Wanted to buy jewelry but had to leave because the salesman doesn't know how to wear a mask properly

In general customer service is not the best, however in this location in the Newport centre there is a very good seller Louis, he really knows about customer care. If you are going to buy anything ask for him. I bought a Movado watch and we needed to resize it. In two different days, two different people told me they couldn’t do it and they dared to tell me to go to one of the mall’s kiosks to see if they could do it for me. Are you kidding me? Thankfully I went another day that he was there and he resized the watch ! The only reason why I would buy in zales again is to be helped by him. Sorry but I hate poor customer service.

Ashley was amazing. She was patient and took the time to help me find a great gift for my boyfriend. Tarik (I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly) was also a pleasure. He did a good job wrapping my gift and sparked up a nice conversation. Keep shining, Ashley and Tariq!

This has got to be one of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They give you the run around whenever you go for a repair and it could take weeks to a month to get the item you purchased. Don’t waste your time buying the protection plan save your money and get a better plan elsewhere. Definitely won’t be shopping here again!

I received a beautiful tennis bracelet from my son and daughter-in-law this Christmas. Unfortunately it was damaged. I returned it to Zales the sales rep that took care of me asked me for the receipt I did not have it, she asked me for my son's phone number I gave it to her and she automatically Drew up the receipt. it was very very simple for me to return it she gave me a brand new bracelet no questions asked. and told me to enjoy my bracelet she put it on me and told me to have a beautiful day, the sales reps name is Gig, she displayed professionalism and courtesy and provided excellent customer service.

Customer service is great and tariq helped us wonderfully and his skills and knowledge about diamonds are exceptional. Hes is literally the best salesman anybody could ask for. 100 percent recommended for anybody to visit and buy

My first visit to Zales the staff was very friendly and helpful.

$1400 for a 10 Kt. Gold chain is hilarious, I'll stick to their White gold, diamond earrings got 3 pairs for $1200., Are black diamond, my favorite.

I have visited twice since this review. Once to resize my ring and once for a missing diamond. They stand by there work and helped in both situations. These guys are always a pleasure to work with and their charisma is great!

They don't answer questions even when you ask them directly. They provide vague responses and attempt to lure you into the store just to answer your questions.
