The entrance to this hotel is absolutely superb and the hotel itself is located fairly close to the main road which makes it very easy to find. The staff was very welcoming, and their manager, Imran Khan, went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. We came out of our way to experience the French toast that we had at the Ambiance in Lahore. While the staff and the chef did an excellent job, The breakfast was no way on par with the Ambiance Lahore, the service was still absolutely excellent as the food was delicious! We can’t wait to come back!

Rooms are just Ok, very much over priced. Rates of food are sky high. Just 2 fresh lime one lemon juice in each glass and a tin of sprite cost Rs.1300 and one small water bottle cost Rs.120. I will not recommend any of my family and friends to visit Ambiance Boutique art Hotel.

Some of my foreign acquaintances have lodged there. The establishment boasts an immaculate and serene environment, nestled in the tranquil Clifton area. State-of-the-art security and opulent interior design contribute to an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The culinary offerings and room service are readily available at any hour. My friends' experiences have left me thoroughly impressed.

On this trip to Karachi, we decided to stay in the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel near 2 talwar Clifton. A school building turned into a very nice boutique hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Only the issue with the room is it doesn't have a window. Otherwise, it was nice it had a small restaurant for breakfast a beautiful court yard to sit outside

Staying in foreign countries is always a risk, never know what you’re gonna get. But this place was awesome. I have family in Defense nearby but wanted to stay in my own space. Rooms were too notch and modern, safety!!! they had 4 guards with AK47s every night. Room service was really good…breakfast every morning served to my room. A safe to store all my valuables and COLD AC, which is a must for Karachi. My only recommendation to the property is to try and make the hallways smell better, but who are we kidding…all of Karachi smells, so they get a pass there. Clean, clean, modern, and well attended.

Dear Fellow Travelers, I feel compelled to share my recent harrowing experience at Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Karachi as a cautionary tale for anyone considering staying there. My stay was nothing short of a nightmare, and I implore you to avoid this establishment at all costs. The treatment my party and I received was appalling from the moment we arrived. The room we were given was not only minuscule but also unbearably noisy, completely disregarding our preferences and comfort. When I attempted to address these issues, the staff's behavior was shockingly unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging their mistakes, they attempted to manipulate and intimidate me into silence, showing a complete disregard for basic customer service principles. It became painfully clear that the owner of Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Karachi is utterly clueless about the hospitality industry. Their focus seems to be solely on extracting as much money as possible from guests, regardless of the quality of service provided. In conclusion, I urge you to think twice before considering a stay at Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel Karachi. Spare yourself the frustration and disappointment by choosing a hotel that values its guests and prioritizes their comfort and satisfaction

Stayed here for two nights. Had the most amazing time. The staff was very friendly and couteous the ambience was great. The only problem was the maintenance staff. They would change the towels and refill the toilet amenities and tea after repeated requests. Breakfast was complimentary and a la carte. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely stay there again.

A Hidden Gem Waiting To Be Discovered - The Only ACTUAL International Standard Hotel in Karachi · What I Liked: After having browsed through various 5 star hotels and international brands of hotels in Karachi, all of which unfortunately fail to deliver at the international level beyond the surface level. My mother was the one who came across the Ambiance Boutique Art Hotel. Upon exploring further about the fairly new establishment and doing some research online and in-person. We felt that it is indeed a secure and reputable hotel despite being established fairly recently. We ended up staying at the Hotel from the 4th of February until the 28th of February. We also booked two separate rooms, we ended up staying in both room 214 and 312. Both has private balcony's with a seating area. The washrooms/bathrooms in this hotel are actually at an international level. Usually this is the area that hotels and even expensive homes in Pakistan slack in. It was a pleasant and welcome surprise. The hotel's service was at the highest level and each staff member went above and beyond for us. I can proudly say that Karachi finally has a hotel which is at the international level. From the security, drivers, room service, housekeeping, kitchen, reception, and all other staff - each person took pride in their role and delivered the very best without hesitation. Kashaf Khan, Manager of Guest Relations was an absolutely pleasure to coordinate the pickup from the airport, to any other requests we may have had throughout the duration of our stay. We'd like to apologize for ordering out so much and for disturbing the kitchen staff at late hours, however, they never complained and always happily delivered whatever we needed. I can certainly say that I've found a home away from home (whenever visiting Karachi). This hotel remains a hidden gem, a place to get away from the city while still being close by to everything. I wish the absolute success to the hotel, its management and to all of its staff. I do hope the brand expands and grows in Pakistan and Insha'Allah internationally as well. My only worry would be that this hotel becomes too popular to be able to book again for my upcoming stay(s). Thank you for the best hotel stay ever!! · What I Disliked: Honest personal feedback - None of these are negatives but would be nice to haves, noticed after staying at the hotel. The hotel staff helped and delivered on any request we had and made us feel as comfortable as possible. The physical hotel itself is an extremely great value and allowed me to feel comfortable staying in Karachi having come from growing up in Canada. It would be nice to have an additional hook in the washroom to hang one's clothes when changing (more than one). Additionally a screen door to prevent insects from entering one's room would be greatly appreciated (where there is a balcony) to still allow for fresh air to come in. Besides that, everything else was addressed at the hotel at our time of stay.

