The
famous
chai
wala
of
Karachi,
which
is
considered
a

in
such
open
air

in
Karachi.
The
chatter
and
hustle
and
bustle
of
the
place
fetches
youngsters
from
far
off
places
to
gossip
over
a
cup
of
chai
.
Truck

on
the
tables
is
amazing
and
gives
very
refreshing
traditional
looks.
it
also
symbolizes
the
truck
hotel
chai
Dhabas
on
the
highways.
Today
it
was
almost
typical
humid
environment
of
Karachi
with
smells
of
low
tide
all
around,
yet
the
TEA
WAS
FANTASTIC.
Only
downside
was
the
annoying
attitude
of
waiters
who
constantly
chase
you
and
try
to
almost
force
you
to
sit
down
at
the
place
of
their
choice.
One
gets
bug
with
their
constant
persuite.
However,
once
you
settle
down
the
staff
attitude
is
very
welcoming
and
accommodative.
Such
tea
places
have
played
a
great
role
in
reviving
the
old
traditions
of
bethak
where
friends
sit
together
and
chat.
Such
gossip
in
open
air
with
sea
breeze
works
as
a
detox
to
bring
you
out
of
daily
monotonous
life
and
routine.
Such
Chai
khanas
has
also
helped
restore
the
lights
i.e
City
of
lights
name
of
Karachi
back.
Now
with
peace
restored
the
city
of
lights
is
also
restored
and
friends
and
families
enjoy
till
late
night
without
any
fear.
It's
definitely
a
nice
place
to
hang
around
with
fellows
once
a
while.
