Where
to
begin!
We
had
a
banquet
part
with
my
company
down
here.
We
were
really
looking
forward
to
staying
at
the
hotel
and
enjoying
ourselves
at
our
company
event.
However
upon
arrival
we
were
told
by
Valet
that
the
parking
garage
was
full
and
that
we
should
go
park
in
a
garage
2
blocks
away
from
the
hotel.
Parking
was
suppose
to
be
validated
per
company
invite.
However
there
was
a
different
garage
in
which
Midway
was
suppose
to
park
but
we
did
not
find
out
until
2
hours
into
the
event.
We
paid
the
$10
to
park
in
garage
2
blocks
away
and
then
moved
vehicle
to
the
correct
parking
garage
we
were
suppose
to
use
and
the
next
morning
(after
our
stay
at
the
hotel)
paid
another
$24!
The
receptionist
at
the
front
desk
was
very
rude
while
checking
us
in.
No
smile
or
courteousness
at
all!
He
could
not
tell
us
were
exactly
the
event
was
that
we
were
trying
to
get
to.
We
had
to
roam
around
until
we
found
it.
The
hotel
refused
to
validate
parking
even
though
they
were
the
ones
that
had
miss
informed
us
and
told
us
were
to
park.
Now
that
was
just
the
nightmare
with
parking....
We
we
arrived
to
our
room
it
appeared
to
be
cleaned.
Then
we
were
to
shower
after
the
event
and
the
bathtub
has
rust
around
the
faucets
and
someone's
dirty
rags
were
still
hanging
in
the
shower(Gross!)!
This
was
my
first
and
my
last
time
staying
at
this
hotel.
There
are
much
better
options
out
side
of
the
downtown
area
that
are
much
better
at
cleanliness
and
customer
service!