The location was isolated. Didn't feel like a hotel. Felt like I was in a guest house or something. Had coffee in their café and have to say it was the worst coffee ever. Much worse than Coffee Wagera

Wow, this place is a hidden gem! I feel like I'm in on a secret that not many people know about, and I love it. The food was out of this world - my jaw dropped with every bite. And the staff? Don't even get me started. They were so nice, I couldn't stop gushing about them the entire time. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, this place had me grinning from ear to ear. I wish I could find more spots like this in Karachi - it's like a treasure hunt for delicious food and amazing experiences. I can't wait to come back. 10/10 ♥️

Everything was exceptional. The staff were all top notch. Kashaf, Mohsin, and the other front-end staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable. Asif and the other restaurant staff were very attentive, and the head chef himself was very accommodating. Even the security and support staff were excellent. The design, comfort, and cleanliness are all appreciated. The overall vibe is more updated and aesthetic than the outdated big name hotels in Karachi... The location is also great, located near cafes and shopping in Zamzama, Ocean Mall, Dolmen Mall, etc. Only downside is there's no gym/pool. However, CORE gym is only a block away inside Ocean Mall (expensive rates, though).

This hotel is a hidden gem in old Clifton. I was a bit skeptical looking at all the 5 star reviews since I had not heard of this hotel but I am so glad i decided to take a leap of faith. I stayed here 2 nights while my parents ended up extending their stay for 2 weeks. The rooms are spacious and lovely with a comfortable bed and separate seating area (in the bigger rooms). The crib provided for our baby was high quality. Special mention for the bathrooms, these are the only hotel bathroom in Karachi I feel are close to international standards. The food was good, the chef was kind enough to tailor the menu to my father's dietary needs and even prepared food off the menu for us. The staff is warm and welcoming and seem very eager to please their guests. I have to say my favourite part of our stay were the 3 resident stray cats living on the properly. They are so cute and friendly and I love how warm the staff are with them. In a country where strays are treated so badly, its heartwarming to see this level of care. I would like to make some suggestions: For the cats 1. I would highly recommend neuturing/ spaying the cats and getting them vaccinated, its a simple procedure done at the vet which will ensure the cats do not keep procreating as very quickly 3 cats will turn into 50 cats which is unsustainable. This will also be healthier for the cats as they wont get into fights with other cats. 2. Make the cats the official Ambiance Hotel pets, put collars on them and create a cute little feeding station with a little sign telling their story as well as some facts about the Pakistani breed. This will also encourage hotel guests to not feed the cats food which can be harmful for them (i.e. salty food, milk, sweets etc). I have seen similar at numerous luxury boutique hotels around the world and always leave with a more favourable impression. If the staff and hotel management continue to be kind towards the cats and give them a home, the cats will in return reduce the number of unwanted pests (rats, lizard) and delight guests with their cute antics. In short, this is a lovely hotel with warm and friendly members of staff and I look forward to staying here again on my next trip.

I have been a regular traveler to Karachi for many years for business. It has been a horrible experience staying in known hotels in town. Finally I found this boutique hotel which is excellent location, great customer service, full privacy and no crowded lobbies. Great stay for me and was able to execute my business amicably. No traffic entering the place, no useless security checks and best of all quick check in and check out. In the heart of the city and away from crowded roads, this is the place to stay for business or leisure. I hope they keep it the way it is. Excellent staff. Loved it and will be looking forward to this boutique place.

The Ambiance is the perfect boutique hotel in Karachi. The property is secure, the staff amazing, it super clean, beds, wifi, aircon all excellent. the kitchen may be the highlight though. other than included breakfast which as ala carte, i had dinner 4 nights in a row and simply asked chef to prepare whatever local cuisine he wanted to. all were outstanding and cut above what normally may find in hotel dining.

My team and I stayed there last week, and let me tell you, it was not a vibe. staff was all over the place, not following any hospitality norms. They gave us this tiny room, and when we asked for a change, they straight-up refused. Like, what's up with that? It felt like they were just trying to play us, acting all slick and pretending they were the smartest folks around. Owner, you gotta step in and teach your crew some hospitality basics. It's not cool to treat guests like that, always trying to pull a fast one on us. We deserve better, you know? So, please, do something about it. Train your staff to be more guest-focused and less about showing off. Let's make sure everyone who stays at your place feels welcomed and taken care of. Peace out!
