Ekelhaft ihr unfähigen Dumpfbacken! So etwas kann ich absolut nicht verstehen. So etwas darf noch nicht einmal einem MC Donalds Mitarbeiter passieren. Gut das ich das zu Hause erst gesehen habe, ansonsten hätte ich euch mein Mc Rib in die Küche geworfen. 🤢🤮

As a burger should be Well cooked tasty and plenty of Salad I am a good boy I eats all my Salad Facilities were very clean too

This McDonald’s is terrible. They messed up my order in every possible way. Also they gave us the fries and drink for one of our meals but not the burger. When I was telling the lady at the window about the mix ups and the missed burger, she told me I had to go around and get back in the drive thru line to order another one. She also spoke in a rude tone as if it was our fault that they messed up

The worse McDonalds in town! Nobody speaks the native language or understands what the order says. My food was standing ready to pick at counter, but nobody gave it to me, until I asked twice. My milkshake cup was full of milkshake, but nobody cleaned. WORSE SERVICE EVER! McDonald’s should hire a translator.

Don’t go to this one. Terrible service to Americans. The old German lady refused service to me because she kept trying to manipulate my order. When a English speaking cashier came over to help other cashier clearly put in my order but the old lady made her leave and took all the staff from the front section. I don’t know if she’s racist or dumb and felt insecure that she couldn’t get a simple order right when the younger cashier came but to refuse service because you can’t do your job as efficient is ridiculous.

We eat here on a weekly basis because of the convenient location of this McDonalds near all the shopping in Kaiserslautern. It's recently been renovated, and the service is fairly quick. But 9 out of 10 times, they will get your order wrong e.g. forget your sauces, salad dressings, or simply forget food items with your order. Because of this, we recommend you double check your food order or avoid the drive-thru. Also, if you fill out the online survey for a free coffee or fries, expect resistance from the staff as they usually have no idea how to enter the code and usually ignore you.

Das Restaurant machte einen sehr dreckigen Eindruck. Tische waren selten abgeräumt und die Abräumstationen quilten über. Außerdem waren die Toiletten sehr Dreckig. Placed order at the kiosk inside, waited patiently, and they cleared my order off the board. I had to ask them to make the food again. When I asked them what happened, the manager just said “I don’t know.” Wasted lots of time.

CLOSED AT NIGHT. Beware that they often close at night even they though there’re workers inside. Make people wait in drive through lane for 30 minutes and no one has a decency to put up the closed sign or turn lights off on menu.

Absolutly disgusting costumer service I ordered through an online delivery company when I waited over an hour for my food I called to see where it was the employee yelled at me to cancel my order and was rude to me and quickly hung up . I tried to cancel my order but I have to do it through the store. I tried calling back muliple times and they keep hanging up on me. ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING ! Will never get food from here again.

We waited in the drive through for over 40 minutes. We arrived at 2015 and left with our order ar 2055.

This is the absolute worst McDonalds with horrible customer service. Ordered food on Lieferando which stated an estimared delivery of 29 mins..i literally live 6 mins up the road from them..2 hours later no sign of them, called several times and was told they are in traffic- no offer of a apology, no explanation, no eefund no nothing just told to be patient

8am on Saturday, 6 November 2021, a manager rudely chased a lady out of the building in front of me and just shouted that they were closed for a meeting. This meeting continued for well over a half hour. Hell, it’s still going on. I just thought that a) closing during peak breakfast hours isn’t ideal and b) the manager handled it very poorly. Another customer just sat in the McDrive with no instruction and circled the building. I’ve learned to tolerate how slow and disorganized this particular location is, but I felt like this needed to be pointed out. Contrary to the slogan, I was not lovin’ it.

Ordered a 6 piece chickie Nuggie and only received 5

It was alright, but the interior is not my cup of tea. Driving through for food is alright, though. Their location comes in handy when coming from base onto the freeway.

Nach der Renovierung viel schöner als vorher. Nur am Service Mangel es wie eigentlich in jedem McDonalds. Essen schmeckt dafür auch gut und tatsächlich auch wie in jedem anderen McDonalds in dem ich je war 👍

Waren ca 23.30 essen am Automaten bestellt und hingesetzt, darauf hin kam ein Mitarbeiter der kaum Deutsch gesprochen hat und erklärte wir können nicht hier essen, wir sollen es mitnehmen oder im Auto essen(es waren 5 Tische im Restaurant besetzt,diese durften essen wir wohl nicht). Nach dem wir dann an die Theke sind wurde im Hintergrund gemault und uns widerwillig aufs Tablett gestellt. Wir hatten dazu nichts gesagt…nach uns kamen noch mehr Leute die sich setzten, zu diesen wurde nichts gesagt. Während wir am Tisch saßen wurde sich lautstark beschwert das Gäste kommen und die Arbeit nicht machbar ist. Nach meiner Meldung an den Kundenservice kam die Antwort zurück die Mitarbeiter behaupten etwas anderes. Also schlechter Service und Gäste werden wohl ausgesucht.

