The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and it was nice to be pretty close to the mall. It's not easy to walk from here to anywhere else as there asthe street is extremely busy and there isn't much of crosswalk. The restaurant was okay but nothing overly special. Good place to stay if you don't want to go sightseeing but just have a quick stopover

Fine hotel with a lovely staff. One thing that dissapoint a very noisy area ..

I used to stay in IBIS in Jakarta and Bangkok. They were great. This one in Istanbul is not as good as those in Jakarta and Bangkok. It is very far from town. No nearby groceries or shops. Staff are not as good as other IBIS hotels. The room is very small. The bathroom is very very small that you cannot move comfortably. Whoever sees my comments from the IBIS management, I would like you please to call me, because I asked the staff to stay 3 to 4 hours after I have checked out, because my flight was late at night, but they refused and asked me to pay for full night and gave me a higher rate even higher than the room rate I had the previous night. So I would like to confirm whether what they did is right or not.

The room was very comfort and after my travelling around the world Colombia , Mexico, USA, England, Denmark, Germany and I can sleep well in this hotel But the housekeeper need improvement about the manner and politeness

Basic 3 star hotel, Clean, the only challenges as you enter the room is small & you can hear people in the room next to you and those in the hallway, bathrooms are too tight to sit, room service they served small drinking water 250Ml per room which is not enough it’ll be nice if they can change it to 500Ml bottle for the rooms at least, for breakfast not bad and reception staff afternoon shift are friendly.

Stayed at this ibis hotel for 2 days in July 2023. Room and bathroom were clean enough. View from the window was beautiful. The staff at reception was very nice and especially Mr Furkan was very helpful and supportive. Restaurants, Banks and shops at 5-7 minutes walk. Would definitely recommend to friends and visitors.

The Hotel is good, clean and have easy access to different sorts of transportation... The staff are nice and Friendly, At the reception all the guys are good, Emir was very helpful and adviced on many things and places. At the bar unfortunately the blonde lady that works morning shift lacks manners and professionalism while talking to customers, However the other girl that works afternoon shift is so nice and down to earth and that goes the same for the guy that works at night.

This is the second time we've stayed here while visiting Istanbul. Very clean and comfortable. Fantastic staff and well looked after by Mohammed. Would definitely recommend 👌

Hotel Is decent, for shorter stays ideal. All the consumption You have to play straight, no charge on the room and paying on check out. Otherwise no problems, room was clean.

Very accessible to the city center, close to the bus station, 40 min walk to 212 outlet center, modern designed rooms and hall, small and delicious breakfast package, very welcoming and kind staff, well English spoken. Small rooms, our choice was room number 608. Top of the building and a calming view of the streets at night.

It worthes what I payed for, but they should take care more about rooms hygiene and othere services

Ibis Hotel was great! I was placed in this Ibis Hotel near the airport by Pegasus Airlines because my connecting flight was postponed to more than 8 hours later, so I was given a room here to rest and 3 meals (which were all delicious).

I was disappointed with this hotel for two reasons. First of all, although their website states their restaurant is open until 10pm, when I arrived at 8.45pm I was informed the restaurant was closed. Cleaning of kitchen. Can only serve drinks. Such information should be on their website so that guests can plan to have their dinners elsewhere if they will be late. Secondly, my room’s air conditioner was blowing hot resulting in the room being very warm. When I asked the reception, I was informed that the temperature was very cold two days ago and their they turned the central aircon to heating mode. But it was 20 degrees C at 10pm. They then unlocked the window security so that it can be fully opened. But that resulted in very loud noise from the traffic. Suffice to say I did not sleep well that night. During this period just before autumn, when the temperature is alternating between cold and warm, be more proactive to adjust the mode of central from heating to cooling every day as required. Location of hotel is not ideal as it is not in the center of city. Please note that Istanbul Airport is about 40km away.

Unfriendly staff! They messed up our reservation and treated us inappropriately multiple times during our stay but other than the front desk unprofessional behaviors, the place is nice and clean.

Front staff Emir was accommodating early check in for me and it was really helpful. Burak also was friendly on attending and accommodating my request. Housekeeping must pay attention on cleanliness as I found my room was dusty upon checked in. I would suggest if the staff could learn English more so there will be easy communication if they have foreigner guest.

The room we stayed (1415 on the 4th floor, 3 to 5 August) had several issues, including the door lock suddenly not working on the last night anymore even after replacing the card 2 times (the manager had to open the door every time we needed), water pressure suddenly gone completely in the middle of the shower, then come back a while later (sink was fine, just the shower affected), electricity went off in our room when plugging their iron, but more importantly, some surfaces were not clean, especially the desk area and the stuff on top of it. The parking space is very limited as well, meaning in front of the hotel where you unload your luggage is often crowded and there is no space to stop to unload your luggage if you arrive late. The staff did their best to fix things and were very helpful, but I expected a bit better for Ibis brand. It's still a good hotel, and probably better than the average for the same category in Istanbul.

Nice clean place, staff is nice, can communicate in an English language. Breakfast is nice. Location might be a challenge a bit not easy to go around. Price for a night is reasonable.

I really loved this place! the suit is very cosy, all furniture is new, comfortable mattresses, good sleep, friendly staff and of course Ibis breakfasts - I have heard a lot about them and now I know why. The only thing which is not so comfortable is the location - far from the center and public transport is not convenient. To go to the city mostly by taxi.

Everything is new and stylish. Very clean. We enjoy it. But BEWARE : industrial area. And no parking.
