The
hotel
itself
has
great
accommodations
-
great
location,
parking,
good
pricing,
etc.
However,
this
morning
we
got
woken
up
by
an
alarm
beeping
in
our
room.
I
called
down
to
the
front
desk
and
the
attendant
explained
that
it
was
a
Co3
monitor
and
that
the
manager
would
be
right
up.
We
stood
in
the
hallway
in
our
pajamas
for
about
30
mins
before
my
boyfriend
eventually
went
downstairs,
where
he
found
the
manager
and
attendants
chatting
behind
the
desk.
It
took
another
15
minutes
or
so
for
anyone
to
come
up.
The
response
was
a
nonsensical
apology
about
hair
spray
in
the
room
over
and
a
box
fan
being
placed
in
front
of
the
alarm,
and
flippant
comments
about
us
being
fine
when
we
asked
about
our
safety.
Our
parking
($20)
was
comped,
but
this
response
was
ridiculous.
On
top
of
this,
there
was
another
guest’s
hair
in
the
shower
and
bobby
pins
and
other
things
around
the
room
indicating
poor
cleaning.
Had
the
response
to
the
alarm
been
more
hospitable,
I
would
love
to
stay
here
again.
The
alarm
was
not
the
issue,
at
all.
$20
compensation,
45
minute
wait
times,
non-caring
about
guest
concerns
and
random
half-hearted
explanations
were,
though.
Poor
hospitality,
period.
