DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS JEWLER!! That is.....if you don’t mind being robbed! I purposely brought in a 24k bracelet for them to tell me what it was and how much. Note , that I already knew what karat and what the bracelet was worth. To add to there temptation, (Which I already knew they are thieves) , I sent my mother ran which speaks broken English and centering with the bracelet pretending she knew no knowledge of what she had in her hand . They told her it was 10 karat gold and that all they would give her $75 . Mind you I had 24 karat gold bracelet from India, which was worth minimum $600 ! So, if you want to get the most value of your gold and precious metals do not use jeweler !

The old wrinkly spanish lady with tge deep accent is very rude. She lied about the price. She treated me poorly because she thought due to my wardrope I was low income. I would not refer anyone here. The rudeness and lies arent worth my time.

In response to your comment I believe you are confused as to what constitutes custom made jewelry. You made nothing for me all you did was size something which I offered to compensate you for when I originally asked for an exchange not a refund. Once again being deceptive and a cheat doesn't make you right or legit. If you hadn't sold subpar jewelry to begin with I wouldn't have had to come back not once but twice so shame on you. So yeah my advice stay away from this place if you want something of value and true for your money!!!!

For that special person in your life, make it mean something. Stop by and see for yourself. Don’t see what you like tell them they will make it for you or guide you to the right place. I’m sure you like what you see, custom work sure no problem !

I went to this store looking for a chain and I was impressed with the quality and great selection, I purchased a chain and a bracelet and the price was amazing. They have a great customer service they make you feel welcome and from now I don’t have to go to New York or the Mall. Thank you for your great service.

Went in looking to resell an old engagement ring with 30 .3 carat diamonds in a halo band. They took it, told me it was worthless because of how small the stones were and that they wouldn't buy it. They then handed it back with one less diamond in the band. At this point it was insisted they told me they couldn't buy it because it was missing a diamond, not because the stones were small. They then got angry with me and threatened to pull up recordings and footage and bring in police, as if I was the person stealing from them. It wasn't worth the fight, so I left, ring still in hand, with one less diamond. Don't do business here.

Wonderful store. Vicki was great and we ended up purchasing 2 beautiful evil eye chains and an evil eye bracelet. Will definitely be back. Thank you for the great service.

I have been going to this jewelry store for many years and I am always greeted with the most Pleasant smiles in Jersey City. Not only are they kind and sweet but they take their time to understand my needs as well as learn about the people that I am buying for. They have a great selection of all types of jewelry and they also are very competitively priced. I have noticed that they are usually 50% cheaper or more than the prices at Newport Mall and Garden State Plaza. They also buy gold and while I have never gone to sell gold to them myself I have heard that they are very fair and give cash immediately. I normally don't write reviews this long but this jewelry store is truly incredible and deserving of a lot more for what they have done for me over the past few years as their client. I love them!

The experience at Majesty Jeweler was just that “majestic”. The customer service received was impeccable. Timely, quality service for repairs. I got my ring resized as well as a chain length shortened. The quality of work was very satisfying. I even got a phone call to advise my items were ready for pickup on time!!!!!! The prices are exceptionally reasonable. Everyone should check this jeweler out prior to making a purchase elsewhere. I feel you would get your money’s worth. Above all was the treatment by the staff. P.S: am not associated nor do I know any of the staff at the store. I met them for the first time.
