Showed up with a massive cold. Thought there was no choice but to live with it and let it run it's course. Who's got time for that? I heard acupuncture could help dispatch a cold quickly. Left the office feeling like a million bucks- sinuses and breathing were all clear not to mention I was full of energy. The sash was like a power nap on steroids. Dr. Kumpf is a gifted superhero with the magic needles. Professional, immaculate, cute, and cozy office. Sam, the manager, also makes the best pot of herb tea in JC. Highly recommended!

Both Erin and Brittin are amazing. The practice takes a holistic approach. This is the fourth Hoboken area practice I have gone to - they took the most detailed medical history and reviewed in person. Beyond acupuncture, my supplements have been adjusted. I went to EKAH for help resuming regular menstrual cycles after experiencing amenorrhea for months (following stopping use of hormonal birth control). Erin is warm, kind, and provides such individualized care and treatment. I had an amazing experience and have had regular cycles for almost 1 year following treatment. After 7 months of unexplained gastrointestinal pain and discomfort with extensive screening, testing, exams led by Western medicine I decided to try acupuncture. After 1 session and following Erin’s recommendation to a T most of my symptoms disappeared. Erin is THE consummate health care professional. She’s been a miracle worker on a myriad of my long suffering health issues like chronic Sinus migraines, tinnitus, and digestive issues. She has an incredible depth of knowledge on a vast array of medical causes and effects and how to unblock and rewire the bodies circuitry. She takes the time to know you and truly cares about helping and healing you.

Erin is incredibly knowledgeable and comforting, especially important as I was dealing with infertility. I loved my sessions with her and saw her regularly for a year during IVF, through my pregnancy and until I delivered my baby.

While it's taken me a while to actually write this review, Erin gets 5 stars from day 1! I started seeing Erin over a year ago to regulate my hormones and begin what turned out to be a longer than expected fertility journey. Erin is an extremely knowledgeable practitioner and very kind and caring. She's been a stable presence in a stressful journey and I'm so happy to have found her! Couldn't recommend her more!

Going to my weekly acupuncture appointments is THE best self care ritual I've started in a long time. Erin is so compassionate and welcoming. I am so incredibly grateful to have found Erin Kumpf Acupuncture and Herbs. Erin is wonderful, compassionate, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and passionate about health, especially women's health. It's like walking into an oasis, a spa and they are very safe with COVID measures, too. My story : I was diagnosed with PCOS for about 20 years. I have lost 100 pounds through lifestyle, nutrition, exercise and acupuncture, but, as of late, I'm experiencing imbalance : PMDD, urinary issues and issues from a herniated disc. My former acupuncturist moved and when he told me that, I was worried about who I would see, where I would go to keep managing my symptoms and to work on some new issues popping up. And then I heard of EKAH and it was the smoothest transition ever. I have been seeing Erin for nearly a month now and already I feel more vitality, more balance. I experienced trauma with needles as a kid, so it took me a while to get over this. But, I've been getting acupuncture for 15 years now and Erin has a technique where you barely feel it, sometimes you won't even feel the needle. I promise that the health issue that brought you here is much more difficult a load to bear than the fear of the needle. I can promise that first hand. Any fears, just communicate it with Erin.

When I started working with Erin, I had two fibroids.One was so painful it pressed up against my bladder. This caused me to have to go to the bathroom every hour. I was told that it was impossible for them to shrink , that at best acupuncture will just help keep them from growing. I experienced instant relief upon my first visit with Erin. Today, I am completely pain free. I was recently told by my gyno that one of them is shrinking and the other one has gone away completely. Erin has also given the information about nutrition and other lifestyle habits that will keep me pain free and as healthy as possible. She has the best personality. She is super sweet and makes me feel totally comfortable everytime I go.

I am extremely grateful to Erin for making my life almost back to normal. She is a true healer. I was diagnosed with Endometriosis last year. I suffered from extremely bad and stabbing menstrual cramps. I went through the days where I could not get out of the bed for 4-5 days during my periods. The pain was so bad that no painkillers would reduce the pain. I decided to go to Erin for acupuncture. And it was the best decision. Erin started weekly sessions along with Chinese Herbs. My pain started to reduce gradually and in a span of 3-4 months my pain levels have reduced drastically. During my last periods, I could actually go back to my daily routine. I don't write reviews usually, but this one was so important because I know so many women are suffering from Endometriosis and at some point, it feels like nothing is helping out and we have to stay like this forever. But, we don't. :) I highly recommend Erin. Not to forget, the front desk lady is so welcoming that you start getting positive vibes the second you step in the clinic.
