We were dissatisfied with an extended stay property down the street. We left looking for another hotel to stay in and Hampton In & Suites was the first one I saw that I knew good things about. And, well GOD is good and when I went in I was greeted with friendly, understanding and accommodating service from start to finish. The property as impeccable as far as cleanliness; amenities were great and my grandchildren enjoyed the pool, snacks and food available 24/7. I enjoyed my stay. What started out as a bad experience in Liberty at the extended stay property ended up top of the hill comfort at Hampton Inn & Suites. Thank you.

After we ended up being in a pickle we call the Hampton inn and they gave us a killer deal. Aaron Bennett the manager was really polite and took care of our all our kneed. All the accommodations of the hotel were wonderful I would highly recommend again! Thank you to the staff at Hampton inn!

A wonderful stay! I arrived very early expecting to just leave my bags at the hotel while I explored, but they had a room ready and checked me in right away! The room itself was clean and spacious. Nothing necessarily special or different compared to other hotel rooms, but it had all that I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature was easy to control in my room. The staff were all friendly and professional. It's close to plenty of things to do (food, shopping, etc.) and is close to highways. Will definitely stay here again if ever I'm back in KC! Thank you to all the staff!!

Got in late late, staff was freindley slept super good in their comfy beds, only their to sleep and grab coffee this trip but their pool looks like a lot of fun! Coffee was nice and hot, morning staff was pleasant 😊 Room was clean and fresh loved the lighting on the rest area. Would recommend staying here.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights. The room was clean, the staff was extra friendly and the pool was by far my kiddos favorite part. As for location you can easily access I35 and get where you need to get. The front desk staff even made sure we were on a quiet floor because they had so many teams staying their for a tournament. 10/10 recommend.

Great stay at Kansas City Liberty. Very nice room. Clean and orderly - beautifully prepared. Air conditioner worked well and and the fan was quiet and did not impair sleeping. Next morning - breakfast was very good.

I arrived late with a toddler who was restless from being in a car all day. The staff was quick to welcome us. We were greeted with a smile and personally thanked for being an Honors Member. The staff was kind to my daughter, addressing and speaking with her directly, in a soft spoken tone with kind words. This made her feel welcomed and respected and helped set her in a good mood for the night. The room was very clean and all the amenities were provided without having to make any requests. The breakfast staff greeted us with a smile and again, helped set my daughters tone for the day by speaking with her directly. Overall our stay was amazing due to a nice facility and welcoming staff.

Not as easy to get in and out of, but a solid Hampton. Rooms have been redone, so they are well appointed and cozy without being cramped. Good--no, excellent--space for eating in the morning without feeling like you are on top of everyone else.

Easy access, right off I35, polite friendly staff. Comfy rooms. Pool is a bit small but warm, and no hottub, but nice stay overall.

Overall, a great stay. We will choose to come back here when we visit KC. My absolute biggest “thing” about hotel stays is that there are no bugs and I don’t feel paranoid about bugs.. and that was not a concern here. The hotel was very clean. Plenty of towels and soaps, shampoo, etc. Beds were fabulous. Ashley at front desk was kind upon checking in. The rest of the staff we encountered were “so-so”. Only area I feel the hotel could use work is the pool area. Just kind of blah, doesn’t get deeper than 4.5ft, didn’t feel the cleanest, etc. Breakfast was decent, pretty standard/average for hotel breakfasts. I liked how breakfast went until 10.. my family is not always the best at early rising.

The price for the hotel isn't too expensive, and you get a nice view for the rooms that you get. The staffs are very friendly, and they have a wonderful complimentary breakfast. The room that we stayed in was very clean and they provide a shower products. So in case if you did not bring any shampoos or body soap, the hotel room comes with shampoo, conditioner and body soap that's attached to the wall. Overall, I'm glad I got experience to stay this hotel, well gladly stay here for my next visit.

