I have visited the Sind Club a couple of times. A good classy place for meetings and social gatherings for the elite gentry of the city. There is a formal dressing code for the ground floor gatherings. Its a classic colonial era building, lawn is awesome. Very well-maintained.

Sind Club is a truly wonderful and historical significant recreational Family Club. Situated in the heart of Karachi the club maintains traditions dating back 140+ years. A strictly Members Only policy it's is often quoted as home away from home where members enjoy the tranquility and the incredible facilities it has to offer.

- Accommodations - New wing is much better but still average - Food - Bang on average. - General Ambiance - Quite nice with history embodied everywhere - Rules - The only thing missing from the club is blatant discrimination sign board (which was only recently removed as far back as 25 years ago..) For the gentry involved it’s no surprise the club helps them live in their heydeys. Customs are too antiquated for the modern world

The club is for members only. However, being guest there, my observations are that building is very old and requires renovations. Furthermore, food was ok but lighting was not good outside.

As is the reputation, Sind Club is exclusive and a great place. Very good food and a secure environment

Went to a Wedding, not a good place to arrange a wedding dinner..Conjested, No parking. Difficult to enter

Exclusive members or their guests are allowed. Struct rules have to be followed. The club was established by British Indian Civil Servants in 1871.

Visited the volleyball court. Loved the size of the court. Guess the net and position of the lighting could be improved mildly but otherwise a great court venue for volleyball.

Always love to visit Sindh Club, the food quality is great and the ambience is very good. The aura and an environment is very cozy and peaceful.

Was my second visit to the Sindh Club. Had breakfast. The Desi breakfast bowl was delicious. Tea was fairly mediocre though.

Very cleaning place and peaceful environment i like that too much but The supervisor of guard his behavior was not good he wasn't talking properly neither he was giving guideline

The only problem I have face is. They Don't allowed guards and protocol persons inside the premises, it would much batter if they establish a proper sitting arrangements for those people. Rest its after all Sind Club...

Well preserved antiquity of the building architecture, interior, photo frames and lift was really impressive. Food was very good. Photography is strictly prohibited here and also you are bound to wear formal attire. No T shirts, jeans etc.

Not a member so it would be out of place for me to say anything in detail. But it's the most prestigious social club in Karachi and perhaps in Pakistan (maybe Punjab Club is at the same level but can't be certain since I haven't been there). Very exclusive membership where you get to meet the movers and the shakers of the country i.e. CEOs of multinationals, high level civil servants, and the ultra rich of Pakistan. If you're a member then you're part of the elite of this country. Congratulations. I appreciate the laid back style of this club where it's never too crowded. That's the advantage of being picky--keep the hoi polloi out rather than open the floodgates as some other clubs have so blatantly been guilty of.
