This is one of the most money-minded hospitals in Chennai. Totally avoid this hospital. The fact about some positive reviews is that "the staff nurses will update the reviews from the patient mobiles." I personally felt cheated by the hospital. If you are admitted through insurance, they will claim the money through insurance and collect some money from the customer end as well. If you are admitted, they will daily collect your signature for medicine claims to insurance, but they will never provide a copy of the signed copy. The reason is even they claim more medicine to insurance we don't know. These are all some facts about this hospital. Posting this review to protect some people from my end.

Doctor Arun Prakash the best in the city the way he treats the patients is awesome. Your speech gives more confidence to us for speedy recovery.

Insurance department not handling & guiding the attenders properly. For insurance they are deducting huge amount without sending the bills to the insurance company. Just saying as per the hospital policy. Other then this. Doctors and hospitality looks very good.

My wife was admitted for a Surgery last weekend and had an horrifying experience with the Admin and Insurance staff , who are very rude and make you feel that you are at their mercy and they don't care and make you feel that you are not wanted. Request your immediate attention and authority to educate the staff on how to behave with patients and their Family. But the Nurses, house keeping and patient care personnel were good at their respective jobs.

Wonderful experience with Murugan hospitals Kilpauk. Dr and nurses are very kind and helpful. Has all facilities within the premises and good follow up from staffs post op. Had smooth painless surgery (knee replacement) and speedy recovery. Caretakers are very kind in taking care of the patient. Rooms are clean and has a good environment.

The doctor's treatment and care is really good and excellent, however, they make the patient wait for more than an hour to consult the doctor. The doctor's work in 2-3 hospitals including Murugan hospitals and the administration desk says they have contacted the doctor and they are on the way. However I have been waiting for an hour now. In terms of waiting and response, I would really appreciate if the management takes it up and resolve quickly. Patients also waste a lot of time, physical and mental energy simply waiting at the reception 🙂

Brought my 84 year old sister in law in a very bad condition. she was suffering from cellulitis problem for a very long time.last week the wounds became very grave and so we admitted her here on 25/04/23. The dedicated team of expert doctors, nurses, ayahs,,duty doctors gave utmost care and today she is getting discharged. Went there to get an xray for my mom when she fell and ended up staying for 4 days and getting a surgery done. Everything went as per plan... the doctors were great. Wonderful experience I had in Murgan Hospital . Dr. ARUN PRAKASH was a wonderful ortho surgeon who cleary examined my Leg and suggested the right medication and I'm recovering from my Leg pain.
