We stayed at this hotel for 21 nights and really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and specially the service and the staff were really helpful and professional and would like to say a few names like Hassan , serkan , okay they were really helpful to us during our stay at the hotel and really appreciate it. Our flight was delayed and the airlines had to arrange accommodations. The staff here was very attentive. Initially we were placed in a room on the first floor however it smelled like cigarettes. Although there is no smoking in the rooms, being it’s on the first floor perhaps the smoke filters into the room. Anyways we were provided with a new room on the 6th floor with a view, it was clean and smelled very good. The bedding was super comfortable. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant. The staff was also attentive and catered to our food allergies. The prices were reasonable and they provided you with ample food.

I stayed at this hotel in February 2022 for 3 nights. I had a good sleep after a long time. Decent hotel. The staff were also very nice and they will help you with whatever you need. They can convert money for you too without trying to rip you off or anything as I double checked on my phone afterwards. When I left the hotel, I tipped them at the reception and also left tip for the room maid inside the room with a note so she knows its for her, make sure you do that too specially if you are a tourist as kindness always comes back around. The hotel is perfectly adequate. Was probably a beautiful hotel a few years back. It is kept quite clean but the lobby furniture is extremely stained. I wouldn't sit on some of the couches. Asked for a non smoking room but clearly someone didn't follow the rules. Staff was mostly friendly.

I have been two times , from the 2022 . There were are make a construcion in hotel restaurant, and now it's very comfotable for the people, who smokeing cigaretes , especialy when it's raining or bad weather you can sit down with friends or alone , drink coffee or eat some food and smoke a cigarete . The hotel cost around 75 e per day , included breakfast. The assortiment of the food it's deliceous, i like it 👌 And also i want send regard to all perssonel or all hotel and restaurant, you do great job thank you all. Especialy i want to say a big thanks for the lobby workers Mehmet and Emre they are friendly ( they speak in english) if you have any question or some problems in hotel they would like to help you ,thank you guys😊💯🤝🤟👌

Front office staff was very friendly and helpful during my accommodation. Breakfast buffet was decent. Waiters were very genuine. I did not use room service so I can’t comment about it. Rooms were pretty small but decent so I can’t complain. Overall, it was a good experience. I totally would stay again.

Hotel condition quite nice with spacious room. We stay here but have a bad experience. About cleanliness, they not clean the room seriously, there are smelly water at the kettle from last guest I think and clean it the room too seriously and make our kid retainer (tooth mould to mantain after braces) gone, that she put beside washtafel. We realise at afternoon after going back, and already complain it. Even I volunteer wanna to looking at trash bin, they said already taken to trash dumping station. We don't know, it just an excuse one or really all the hotel trash had taken away on that day in the night.

It is over priced. The neighborhood is not good. I think mainly group tourists use this hotel. The lobby was very seedy. Surprisingly the restaurant was very good. The international as well as the Turkish food.

First night after a fast and nice check-in was good. My friend had a problem with Air Conditioner which was solved after a short while. Staff seemed helpful

Even we went there with a huge group of People. They are not capable of saying sorry or give an excellent service. At the end they ruined my clothes due to lack of warnings about dyed bank, not even apologize except smiling

Reception staff were helpful and polite. They made it easy for us, and the breakfast was great. Nice selection. I'd definitely book again, but it's right next to nothing . You would definitely need to be booking taxis everywhere. There is a food place when you come out towards the right it's a nice local shop for hot food and beautiful soup.

No bell boy The room is dirty There is windows but its permanent No air-conditioned so very hot Water is linking into the bed room when 🚿 Operator 3 time calling no one comming Receptionist very helpfull but its 11pm hard to move to other room when we must go at 6am The good one have rgb light at bed

The front office team provided friendly and helpful service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet was satisfactory, and the waitstaff displayed genuine hospitality. I did utilize room service, the room service food was great. The rooms, were decent. Overall, my experience was positive, and I would definitely consider staying again.

Horrible hotel, very bad. I was taken here for our last night by our tour operator Universal (instead of our designed hotel: Marriott Courtyard besides it, which is way better.) The hotel had broken bed sheets, the shower was full of black mold, the coffee mugs were dirty and the coffee pouches half opened. Even the room key was dirty and sticky! Breakfast was poor. They only offered hard boiled eggs, some fruit, not much variety. Juice was not fresh but made from powder. If possible avoid at all costs.

This is a very nice and lovely hotel. Good size rooms but it’s definitely in need of some TLC. All around the hotel you will see signs of over due maintenance… it’s a long way from the blue mosque or the grand bazar but the staff are lovely.

I stayed here on a long transit by Turkish Airlines. The staff were very professional and did the check in very quickly. The rooms are fine but very small. You basically have very little space for yourself. The restaurant and breakfast buffet were descent with various options for many tastes. Overall, the stay was satisfactory.

Friendly staff, good service, but the place is old and needs a lot of maintenance, almost no room amenities except for instant coffee and tea bags, TV is not working, some electric sockets are not workingas. The food is barely acceptable. Really far away from the City’s attractions, it took more than 30 minutes to reach taksim Square _ more than an hour by taxi during rush hours.