Shout out to Squire who welcomed us at our very late check in! You made us feel welcome immediately. The room was stocked with lots of towels, was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Loved that the shade truly blacked out the light so we could sleep longer. 😊

Room smelled like mildew. Notified front desk. They said they were booked so could not move me to another room. They came by later and sprayed some air freshener. That helped for a couple of minutes. Was very noisy.was when up several times by people yelling and another time by a woman screaming. Definitely won't be going back. Was one of my go-to places because of it's good location. But there are several other better options near by. A Town place Suites, Best Western Premier, and several others.

If I could give this staff more than 5 stars, I would. EVERY single person we saw was pleasant, accommodating and working hard. The room was spotless and little things like extra cups in the bathroom, plenty of towels, an actual blackout shade made it all an easy stay. The young woman working the breakfast area especially stood out to me...she interacted with everyone and clearly was good at her job.

Really nice hotel, rooms are super clean and staff is so polite and helpful. The hot breakfast is a plus... Ashley keeps the food and items ready for you all the time. Thumbs up for this place. Highly recommended.

This is an older Hampton, but our room didn't really feel worn/dated. It was clean, comfortable and convenient to stores, restaurants, and the highway. We had a comfortable stay. We didn't eat breakfast, but it appeared to be normal low budget Hampton fair. Staffing at front desk appeared to be an issue as a sign was often out saying staff was away from front desk. I used digital key, so this didn't present an issue. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again for a quick stay in KC.

Very clean, nice and quiet room. Housekeepers very helpful and friendly. Fast elevators. Good breakfast with some choice and plenty of room to sit and enjoy. We are repeat guests at this hotel.

I am very sceptical of any hotel. That said, this Hampton Inn completely met all of my expectations! Very clean, wonderful staff, and an awesome breakfast! Would stay again.

Great hotel and very nice staff. Clean and in a good area with plenty of services nearby. Hotel was very quiet snd in great condition. I would recommend staying here.

Checking in on October 22nd was great. Front desk agent in morning was blah. No customer skills that one. Wouldn't give anyone their bill/invoice. If Hilton /Hampton Inn didn't outsource their customer service overseas you might get one. Breakfast eggs and sausage were cold. Only offered light roast coffee. Pool was cold as well, even though it's indoors. I'll be staying elsewhere for my next staycation. Beds were comfy. Rooms were clean.

For the most part this hotel was good. However they could make two improvements that would make me happy: 1. Get an EV charger for your guests. I had to walk for 15 minutes and cross a 6 lane highway in order to let my car charge overnight. Next time I will have to stay at one of the hotels that provide EV charging. Sad. 2. The coffee was so weak it tasted like someone gave it a fright. Is there some way you could provide espresso or cappuccino? I need this to wake up in the morning.

Our basketball team recently stayed at the Hampton Inn- Liberty on a road trip and cannot speak highly enough of this hotel and staff. As a coach this is the first review I have written for a hotel. We are a college basketball team so we travel constantly and have seen it all, good, bad and ugly. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, accommodating and made group travel a breeze. The girls said the continental breakfast was better than usual and we did not have ANY issues with our 12 rooms, all were clean and comfortable. If we were to come back down to Kansas City for another trip, we would definitely be staying at this hotel again

Hotel was great, rooms were acceptable, most of the staff were awesome,except for Tess. She never looked up from the computer every time we walked in or walked by. She wouldn't acknowledge anyone unless they acknowledged her first. Everyone else was extremely friendly, especially the manager.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. They made us feel welcomed. The room was great, and the entire hotel had a great friendly vibe. Would stay there again. Hotel was close to a lot of eating places for dinner, and stores if you needed anything.

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Incredibly clean from the door you walk into to the rooms you stay in. Great price for the rooms. And great breakfast! We will stay here whenever we find ourselves in the kansas city area

Clean room, quiet with no street noise. Left on a Sat & grateful breakfast started at 6a! Ck in ladies on Fri eve were attentive & friendly, & our ck out attendant “Squire” (sp??) was outstanding & breakfast attendant very helpful & smiling: these are all qualities that can’t be “taught”, they are already there!! Thank you!! We will be staying here again!!
