Oh My GOD!! Customer Service = ZERO Attitude = Awful Took back a watch we bought four days before, because it’s not working, we bought it in the outlet in Dallas. We were told the product was final sale, we were careful to check what this means, we were told it still has a two year guarantee valid worldwide. But it cannot be refunded or exchanged. So my wife took it out of the box to wear and it’s not working, so we took it back to this store to get it fixed (really you should not need to fix a four day old watch) No apology for the problem, or the fact we have had to use our time, effort and money to get to the store to get it fixed, instead the lady just pulls out the receipt (Don’t even look at the watch) and said it “Final Sale” so we reply we know, but that does not mean it should stop working after four days, her reply “what you want me to do about it!” She is so rude and aggressive towards us.... it’s totally unacceptable for customer service to behave like this! We literally spend thousands of dollars every year on Swarovski products and that the first time we have ever been treated in such a rude and careless way.

My friends and I were staying in jersey city for the weekend. We stopped at the Newport Centre in Jersey City this morning for coffee. I really wanted to surprise my friends with a gift from Swarovski. Unfortunately, Swarovski didn’t open until 11, but we were at the mall early. At 1015am, I called Swarovski and to my surprise, sales associate Jasmine answered the phone. I asked Jasmine if there was any way we could stop by the store even though it didn’t open until 11, understanding that we were in a rush, she kindly opened the store early for us so we could shop. Jasmine was kind, professional, and very patient. She provided amazing customer service. If anyone is planning to go, ask her Jasmine - she was wonderful!!

The store manager; Chantel Woods makes every experience/visit at this Swarovski as easy and beneficial as possible. She has perfect customer service skills. I've had a ring for almost a year that started to discolor and rust but Chantel thankfully switched it out for me. Swarovski it's self deserves 3 stars for it's poor quality that rust; but Chantel makes up for it all. She deserves her manager title! Hope to see her soon to switch out the rusty ring I have now.

I dont usually write reviews and when i do it's usually bad ones, but for the 1st time I had one of the best shopping experiences in a while and it happend at Swavorski newport when i was attended by one of the associates named michelle rrom the beginning she offered help and guidance as I wanted to purchase a necklace for my wife and charm for my dauther. She was very patient in asking me what I was looking for and showed me the different options. Her gentleness , approach, and appearance made me feel at home and trusted she would have a great recommendation. My daughter and wife were fascinated by Michelle's picks. Thank You Swavorski. I will return soon again for mother's day.

Awesome service, no pressure to buy. Purchased two items one for my wife and one for my mother inlaw. Employees were very helpful and not pushy on what to buy. Will highly recomend and return to shop again.

The first time my girlfriend and I went was around Christmas, the white woman working didn't even acknowledge us. She looked right at us walking in and put her head back down doing something on our phone. My girlfriend and I walked around in the store for 3-5 mins and she never lifted her head up once to speak. This second visit was a huge turnaround. We were greeted upon entering (2/8/21 5:20pm) and the atmosphere was much better. The woman who helped us was Maya. She was incredibly friendly and gave amazing service. She was able to multi sell between my girlfriend and I, and another consumer who had entered looking for something that needed attention on the POS. My girlfriend and I left the store and both immediately agreed that Maya was the reason we we made a purchase. My girlfriend went in looking for a pair of earrings, and she ended up buying me a pair as well thanks to Maya!!

Store was clean and following COVID 19 protocols. The sales representative was very kind and attentive.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Went in there to return a gift that was given to me but was rudely informed that I could not return without the original box. The employee was disgustingly rude and even proceeded to roll her eyes at me when I told I didn’t know there was another box as it was a gift. Needless to say, avoid this location at all costs.

If I can give this location a zero I would. I love Swarovski and always had an amazing experience in all their stores BUT not this location. The people who work at this location are so rude and obnoxious. A bracelet I bought here broke. They shipped it out for repair and called me back about a month later to let me know it cannot be repaired and they can't do anything for me. I called the customer service line and the lady explained the repair center noted it was a defect in the product. She explained what was going on then called the location to ask them to replace it. The location also gave her attitude and refused to replace it claiming "this location doesn't do that". I am going to buy another bracelet because I love the product but I refuse to ever buy anything from the Jersey City Newport location ever again.

Oktawia is soooooo sweet!!!! Bought evil eye necklace and earrings they look soooo nice!! Really nice customer service didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy! I will come back again because of her!
