Horrible return policy. Returned three broken /damaged items, and couldn’t exchange a necklace that came damaged for one that wasn’t. Cheep items that don’t last, and if I could give no stars I would.

I recently went in the store with an infection in my cartilage piercing, the young lady was very nice and very helpful in helping me find a solution for me. 14k gold was suggested. I'm very happy with my visit and I'll be back for future piercings. Thanks!!

I went for “ear piercing”. The girl who did it was constantly distracted looking around the store (seemed like she was worried that customers steal from the store! 😵‍💫). It was actually troubling and disrespectful. When she was talking to me she was looking around the store and she was worried. (There was one more cashier, she could watch the store instead.) Also the way she did it was not hygienic. She touched the whole outside of the glove before wearing it. And made a mess piercing the solution bottle, outside of the bottle became all wet w the solution. Overall she was so distracted with thief watching that I regretted doing piercing there! Unpleasant experience! 😔

Went to get my daughters ears pierced, the lady told me to sit in the chair with my daughter on my lap. The lady seemed very annoyed, like I was bothering her for wanting something done that's in her job title. She was dismissive and standoffish, so bad to the point that I changed my mind and told her I no longer wanted their services. They're rude and just don't want to do their job. Don't go there.