I was on transit so it was a short stay but I had a good time. The staff were accommodating. I did not have a charger they provided one, I had medications to be stored in the freezer they stored it well for me. I really enjoyed the hospitality. When next I am in Istanbul I will stay here.

Emre and the staff were very accommodating and helpful in fulfilling any requests that I needed. Was there for one night, but Emre was able to give good recommendations about where to go and best forms of transmit, helping to arrange a ride to and from the hotel during our night out exploring Istanbul.

Hi, I did not stay at the hotel but I tried the restaurant there and it was among the best in Istanbul. Very delicious and tasty meals and hosting is great too.

Worst 5star Hotel I’ve ever seen. Very unprofessional service, Asked for early take out breakfast 12hrs in advance due to early checkout and was given a bun with cheese and tomato along with an apple. Took my laundry without my convent and forced to pay. Calvin to have 24/7 service but when I asked for room service at 12am and was advised nothing available. Very poor communication skills. Booked PCR over the phone and was advised will be 100 Lyra, when showed up to pay, was charged 350 Lyra. NEVER GO THERE. Not a 5star in anyway.

Water was lukewarm and could not take a proper shower. I couldn't heat up the room either. No problem with the cleanliness.

This is a nice hotel close to Ata Turk Airport, and mall of Istanbul. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is extra helpful and professional.

Because all the staff are very very good but the special staff member for the restaurant is Mr. Hassan. The reception and the house keepers are very nice and great! The hotel staff are amazing, I would recommend.

Hotel itself it's all right. Quite a specious room with confortable bed. However stuff is really burnish. It's an airport hotels but everything is closed in the morning. There's no option to get coffee or anything else if you have en early flight. Definitely won't be coming back.

I stayed here 3 nights with my group, 1 night on the first day when I arrived in Turkey, and the remaining 2 nights at the last time before going to Istanbul airport.The first night everything was good, the service was okay, but on the last day I came back there was a problem with water for all rooms from the 5th floor and above. no water at all for shower and toilet, can you imagine? While waiting for almost 2 hours finally the hotel helped to move rooms. the reception staff named mehmet is very kind and patient to help, thank you for the help Mr.Mehmet. My advice is that the hotel always checks the technicalities of the entire hotel so that incidents like this don't happen again. Because a Radisson-level hotel should not have an incident like this. Before my group and I went to Kusadasi, we stayed overnight at transit hotel in Istanbul, namely Park iin! I think this hotel is very narrow, but it turns out that the rooms are spacious with extrabeds, the hotel concept is good, it's just that there are less facilities in the bathroom like there is no toothbrushes. For breakfast, everything on the menu tastes good. For employees, I beg you to smile please, haha. I hope you can maintain the quality and service next time. Thank you!

Actually I’m not talking about this hotel, their service was good so I don’t have any problem. But I want to warn some tourist with convenience store next to this hotel, that store that become one with Petrol Station. The cashier deceiving my mom with the price. In a paper at the shelf it wrote ₺23 and my mom paid with ₺100 cash. But she gave my mom ₺46 as change. My mom asked in English, why price is different, change isn’t in the right amount and where’s the paper receipt, but she replied in Turkish, ‘pretending’ she doesn’t know English and kept show her one index finger like telling my mom that she only got one pack with that price. And I found the exact same thing at Ortaköy’s area and it was only ₺20. Actually I’ve already heard the story from our group trip’s friend the night before. That the same cashier deceiving her husband when he paid with the cash and also didn’t get the receipt. So she told us to pay with only card if we shop there, because when she paid with the card and bought the same stuff like her husband, it’s actually cheap. So if you are tourist and you stay in this hotel, and need to buy something in that convenience store next to the hotel, pay with your card. Don’t pay with cash. And always ask the paper receipt if you don’t get any.

Well my experience was good .I went there cause I heard that they have a Thai massage .and since am in love with Thai and balisian massage I couldn't refused the invitation to go there and be part of the experience. So I have no idea about rooms or inside the rooms. The service was good. The location little bit far from the down town or even the touristic area. So for me the massage was OK .but one of my friend she enjoyed and liked. Its base who make the massage and how to do it Hope my review or feedback help you to figure out what exactly looking for

Not spacious lobby for 4-5 stars hotel but have spacious room. Still ok for the breakfast but not too many variant for 4-5 stars hotel In the room, they have amenities (excl.tootbrush), slippers, towel, hairdryer, kettle, mini refrigerator, safety deposit box, commineral water & complimentary mineral water, coffee & tea. But there is no balcony room. The bed have adjustable aesthetic RGB led strip lamp. There are restaurant and mosque near the hotel

Very nasty rooms smells so bad 👎 checked in and checked out right away I wouldn't recommend to yall if u slepp in their defiantly u will get sick

Room - The was size okay but the AC was not working at all. I reported to the reception twice but they couldn't fix that. It was so hot in the room, refrigerator was not working, Bathroom ventilation system was not working. Staff - I'm giving 3 stars because of Staffs. 2 Receptionist male, room service staffs were very friendly and helpful. Regarding the room they apologised but couldn't resolve the issue. Location - I didn't like the location as it is hard to find money exchange or other amenities.
