Great modern Hostel. Each room is cleaned daily and has its own separate bathroom. Location is secure. We had no concerns or issues leaving valuables in our rooms. Customer service is wonderful. Owners are always accessible, friendly, and helpful. Some staff speak English, but expect to use Spanish. We stayed for 6 nights and loved it. Highly recommend

They do not allow service animals, sad because I need my dog to assist me.

I traveled with my family and we only stayed one night and the experience was overall very good. Nice rooms, location was great as many restaurants and bars are just around the corner. Staff were really kind and always willing to help as well as give recommendations for things to do. Rooms were clean and has air conditioning, a TV and nice bathrooms. The room was big and had had everything we needed. It was also clean and the breakfast was good. But the air in the room and in the bathroom was really bad and we could not find a way to open the window. When we wanted to leave there were only two guys who did not speak one word in English (really nothing!) and they did not make an effort to understand us. There was no luggage room and when we came back for picking up our luggage we wanted to use the toilet but it took them ages (they had to call someone if it was alright) long story short they did not even have a public bathroom that we could have used. The Taxi they‘ve called us was no official Taxi which lead to a higher price. All in all those facts make the hostel appear dubious to us and we were disappointed because we quite liked the rest of it.

I enjoyed my two night stay at Costa Verde. The friendly manager Mario came to pick me up at the airport and he was very responsive in our communication. Overall the service was great. The room is spacious with AC and TV and is clean and maintained daily. It is located within walking distance to the malecón and the big mall. Breakfast was decent (I’m vegan so I can’t really give this a fair review) and there is a nice back terrace where it was serviced. There is no common sitting area and the atmosphere is therefore not super warm. Still a nice spot to spend a couple days.

Great place! Super friendly & helpful staff. Very clean and pleasant. The AC, TV and hot showers worked well.

The Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Even though I am a non-spanish speaker they were extremely patient and accommodating. I would stay here again without hesitation. Great location with walkable excellent restaurants. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.
