great. Ashley helped with everything, but because of this experience is why I gave it two stars 🌟. Btw: I need my ring in two WEEKS and once again I have to follow-up with the status.

Absolutely great store, great staff , great prices their very helpful ! Me and my family buy all of our jewelry here and great for kids ears piercings they did my baby girls ears and were so kind . Highly recommend doing buisness with them .

One of the best jewelry stores in Jersey City. My experience was great.I usually go their for jewelry and watch repairs.I also bought a ring with them. Ashley was with me the whole time. She was patient and helped me pick the right one.Khal does excellent job with the repairs and do not over charge at all.This store provides great service to customers . One stop shop. Fixed my chain in less then one hour and was able to change it from rose gold to yellow with a rhodium dipping. Great value and speed especially given it was a walk-in on a Saturday. Great selection of jewelry as well and I’ll be back next time I need to buy something. Worth a visit!

Just visited White Diamonds for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Khal is extremely knowledgeable and within less than 30 minutes, my wedding rings looked brand new! He even reshaped my ring after a poor resizing job done by the original jeweler. My husband and I are extremely thankful for his impeccable skills and knowledge! We were also very appreciative of Ashley's excellent customer service! She was super personable and friendly! It is soo hard to find great customer service these days but Khal and Ashley exceeded our expectations! Looking forward to our next visit!

They’re prices are fair and they’re absolutely amazing in costumer service. Friendly, kind, and fast service. Never had any problems. Got a few pieces from here as gifts and also my wedding band. My daughter got her ears pier here and it was gently and nicely done. She didn’t even cry! Love this place and staff !!!

Incredible experience. The employees and owner were knowledgeable, quick and helpful. Very fair prices and went above and beyond with service. I went to a few other places in the mall for rings and the others weren't nearly as professional.

I was looking for a 14k cubin link chain for myself. I stopped by this store and made clear exactly what I wanted so we got it down to about 3 options. I came back to make the purchase and left pretty happy thinking I got a "fair" price. I got home and realized I was given a 10k chain! They knew we never looked at 10k and I specifically only wanted 14k! I also got it cut to 16in so the length was short on top of the low carat- I was totally ripped off by what I paid!! I felt sick to my stomach when I looked at the clasp and saw the 10k! I didn't have time to go back since I needed to go to Florida 😡. Also the receipt stated if anything is altered all sales are final! I was basically charged $75 per gram and when my friend called and asked over the phone how much they change for 10k per gram they said btwn $30-$35! I will never come here again! They are crooks! I was going to recommend this place to so many people but now I will do the opposite.

The guy fixed my chain so fast I probably didn't even need to leave the store and he cleaned it. Lemme add that not only was the service fast but I got a nice warm welcome when I came in. Thank you guys Soo much!

The absolute worst place to buy anything. Bought an engagement ring there and went back to get it sized. The staff was incredibly rude and there was something off about the ring. There was no stamp on the ring to say it was 14 carat gold and the ring looked liked it was worn. I would highly recommend you go to any other jewelry store.