Wir waren heute gegen 15 Uhr da, Essen war ok...leider waren aber vier Sorten Eis 🍨 nicht verfügbar. Personal war nicht gerade freundlich, Tische waren verschmutzt, Boden klebrig. Auf der Toilette gab es keine Seife oder Desinfektionsmittel. Ich dachte McDonalds könne es besser als seine Konkurrenz.....Schade

Der MC Donalds im Opelkreisel ist neu renoviert und ist echt sehr schön und sehr sauber . Allerdings muss ich den Service bemängeln , es war nicht viel Betrieb und trotzdem standen die Leute schlange. Ein Gast wartete 12 Minuten für ein EIS! Tablett bekommt man keins , was halt auch nicht so gut ist , wenn man für eine Familie bestellt . Es ist eine Box aufgestellt die ich für sehr gut befinde, da kann man Getränke und Essensreste sowie Papier und sonstiges Fachgerecht entsorgen .

Incredibly busy, day or night. Location just off the A6 Kaiserslautern. Not meny parking spaces. Small but clean interior. Drive through is effective enough but usually a que of several vehicles. People generally speak English & German.

Waited 40 minutes in line before even getting a chance to order. And then they only took cash. Waste of time.

Do not go here if they are busy. Super incompetent staff and their coffee machine is always broken. Don’t waste your time waiting if they are slammed.

It’s really not “fast food”. I regularly wait a very long time for simple orders. Staff is very nice but the service is slow.

The workers are nice at the drive thru, but seem overworked inside. One day I waited for an order for 15-30 minutes and they didn’t call my food that had just been sitting there so I waited for someone in order to get their attention but they seemed pre occupied with other things so I just grabbed my food. Came back inside because the sauce I needed wasn’t in there then left not realizing that I also hadn’t received the water I paid for. Also the fries are cold EVERY time I go I rarely ever get warm fries from here. The food cost too much to not get high quality food and to not receive the items you pay for. My mother also told me about a day that she went there & bought a long chicken sandwich late one night at the drive thru, drove home & there was absolutely no chicken patty in between the bun.. what….Nice location, but just has a lot of work to do.

Update, they remodeled this McDonalds and it went simple retro clean but modern. Also McDonald’s in Germany got rid of hashbrowns like monsters as they said Germans don’t eat them. Food was quick and service was nice. I come to this McDonalds every once in a while and it’s a really nice McDonald’s on the inside. Very clean and very up to date. Other than that for breakfast they normally have two people working and they take a little long for orders to be filled. The food is prepared well but sometimes the hash browns are like cold, like refrigerator cold. I will still continue to go and try it as I like McDonalds for breakfast.

They never use gloves and literally touching their face and then cooking 🤦🏻‍♀️ use gloves or stop touching your nose while cooking!!!

I'm not sure if they changed management but since the switch to the think bags with no logo this McDonald's has been awesome. Before orders were constantly messed up. Now you get in your bag what your ordered. Before the food was thrown together. Now the food looks like someone cared to make it. Before over cooked fries and cold food. Now warm, fresh great tasting food. Best McDonald's in Kaiserslautern maybe Germany.

I went through this drive thru today and ordered three 20 piece chicken mcnuggets for the family with sweet and sour sauce. The quality control of the orders failed, because the young gentleman preparing the order didn't put even one sauce in the bags. I called them when I got home and all they offered to do is give me the sauces when if I came back. Inexcusable customer service. This mcdonalds need to properly train its employees as well as have an experienced employee checking the orders before they go out.

If you enjoy getting even the most simple order messed up, this is your place to be. Never ever they had things correct for once and serve old tasting food. Thanks to this McDonald's, we're completely done with this fast food chain! Take my money bk, you deserve it

I have not eaten at a McDonald's in America since 2010. Since they have poor customer service, dirty restaurants, and low food quality. Since arriving in Europe, I ate at another McDonald's and was thoroughly impressed with their food and customer service. However, this one was just like the American McDonald's. Food was sloppy, when I asked for one ketchup packet. I was asked if I "ordered" one? I said nevermind and went to sit down. The employee FOLLOWED me to my seat and continued to question me as to whether or not I ordered a single ketchup packet. I continued to say nevermind. After a minute of him interrogating me, he finally left. Very rude !!

Worst customer service ever. If you need help don’t walk up to the counter they’ll just ignore you. Don’t order online it doesn’t mean anything to these people. Also they don’t get your order right.

Went in to order, to ensure my order was correct, language barrier and all! Scorching HOT! inside services was slow, the staff prepared my drinks, but by the time my order was complete the 2 pieces of ice they put in the drink had melted and watered it down, the fries cold and soggy! Not a fan of Micky D's to begin with. But this one of those it was there and my wife was hungry so what are you going to do? This is the second time in the 3 years, I've lived here and both times the food was $h#t!

Was actually a good place to get something fast to eat but it seems the service and freshness has gone down quite a bit for my part always in the drive in. Probably on purpose since when you drive away and home to eat, 5 min.,you notice that you got re-fried French frys or just plain stale fries not to mention the burger. Then they cut off breakfast, probably not enough customer to do breakfast. McDonald's is not McDonald's anymore
